The manager that took over Tracy decker, is such a lazy manager. She doesn’t like helping her employees it’s already understaffed! The lines are ridiculously long, she spends all her time in the back of the store!!! And outside smoking cigarettes & playing games on her phone!!! You call for her for assistance she catches a nasty attitude!! New management is definitely needed!!!

Clean and well lit. I was looking for toothbrushes and little boy underwear. Lots of toothbrush options, both electric and not, but they had very very few packages of underwear.

This is the only question I have. If I buy a item from here they will take my money from my hand not knowing where its been at all. But if I buy the wrong item and try to return it they will not take it cause they dont know where its been... Well you didnt know where my money had been either and it was not sealed like the item I bought. Explain that please

I would have to say my visit to the Anniston store was very disappointing! First when we went to check out the Lady placed a closed sign at her register, (thats ok because maybe its break time or time to leave) but no...the people in front of me moved to the next line as did I, noe as soon as we moved to wait in the line where others were already waiting, the Lady decided she would wait on the customers behind us and while we were patiently waiting in the other line she continued to wait on all the people that was behind us...so why did she not check either of us out?? Now Its finally my turn to check out, We pay and start out the door and the alarm or buzzer goes off, our clerk forgot to do what ever they do to deactivate the anti theft on my item, so now here we go again out the door and someone yells stop come back so We turn around and she takes my item so I said the alarm didnt go off she said ok gave it back to me ..we leave get almost to my car and a man is hollering get back in here so I said were you talking to me and he gets even louder and says I said get back in here now !! Both of yall!! So we go back in and I said is something wrong she wanted that item again..so I said whats wrong, it didnt sound the alarm this time either, so now she just says ok !!! Nothing more just ok!! Can someone help me understand what happened here the 1st clerk wouldnt check us out or the people in front of us but did everyone behind us!! Now I feel like we were being treated like thieves even tho they knew we paid!! I hate the word racist. But I feel we were discriminated against simply for our skin color, because the people in front of us were the same as us and the ones behind were not and none of them got treated in such a shameful manner!!! Just saying!! This really upset me, because I would never treat anyone the way we got treated today!!😢

My store, I love family dollar and all they have to offer they are way better than dollar general hands down
