When I bought my bike, the previous owner did a terrible job working on it. It was to the point of being a death trap. High Performance completely rebuilt the bike at a great price. The bike rips and have had no issue at all. Highly recommended if you want to feel safe on the road after someone works on your bike.

Awesome guys to work with. We run a horse ranch and cant have equipment down for long. They got our ATV tuned up and back to us quickly. Thia was our first time around with them, but HPR will be our go to place for repairs and service in the future.

Keith and crew are fair and honest...doesn’t complain when the going gets tough and capable to fix things too...he had to help put my pontoon on a lake with a really crumby or challenging boat launch...never did he once complain. Always has been early (on time) according to Vince Lombardi time rules...strongly recommend....WMS

Last year I was looking to change tires on my forty eight. Noone wanted to mess with my bike NOT even harley. So I called and took my bike there... Couple hours later my baby had new shoes to walk on! Smaller businesses like HPR are ALWAYS worth your money. They might charge a little but their job is high quality. Dont use the stealerships AT ALL. Guys are very courteous there and sincere. Thanks guys!!Update: Just had a small work done on my Forty Eight over the weekend and besides being chilly Ive picked my bike up today... them guys DO GOOD WORK at a fraction of the (D)stealers cost. Thanks Keith. Ill be coming back!!

I have a 2004 Harley-Davidson Sportster XL. Keith is the owner and is amazing. Hes always taken care of me and my motorcycle needs. Whenever I have questions he gives me amazing advice and will let me know what I can do to fix the issues on my own before resorting to bringing in my motorcycle in to get worked on. High Performance Racing is my go to shop and always will be.

He Overcharged, he Lied, my boat was Damaged but he Denied Responsibility, and he left my boat in an Unlocked Yard with NO hitch lock and the Key in the Ignition!I put my trust in Keith for my boat repairs mid Aug of 2015 because he was recommended by a friend. I gave him a list of known issues and asked him to look it over and give me an estimate. He said it would cost ‘around $2000’ and I asked for a written estimate. I never received any estimate, bill or invoice and then over the winter, and the following spring, a series of personal and family health issues distracted me from following up. I trusted that my boat was in good hands and I was grateful that I could focus my energy on my family. In July 2016 he called and said I owed $1800. He also said it would be another $1000 to finish the job. I asked him for an invoice. It took 2 Months for him to ‘put something together’ and when I received the invoice it was nonspecific and barely legible. It included only the repairs already completed and $500 in storage fees, even though the boat was in pieces the whole time and the repairs werent completed. I paid that invoice in full and began pre-paying for the additional work by sending $200 a month for the next 5 months. In April I called to ask when I could pick my boat up. He said it was still in pieces. I asked how long it would take and if it would at least be ready by mid-May. He said it would be ready by mid-May. I also asked if I had paid enough or too much. He said he hadn’t put together a bill yet but he would let me know. A long story, and half a dozen calls later, I picked my boat up on June 10, 2017. I asked for the bill. It stated labor was $187, parts $7.95 and “Outside repairs: $800”. How convenient, it totaled exactly the $1000 I had prepaid him. I’ll never know what those ‘outside repairs’ really were.Damage to boat: I immediately noticed a Large chip (baseball size) in the steel anti-ventilation plate. He claimed it was from me driving the boat because the prop was pretty chewed up. But the chipped area was shiny, sharp and very clearly new damage. The boat hadn’t been in the water for 4 years and there is no way the damage would be that shiny and sharp if it was old damage, the prop damage was dull and worn. The spare tire for the trailer is missing and one of the 4 remaining tire rims is mismatched. The spare tire is one of the tires in use and the original tire/rim is the one missing. He almost destroyed my boat cover. He didn’t use the support pole so the cover was filled with water. He blamed me for not coming back in the winter of 2015 to put the winter cover on. It was June 2017 when the cover was full of water! The support pole was under a rope under a chair. What does the winter cover have to do with using the support pole in June anyway? The boat would have been uncovered in spring to finish the work, right? Or did he even do anything? Did he just tell me more work needed to be done to justify keeping the extra $1000 I paid him? And what kind of repair shop expects the customer to come back to re-cover a boat whenever work is done? When the repairs were finally completed I asked him when I could pick it up. He said anytime, that nobody from the shop needs to be there when I come get it. I asked about the hitch lock and he said there wasn’t one. I was beyond shocked to discover my boat was being kept in an open yard with no security at all. When I picked it up the key was in the ignition, it was unsecured and 2 of the trailer tires were partially flat.I had to be very careful during my conversations with Keith because my boat was in pieces, he already had my money and he had all the control. He knew it, too, and he took full advantage of the situation and me. I felt like every time I called or asked a question he added a week to my repair time and $100 to the bill. I felt trapped. He started off seeming like a great and honest guy but that’s just a front. If you care about your property you can benefit from my terrible experience and go elsewhere.
