Went the Body Shop today and again Angie went out of her way to look over our vehicle in a timely manner and explained exactly the cause of our recent loose fog light. I’m hitting the bottom of our front fender on driveways! They quickly put the light into place n no charge! Angie is so courteous n professional. You all need to bring your cars here for excellent customer service

I really hope Kolosso steps up their game one day. Either that or just sell it over to Bergstrom. Took my Avalon there to get a paint repair and and tire balancing. I got my call that my car was ready and it wasnt even close to ready. The representative told me he has to talk to my insurance (again) to see how they can fix it again! What a joke! Came back the second time around and my car still had small scratches on the same exact spots! I gave up and took off. Not waiting another week to get a touch up. Took my car on the highway after I got my car back and now my tires shake even more... I really want to get rid of my Toyota now and get something else just because I hate driving to Oshkosh every time I have to get some type of service for my Avalon...

Had my Tacoma in for servicing. One of the services was having the tires rotated. Picked up my truck and drove about 2 miles down the road when the rear driver wheel came off the truck. Had a tow truck take the vehicle back to Kolosso. All of the lug nuts were loose. Luckily only one wheel came off. The mechanic failed to properly tighten the lug nuts. Kolosso fixed the damage caused by the wheel coming off and provided $50 in gift cards and a $100 voucher for use at Kolosso.Needless to say I will not be buying or servicing any of my vehicles at Kolosso ever again. $1500 in services and the possible danger to myself and others had I been on the highway to get a gift card and voucher seems wholly unacceptable.

Think twice about buying a new vehicle from this establishment. I was baited in with an “out the door price” and drove 4 hours only to be conned by the owners paying well above the agreed upon price. Do yourself a favor and don’t make the same mistake I did. Go elsewhere.

We got our new Camry in April, and weve loved it from day 1. Bruce Steinike was our salesman, and he was professional and very friendly. He also exceeded our expectations, after having been treated terribly by other salesmen at competing dealers. I would highly recommend going to him to get a car. We will keep coming here, because of the professionalism, and friendliness of everyone.

In March of 2021 I purchased a Vehicle from Kolosso Toyota and had them put a trailer hitch on it. They add the hitch prior to my picking up of the new vehicle. Now it’s July and I went to hook a trailer up to the vehicle and there is no wiring harness. I called to ask were the harness was and they said they didn’t put one on. Why in the world do you put a tow package on and not put a wire harness? They now want to charge me $250.00 to put the harness on in addition to the $500.00 I already paid. I no longer trust this dealership and I will be going elsewhere to get a harness put on and I will no longer purchase any further vehicles from them.

I bought a brand new truck from them earlier this month. After I had the truck for 2 weeks I wanted to switch the interior lights to LED bulbs. When doing so everything went fine until the right map light connection end pushed up into the head liner and blew a fuse. Didn’t think this would be a big issue so I brought it in thinking it would be covered under warranty seeing this shouldn’t happen when switching simple bulbs. They first wanted to charge me 130 bucks, I told them I’m not paying for anything as the truck is 2 weeks old and this shouldn’t happen. Their “technician” took over an hour to look at it and blamed me. He first said that I damaged the dome reflector, neither bulbs would go in, and I would need to replace the upper console on my dime. I told them I never touched the reflector so how could it be damaged. They didn’t care and continued to say I did it. Also I told them that there was no issue with the left map light so how is it now broken? Their technician started to back pedal and say that it holds the light barley but doesn’t feel comfortable leaving it there. When asked if he took the upper console down to inspect it, he said no as this is a common problem.At this point I was forced to make an appointment for a new upper console on my dime when I never damaged the reflector, and their technician broke my drivers side light but apparently that doesn’t matter to them. I did not want to void any warranties so this is why I chose this option. But upon further review removing the console is simple and only 4 screws.I went home and took down my console as I had nothing to lose and simply pushed in the connectors fixing my issue. This whole process took me under 10 minutes. How can their technician not fix this but yet I could? I did find the reflector that their technician said was damaged and it is now as I couldn’t even push the button light in to turn it on at first. This was not the way it was prior to him touching it. Won’t ever take my truck there again for service and will be going back to Le Mieux. Been going there for years without issue but thought I’d give Klosso a try, extremely regretting it. What happens if something big goes wrong?

What a great toyota dealership. I was in door county for a wedding, lock my keys in the car. All the other dealerships in the area told me it would be 3 days for me to get help. Kolosso got me help and new keys in a couple hours and then called later to make sure everything was working. I can not thank them enough.

Bruce Steinike is the salesman to see when you like patience, attention to your needs in a Toyota car, SUV or truck. He takes the time to make sure you are getting a vehicle that meets your needs at the right price point in a challenging market where new and used transportation is harder to come by at less expensive prices. Buying my 2021 Camry LE was possibly the most hassle free and least painful buying experience Ive ever had at a dealership and there was no pressure whatsoever aside from pure economics to choose which vehicle I would purchase. The value of a Camry from day 1 as a hassle free new car combined with the expected value of the car years from now clearly outperforms almost any other deal youre going to find and with a much lower beginning sticker price. Im not typically a new car buyer but the current condition of the used car market makes a new Camry nearly a no-brainer in terms of value. When you include maintenance for 2 years and 25% cheaper insurance for the same coverage (Your Mileage May Vary), youve got yourself a deal. Thanks to Bruce and the office team for making my experience far greater than I could ask for and meeting my expectations to satisfaction!

I had a coupon, which was not applied, even though I told the Service Advisor upon arrival. I called and was told the Service Manager would call me but I should call him because he is busy. We are all busy, however you should make time for your clients especially if it is a mistake on your end no matter how big or small. (Poor Customer Service) To date I have not heard from him/her.

I was there a couple weeks ago to test drive a possibly purchase a vehicle. After waiting for almost 20 mins I was finally able to ask if the vehicle I wanted was even available. The sales person told me yes so I asked if I could take it for a test drive. When he brought me the vehicle there was not enough air to the point I had to go to the gas station and put air in the vehicle because it was not safe to take it on the highway with my children in the car. The entire time I was there I felt that I was not taken serious about purchasing a vehicle. Then it took a week to finally get a hold of the manager. He told me the sales manager would follow up with me however its now been a little over another week and still nothing.

If car manufacturers are going to make computerized garbage that breaks all the time, expect customers to not be happy and return, people want reliability, not all this technical garbage thats always breaking and cost an arm and leg to fix, but wait maybe we can get them in a new vehicle, surely that wont have problems, so sad

While traveling thru Wisconsin my wife and I had trouble with our Rav 4. We contacted Kolosso Toyota and was welcomed by the service department manager Kenson as if he had known us for years. Our steering column had to be replaced. He arranged for a vehicle for us and quickly got things that were needed to get us on the road. Cody did a wonderful job diagnosing the problem and getting it repaired. Both Kenson and Cody were very professional and were happy to talk with us about the situation. We got our vehicle quicker than we expected. Kenson and Cody are both 5 Star employees. Once again this dealership never ceases to amaze us!! Every time we go in for a simple service our salesperson comes over to say “hi.” She remembers all of our names, even our 15 year old son!!! And it’s not as if we purchased the most expensive cars on the lot.Yesterday she called because every dealership these days needs good used cars—they looked for folks whose lease was coming due in the next year and remembered she had just seen by husband and son a few weeks ago for the car’s service. She checked the lease and was correct: our lease was coming due soon.She called with such a great deal we could never say “no”. Besides it was Michelle Nelson—no one would say “no.” It was a no brainer. We were at the dealership the next morning. Having already picked out the car we wanted from the 3 available, the switch between our old lease and this new car was so easy. What wasn’t easy was keeping our car from being sold right out from under us. In over 20 years salespersons have never seen cars go so fast that they’re actually running out, especially with low mileage used cars as new as our last RAV.We’re it not for Michelle and her associates, Zach and Jim—-we would never be in a new car and someone else would miss owning a great used RAV.We will forever use Kolosso dealership and will never buy a car from ANYONE except Michelle,

You humiliated me and sent me out of your office because I didn’t see the need to pay for the “non taxable fee” $299 (7 year or 50,000 miles maintenance) on the contract which is optional. I love Toyota products but I’ll take my business somewhere else.

So far I’ve only used the service area since I own my 2011 Toyota Corolla S outright. We had a tire sensor issue a couple months ago and they fixed that very cheaply (which is why we went back again). A week ago I needed to get a broken plastic license plate screw drilled out and replaced. They did that fast and FREE. They replaced ALL my screws (front and back) for free. Today I’m here to get my winter tires put on. They rearranged their schedule to fit me in. There’s a spacious waiting area with snacks and beverages.I can’t speak for car purchasing or leasing ratings here, but I’m thrilled with the service bay personnel. We didn’t even buy our car here and they treat us very well. I know that when my car finally drops dead I’ll more than likely buy from here.

Awful experience! I own a 2005 and a 2019 Toyota. These vehicles have been serviced by a different Toyota dealership since the day they were purchased new. Ive always had excellent experiences. Yesterday was my first time visiting Kolosso Toyota location for an oil change for my 05 vehicle. Communication was poor. Additionally charges occurred without thorough communication. (sneaky salesmanship). My maintenance required light was not reset. My service reminder sticker was not replaced. The condition report was not discussed with me. A burnt out exterior light was indicated as working on the report. Cleaner was left streaked all over the dash. Would Kolosso treat a new vehicle/customer like this? What else was missed during my servicing? I will not return.Working with Patty to schedule the appointment was the only pleasant part of my visit. She was great.

Craig was the man that helped me and even though I wasnt in a hurry today, got my air bag recall done in 55 minutes! When it should have taken an hour or two instead. I just took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Trevor was super friendly and honest with me. I felt that he was very genuine and that he really cared about his customers. He did a fantastic job of reviewing the inspection that was done on my vehicle and he even eased my mind by informing me that the high touch surfaces in my vehicle were wiped down after the work was finished. Highly dissatisfied with my experience at Kolosso. I mistakenly chose this Toyota specific dealership/service center hoping to have a convenient experience. (Not only will I never return but my grandmas gotten a lot of cars here she now went to Le Mieux in Green Bay and enjoyed her experience).I requested service on a wheel bearing and rear seat lever component to fold seat down on my 4runner When arriving to my service appointment I provided an extended warranty I purchased with the vehicle to the service writer, the service tech test drove my vehicle and confirmed the described noise and vibrations I mentioned could be the wheel bearing. Upon it being on the lift the tech didn’t notice any other aspects that should be noticeable had the bearing been bad enough for replacement so he test drove it one more time and decided not to go any further with the replacement as he thought it was my all terrain tire instead. Then began to look at the rear seat lever, I was told the rear seat will need to come out to work on the defected area but due to hours of service closing at 5pm I’d need to reschedule another time for that to be fixed. The service tech offered to schedule an appointment but I declined as she tells me she did not proceed to call the warranty company I provided her because nothing was specifically done and that she’d print my paperwork and take payment for an hour of labor and diagnostics. I now have the same knowledge of the problems I had when calling for the appointment, 2.5 hours of my afternoon wasted in a waiting room, a slightly less amount of fuel in my tank, a useless warranty I purchased to use on unprevented maintenance- which these issues are and a total charge of $135.00 for labor and diagnostics I’m required to pay. Very very unsatisfied and disappointed, wouldn’t recommend at all.

Horrible experience. First I stop in and it was like I was invisible. No one approached me or acknowledged me. Other people walked in and were greeted immediately. So I left and against my better judgement I called a few days later. I was very specific in that I was interested in the special they were running: Tundra Lease for $199 per month. I talked to a Mike in sales who was helpful in answering my questions. I wanted to make sure I qualified for the lease so he told me to apply for credit online and he would walk the application over to the finance department and give me a call back. Did not hear back from him that day so I called in the morning and of course it was his day off. Talked with a Aurelia and again explained that I was interested in the Tundra lease special for $199 per month. She got my information and said she would talk to finance department and call me back. Which she did and said I was good to go, everything was fine. I made arrangements to meet her at the dealership so we could finalize the deal. So I get to the dealership sit down with her and she starts showing me available 2021 Tundras. They were not in stock but coming in. I then brought to her attention that the lease deal was for 2020 Tundras. She said they did not have any in stock. I showed her that the Kolosso website that lists one in stock and it qualifies for the $199 a month lease. She spends a couple of minutes looking and says it must be sold. Ok I ask what are the lease terms for the 2021s? She says there are none!! Really then what am I doing here? Why are you wasting my time? I specifically asked about leasing! and made it clear that was what I was interested in. Not buying. Terrible customer service.

We just purchased a NEW Highlander Toyota, we liked our service, but have 1 question, were do you put the fob of a key...I dont like the idea of just throwing it in my purse where it goes to the bottom. Were new to some of these electronic gizmos, still use to rolling up your windows, etc. Think about the older generation, its nice but confusing.

5 months into owning our new 4runner we realized it was missing the safety chain holders for the trailer hitch receiver. We talked to the parts department they said they would give us a call when he figured something out. Another 5 months went by, we stopped in and said it was rusty and with the modifications done to our truck they refused to offer any kind of help or solution. Very upset and will not go here for any more services. I will drive to Green Bay or Oshkosh Toyota for any future general maintenance from here on out.

When she knew the car we were coming to look at might be sold, she called to catch us before we left. When we said wed come on any way, and another car didnt work Michelle didnt give up. She just asked a simple question: What other cars do you like? She found us every possible deal, never tried to sell us a feature we didnt need and kept attentive to our 13 yr old. When we picked up the car she explained everything and even turned the pages down on the most helpful parts of the owners manual. If there was a point she needed to be away, she was sure someone was there to take care of us. Zach was terrific. Jerry was awesome. I cannot say enough about these guys and weve been dealing with Toyotas since 1995! Even though its a drive well definitely use their service department. Good people are hard to find and we were blessed.

Kolosso Toyota is clearly a growing and successful Toyota dealer and Id say it is pretty clear why. Their sales staff is great and their new dealership building is incredible. They were willing to negotiate with me pretty extensively which was much appreciated and left me feeling that I got the best deal I possibly could have.Theyre so popular that they were packed with people when I was there meaning I did have to wait a while to complete the process. However, they were as attentive as possible and I never felt that I was abandoned waiting.They are an hour drive from me but I will likely take my vehicle there for service given their certifications and very nice facility.

Stopped for routine maintenance on my Highlander. First time in their new facility. Magnificent! Showroom is bright and large. Easy to walk around and look at the vehicles on display. Waiting area is beautiful! Comfortable chairs, 2 Tvs, complimentary refreshments, plenty of laptop/smart phone power stations, etc. Certainly had the customer in mind when they designed it. My service advisor, Laurie, kept me informed on my service progress and status of everything such as tire tread, etc. Very pleased with the whole experience and the new facility!

Great customer service. We just had our jeep Cherokee repaired there after we were hit in an accident. From the minute I walked into the office I was greeted with friendliness and concern. I was put into a vehicle to drive while mine was being repaired, so I wouldnt be w/o a vehicle to drive. They made this process fast and easy w/o tons of paperwork. They explained everything throughly. They even put on a special wheel cover I bought hubby as a gift for his steering wheel. No charge, and they could have said no. Instead the technician smiled and said sure, glad to do it. Now thats customer service. Sometimes its those small things that you remember when your thinking about that next new ride.I came in a stranger, but left as a friend. And they did a most wonderful job on our vehicle. Youd never know it had been hit. Thank you to everyone at Kolosso Toyota. 👍👍

Lube, oil and filter change with tire rotation $71.41. ouch. Inflation is running rampant. They do have a spacious waiting room with lots of snacks and pretty new cars to look at. But the appeal of the independent shops with less expensive glitter is very tempting after getting socked with this bill this morning.

EDIT: Originally I was thrilled with my car buying experience. I couldn’t be more disappointed and angry about how I’ve been treated since. It’s been 6 months since I bought my car in Wisconsin. Since buying it I’ve been back and forth via email and calls to the dealership for 4 months and attempting to get my title sent to the DMV to register and pay sales tax on my car. I was lied to by the staff at the dealership and told it had been sent in. I then spent hours talking to different departments at the dmv to identify how my title has gone missing because they hadn’t received it. After four months, I threatened to escalate and was then told they never had my title to begin with. Since then, I’ve been attempting to get my title from financial services with no luck. I’ve had to visit the DMV multiple times as the required paperwork from Toyota keeps changing. It’s been six months and still no luck and I’m racking up quite the late fees. I’ve now been told that they’ve received my paperwork but it will be 4-8 weeks to process the one page request they’ve received to release my title. I’ve always loved Toyota cars but will not be buying one again and unfortunately am going to have to look into my legal options and representation. I will also be reporting to the better business bureau.ORIGINAL: I’m super happy with the experience I had at Kolosso Toyota! Keshaun helped me find exactly what I was looking for at a great price! He was extremely knowledgeable and was very transparent with the whole process. Made buying a car super easy and enjoyable! He really went above and beyond! The entire team there were friendly and welcoming. Overall, I’m a huge Toyota fan and am always really happy with their cars. This a great dealership.

Although our previous Toyota cars had been purchased at other dealerships, we have had most of our service work performed at Kolosso and we have been pleased with the friendly and helpful service staff.Based on our service experience, we chose to go with Kolosso for our most recent Toyota purchase and we could not be more pleased!Chris Robinson was great to work with. I bought a 2019 Toyota Tacoma in December. My blind spot monitor quit working in May, which brings into question the quality of the truck they sold me. After an sitting at the dealership for an hour, the technician told me that a sensor needed to be replaced, that he’d have to order one and I’d have to schedule another appointment. I thought dude, obviously it needs to be replaced, how did it take you an hour to come to that conclusion? And how don’t you have simple sensors on hand? Thanks for wasting my time Kolosso. I won’t make that mistake again.

The time had arrived to replace what had been a very reliable 2001 model vehicle. I had spent the better part of 10 days shopping & driving at dealerships in NE Wisconsin. Id narrowed down my choices to 3 different car models at 3 different dealerships. Im 62 & hoping this purchase will be my last. Kolosso Toyota won out in the end...I purchased a new 2018 Camry. Much of that had to do with Isaiah Stewart. From the start Isaiah was welcoming, patient, answered all questions I had, was clearly knowledgeable about all features that the model had but were `new to me. Id made 2 trips to Kolosso for test drives before finally pulling the trigger on this new Camry. I must say, Isaiah was a trooper, it was sweltering hot, we continued working our way around the lot, I was looking at used models as well. Never once did I feel that he was trying to point me in any particular direction...just letting me know it had to be `the right fit for me.

Brought my Prius in for service last month because my heat wasnt working. I was told that it was because my water pump was leaking and because my car monitor was malfunctioning. After they were fixed, I was told my blower motor was clogged. (Another mechanic suggested that it was the blower motor but couldnt get a reading on his machine.). So after I got that replaced, it worked... For a while. Just yesterday, not even a month from when it was fixed I got the red exclamation of death and a coolant symbol. Sure enough, I had no coolant left in the system. Shouldnt have happened if they were being honest. Dont service your vehicle here unless you have to. They are only looking for a quick buck and will wring you dry if you give them a chance.
