Fishing licence if your going to get a fishing licence this is the place and they carry so much more.

I go here to buy most of my co2 guns or live ammo. Staff is pretty cool. Exercise equipment and guns are pretty cool coming from here. Got some really nice ones, let me hold and look at them and staff is helpful and some are a little knowledgeable.

Always get shoes from Big 5 for the whole family. Even though they didnt have the size shoe we needed, the staff was extremely helpful in finding a size for my son in the back and it was on clearance! Even better! Thank you to the ladies that helped (in the back getting shoes and the cashier). They were extremely helpful and very nice! Loyal customer!

My husband and I went to the Big5 store in Apple Valley to get us some new shoes. I got a pair of walking shoes and he got a pair of hiking shoes.I got to tell you that the sales people who helped us were terrific, kind, helpful and considerate. They showed great expertise with the items that were for sale and were quite knowledgeable about what we wanted. I can highly recommend the store! Thanks for a wonderful shopping experience!

Friendly enough, but if you’re going to charge 54.99 for the 40 round box of Tulammo, you might want to update your system so it doesn’t show the the standard msrp of 15.99 on the checkout screen. Some people may take that the wrong way.

Horrible!!!!! 130 pm today walked in there was no one at the front counter, I proceeded to the fire arms counter where there were to gentlemen waiting for service the lady employee we all were looking at for service acted like she didnt see us waiting, I walked up to her and asked could she help us, then said we had to wait outside instead of doing her job or calling someone to help second time Ive been in the store and had bad service. I really hope they get it together.

Wife and I went in to purchase items, our first time in that particular branch Dark haired lady behind the counter, was Very Rude, however we were very pleasant considering maybe she was having a bad day, but she made it clear we were not for some reason welcome in the store was very short in answering our questions and wouldnt even look at us, kept her back toward us, my wife and I are in our late 50s and respectable people, dont know who the Hell this lady thinks she is.

A small store, but very accommodating, and upbeat employees. My husband was looking for a wind breaker, and they took us right to them. For shopping, it was a very pleasant experience.

Great store - super friendly staff - i went late after 8pm - it was surprisingly busy for thst time at night but i was kindly helped and in and out quickly. As always big 5 has competitive prices and a great selection on everyth sports related and spoerting goods related. From arrows to soccetballs to boxing gloves and everything in between

This is great place for sporting equipment. They have everything... Actually in some departments they have more selection than Dickys. I have found in most cases they are less expensive then Target across the way.But I did just find out by giving them your email they will hit you with a link to the newst Discounts.

Needed some snow gear for a family to Big Bear. As always, they had everything we needed. Store was very clean and the staff was super friendly.

I subscribe to their daily email, and they had an ice chest that was less than half price. I got there about an hour after they opened on that Sunday and they were all gone. The staff was happy to give me a raincheck for 2 of them. I got a call a few days later to let me know they were back in stock.

ICustomer service was ok but felt like I was being rush out of the store. Customers need time to make up their minds Big5 its got quality shoes n prices are just right cant take that away.
