Just went through the drive through to get my meds. I’m extremely ill and shakes. The pharmacy tech was extremely rude ! I’m shocked as I have never experienced this form of treatment! I’m so upset

There may be times when they could use more Pharmacy staff, but this is the best Pharmacy around. The Publix Pharmacy across the street treats people so bad it is ridiculous, I am actually reporting them. I prefer specific generics with my medicine and each time they actually double check it is ok before ringing it up. They care about helping you get the best price.

The consistantly have delays when refilling anticipated prescriptions. When you take directly with the pharmacist, the response is there is nothing I can do.

I went 15 minutes before closing time 11:45 p.m. and they already locked the store up when it wasn’t even 12 a.m. yet, so who knows what time they really closed. You would think a pharmacy would close the actual time it says it’s going to close.

If there was an option to click a negative for the stars on this place, I completely would have. Poor customer service, under staffed pharmacy during the peak hours and I waited 40 min in the drive through line to leave without medication for my two year old because of a mistake on their end which they didn’t have the courtesy to call my insurance to correct it while I was there due to them being short staffed. Never going here again, it was such an unprofessional atmosphere.

Only one lane in the drive works and the parking lot is always filthy. Does the manager even care?

Came in for a clinic visit. Was in and out with script in less than an hour. Janel, NP was thorough in her exam and Ive never experienced such quick drop off and pick up of any script Ive ever got. From start to finish, excellent!

I dont routinely go to the pharmacy to pick up prescriptions but i have had to a few times this year for different acute illnesses that my family has had. Every single time when i go to pick up prescriptions they are not ready even though plenty of time was given, i would usually go after an hour to collect my order. I feel that the pharmacy staff does not work efficiently and that most of the pharmacy technicians are not fully knowledgeable of the data entry nor the billing process when it comes to pharmacy, nevertheless the lack of empathy. I am extremely disappointed at the quality of service received from this pharmacy location that i will never turn in another prescription there again.

The people working in this pharmacy have to be the rudest people I have ever come across. I have been going to this Walgreens pharmacy since 2001. Its now time to change since they dont care about there customers. I will tell all my friends and family not to go to this Walgreens. They need to have corporate to come down and teach these people how to treat their customers. Who do they think pay for their salary. They have to be the worst.

This place is impossible to get a hold of if you are trying to reach the photo dept. I was contacted about an issue with my photos. I resubmitted and have called multiple times to make sure they got what they need and no one seems to be able to transfer me correctly. I will have to make a trip to get the answer to my question. Poor service!

I returned an unopened thermometer due to it not having a flexible tip. I had misplaced the receipt, so the cashier had me enter my rewards card phone number. Very simple, very quick, and no problems! Found the thermometer I needed and left with my purchase.

Dont go to this minute clinic. Staff does not know what they are doing or what they are talking about. Ended up going to the ER for sonthing they could have easily handled there.

The cashiers are always friendly and willing to help. I have not used the pharmacy but I have never seen a line.

Pharmacy is excellent......the pharmacist & staff are friendly, knowledgeable, & always ready to assist w/any need you may have. The store part also has a friendly, helpful staff, & a 2nd register is opened up mostly as soon as needed. The shelves are sometimes missing sale items.

Have used this Walgreens for years and always found the employees to be friendly and helpful. However, in the last year they have made numerous mistakes on our prescriptions. For example they gave my husband the right pills but had another customers name on them. Shorted him on the count of his pills and recently filled mine with the wrong dose. None of this caused us any harm but could have. I have lost my confidence in using them as my pharmacy.

Wags hdqrts needs to review the pharmacy staff, very poor service, reced the wrong prescription, could be life threatening, no one tried to correct . Very poor, shut it down ...

I rushed to the store when my printer ran out of ink and needed copies for tomorrow morning. I arrived there at 12:00 am, which was when they closed. I understood that I was technically late and the door was already locked, but I waved to catch the attention of an employee in hopes to make a quick purchase anyways. I was able to speak to an unpleasant woman, which responded to me by saying verbadum Im already clocked out and wouldnt be getting payed to ring you up. I was just shocked of the low level of customer service it required to make a comment like that. If you didnt want to grant me service, one couldve just said you need to be here before close and not right at close, but not that youre situation isnt important enough because Im not on the clock. I understand wanting to go home, as I am in customer service, but no need for negative body language and/or negative comments.

Their clinic has saved me so many times! I get sick more then i want to. Very grateful for this place !

I was there for the Clinic. My go to place since Iblive 3 minutes from there. I was seen by a Different Dr. today. Her name is Mary Concengco. Like all of the rest of them she was very Friendly..Well Informed..I thoroughly enjoyed this visit. That speaks volumes because I hate anything MEDICAL OR DRS.

Clinic was good for treating a nail wound. Bad at diagnosing a sickness similar to flu.... Treatment didnt help. Questions are used to determine problem over lab tests.

This pharmacy is a joke. The pharmacist took my insurance card with prescriptions. When my husband came back to pick up she told my husband that my insurance was canceled. So my husband paid for the prescription. I called up there immediately and was told a different story. I will NEVER go back to a Walgreens to have a prescription filled. The only reason I went there was bc Publix wasnt opened yet and I need my prescriptions asap. I wouldnt even refer my enemy to Walgreens. Very unprofessional....

If I could give 0 stars I would!! This place literally stole $25.00 from me and then tried to LIE about it. I ran in late one night after work to pick up a couple of toys for my 4 year old as I do several times a week. I don’t typically pay attention to the price, I just grab something he will like pay and leave. So when I got home I was pulling the toys out of the bag to give him. I took the receipt out and looked at it and saw that I was charged 24.99 for a toddler frilly dress. Right away I knew that was a mistake, I have a son not a daughter so I called right away and spoke to Danielle. I explained to her what time I was there and that I called and told her to check the cameras because she just charged me 24.99 for something A. That I have no idea what it was other than toddler frilly dress and B. There were only two items in my bag. She said ok no worries come back next day to get the refund. I suspect someone was going price check on item and left it in register or maybe got distracted with previous guest and forgot to charge/bag item whatever not really my job to figure out since Danielle already agreed to refund my money. So I go back to store with my receipt to get the 25.00 back and Danielle wasn’t in and ofcourse Danielle didn’t leave any notes for any of the employees to know what to do. So the manager on duty older Hispanic woman said she would look at video and came back and said oh do u have the other item? I said what item I only got two toys did u not see that? She said well I saw u only holding two toys but it looked like she bagged something else. And then out of nowhere a little Haitian girl with glasses jumps in and says oh no I saw u holding three items. So ofcourse I am furious two employees telling two BS different lies. So I said fine show me the video and then ofcourse 800 different lies came out as to why they can’t show me. The Hispanic lady said oh u have to see the manager great when will the manager be in? Ofcourse no one had any idea when the manager would be in!!! Really does the manager not have any kind of schedule. I was so furious I told them this is BS and left. I will NOT stop until I get my money back or at minimum the toddler frilly dress that I have no use for and never would have bought!!! Ugh!! I spend hundreds of $$$ in this store weekly and they totally just stole from me!!!
