Great service

The consultant came out and did a rough measurement. She was helpful with the fabric selection.What floored me was the quote. Over $7000 for cornice valances is ridiculous!! I received other quotes in the $1500 to $2000.Its obvious to me that they only want to cater to the rich clientele in Annapolis!Very disappointing!!

Today I had a successful visit to Calico Corners Annapolis where I found the perfect upholstery fabric from the new stain resistant collection, of which they had many many selections.

OMG! Customer service here is atrocious. On 4/12/17 I dropped off a mostly hardwood chair that needed seat and back recovered.....no reupholstery needed. Paid $657. Two and a half (2-1/2) months later, and Im still waiting for the chair. Calls to employees at Annapolis Calico Corners bring evasive and sarcastic remarks. We cant locate the re-upholster. They are out on the road. What.....no cell phones in 2017? Ha, ha, ha.....you didnt know it would take this long? The worst customer service I have ever encountered. I think Calico Corners has lost my chair.

Debbie Aslaksen is a fabulous designer. I would highly recommend her! She knows her stuff!!!
