I had an excellent experience in the Annapolis Maryland store on Friday. Special thanks to Todd, the GM, for his initial help. And THEN.... MICHAEL, the Client Engagement Mgr. for his help. I cannot thank Michael enough. It was one of the best customer experiences Ive had in any store. Thank you so much!

I recently had to pick up an order from the store while it was raining/snowing and I was on crutches. The sales associate quickly got my items from me and carried them to my car for me, without me asking. Good service.

Collin at the office depot in annapolis is a great help he even showed me that they carry recycled legal pads which is awesome ill be sure to let my friends and family know about this!

You can return your USPS stuff at a FedEx location, and I always returned at those Walgreens near me. While the lady in this Office Depot told me I can’t because it’s a USPS package... excuse me that’s the reason why I’m here! I told her you can do it with usps, she scanned and I heard it went through then she said no you can’t and balabalabala...Jesus... Office Depot, you need to train your staff better.

I always get my ink cartridges at the online price. They are diligent about looking it up and insuring I get it. The manager sees me coming and is right there to help! Great store in Annapolis and customer service!

Love this office depot. Its kind of a funky location because you can only get to it from Solomons Island Rd. even though its located on old Forest Dr. So you gotta go around. But the store is always neat and well organized. Employees are very helpful and friendly.

This is a good place to go for office supplies. The prices are good compared to Staples. I stop here frequently, and I find most of the staff are friendly and helpful.This is not a good place to go if you need to print something from hard copy or USB drive. There are only two copiers that are not well attended. You might have to find an employee to put more paper in it. The last time I stopped by, both copiers were busy. One was taken by a person who was making multiple copies of a 1 thick, double sided manual. The other was taken by someone that needed a lot of technical help. I waited, and was ignored. I left and went to FedEx a half mile away in the Festival Shopping Center. There were several machines available, all well attended. It cost 2 cents a page more, but was well worth it in time saved.I think this store should have some sort of time or page limit on copying to prevent this kind of problem, or intervene when someone is hogging a copier, and let people with small jobs cut in. Or, large jobs like manuals should all be done by the copy center.One other thing you should know is that driving in and out is not straight forward, which is NOT their fault. You cannot make a left turn in from Forest Drive, nor can you turn left when leaving. Chalk that off to Annapolis roads.

Store is local, easy to drive to and parking is good. The computer sales manager was very helpful and found everything we needed. This store has always been my first go to place for office items.

Just had the most unprofessional experience at an office depot. Worker had no desire to help nor customer service skills. Was cussing and being extremely disrespectful to both myself and his coworkers. Went in wanting buy a printer. Left wanting nothing to do with office depot ever again.

Friendly helpful staff. Associate brought me directly to paperwork storage boxes and I checked out quickly. Great store

This is a well-run store, and I have always been happy with the service after probably more than 15 or 20 visits. I do not recommend the furniture, except for garage-style rack shelving. Bookcases, computer tables, etc. are of the type with cheap backing.Be prepared to make some turns to access the store. Easily reached from Route 2 going north, or Forest Drive as long as the store is on your right.

They had everything I needed for back to school shopping. Spent way too much money getting school supplies for kids who are in need but you cant take it with you. Staff was super helpful.

I had the worst experience at Office Depot in Annapolis, Maryland on Dec. 8, 2014. I will never shop there again & will be sure to let all my friends & family know how awful I was treated at this store on the above date.I picked up my return address labels that I had ordered. The print was SO small it is barely legible. I had previously brought a label in & was told it would be printed exactly as I requested. I signed for it & paid because it appeared to be correct. However, what was NOT on the order form was the font. I did however state that I wanted the font the same size. The ones they had printed & that I paid for has a font that is SO tiny it is barely legible.I was told that there is NOTHING they can do for me & that I signed for the labels. I was told this over & over by the dept. manager & then by the store manager. There was NO solution offered to me. They did not care or have any pride whatsoever in what they sold to me. Nor did they care I was not happy with the product I paid for. The small print was clearly their mistake. What bothers me the most about this is that they offered me NO solution & did not care at all that I was unhappy with their product. They were in fact rude to me in front of customers present at the time.I will attempt again to get on better business bureau about this office depot store in Annapolis, Maryland. I will also follow up with the headquarters store in Gaithersburg, Md. about this complaint.It is completely unacceptable to not even TRY to please a customer. I will NEVER shop at Office Depot again & will be following up with this complaint.

Was going to grab data off an old phone. I bought an SD card for my new one instead, then locked my keys in my car. They were able to help me unlock it. 10/10 would buy again

Tanesha at the printing desk did an excellent job on my business cards. I will be back to have more cards printed with the PDF she created at this location in Annapolis, MD. The crew had an email address where they could send me a proof that I could review before they printed them which was wonderful.

They had a good selection of BT earphones but I was cheated in finding that they would not exchange a failing set I bought 16 days ago, because of their policy. 90 days for somethings, 30 for others, 15 days for these.... flat out, cant help you. News for you OD, I am never considering nor suggesting you for me, family, friends nor enemy to get anything from you. See you in cyberspace after this Google entry.Shame on you, bad way of ripping me off $45.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Deborah at the Annapolis store today. There was a problem with an item purchased at another store. The item was not available for shipping and not in stock. Deborah called another store to have the item held for pick up. Superior customer service.

I have always had very good experiences with Office Depots including this one. However, I had a bad experience today with one sales person. He completed his communication with another customer and left the aisle that I was waiting for him in. He went over to the computers to talk to another sales person, saw that I was in his aisle but didnt come over. I walked over to him and asked him for help in getting an adapter for my new Ipad pro. He walked to the aisle and handed me the wrong one. I told him that the ipad pro doesnt have a 3.5mm headphone jack. Further, I showed him the type of port that it did have and he said no, you are wrong. He didnt understand that I was trying to tell him that the port is for a lightening connector (I didnt know the proper technical words). I truly dont think he believed me so he said to go home and google what was needed. He said after I google it and see what I need to go to Best Buy because they sell more Apple Products than Office Depot does. My biggest disappointment as a business owner (besides him telling me to shop at his competition), was that he didnt do the simple google search while I was there to help close the sale. That is what I have appreciated about the Office Depot on my other visits is the customer service provided. Epic Fail for this sales guy today.

Called to get pricing and availabilty on a product the first employee I spoke to put me on hold. Then another employee got on the phone he seemed confused. He asked me for an item number I did not have that only the name and brand of the item he asked me to hold. A third genius got on the phone she loacted the item and then hung up on me.

Overall pleasant experience. I went to buy bluetooth earbuds for the 3rd time within a year . Sales associate was helpful but not very knowledgable in technology. Cashier was friendly and courteous as well.

Dirty everywhere. Store barely cleaned, overpriced repairs and laptops are inflated! Inflating prices because of the virus, very sketchy business practices.

Parking can be difficult if you come on a busy day because their parking area is very small. I usually have good experiences at Office Depot and love going to most Office Depot stores for my printing needs. However, today my experience was somewhat difficult. Im not sure if they were shortstaffed today or not, but regardless I was disappointed. I came in to have a very simple print job done. I sent two emails of the document I wanted printed and she directly printed it without showing me the preview or asking what size I wanted, which their employees have always done in the past. For both documents I asked her to make a few changes and she seemed agitated by me. She went to the computer to make the changes and again printed without showing the preview and I just accepted the documents because I didnt want to be much of a burden. She was helping another person the whole time she was printing for me so it led me to believe they had a staff issue today, but doesnt change the lack of communication she had with me.

Had to wait til 815 to be let in even though the people were in there at 750 and the suppose to open at 8Then couldnt preform what I needed done ( print blueprints) that I had to go to another office depot

This is a good store with plenty of inventory that is well organized and neat. Fast checkout usually and the copy and print center does accurate work quickly.

Theres little to differentiate this office supply store from others. At times, its adequate, at other times, less so.

Went in to purchase a replacement shredder for my mother. Found a great one at a very reasonable price.

Nice store, a little understaffed when you need help. Great Managment and associates, especially the Norton Rep, cant remember his name. I almost gave up on Office Depot till he helped me out.

Went in looking for something Ive never purchased before. Cashier staff pointed me in the right direction. Then as I scanned the shelves, a different employee walked up and said, The thermal paper is on the bottom shelf. Either he overheard and followed me, or someone asked him to be certain I found what I needed. Regardless, that is a nice job of customer service!

Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable employee (Tyler) helped us with picking out an office chair. This store is small and has less options than other locations so we did end up checking out the other store.

Every time I go into the store,there is this person who suddenly appears out of no where, very quietly. I ask him if you have something and his response is apparently not. Then I have to ask another question and pull info out of him. He never suggest an alternative! I really dont ever look forward to going to the store because you NEVER have what I am looking for!
