My air conditioning was not working properly. On vacation to California MD, I saw the Subaru Service Dept. I was so thankful they were able to service my Subarubie the same day. The staff there are pleasant, professional and they smile when they greet you. The waiting area is very nice and pleasant to sit and wait. Thank you for making the rest of my ride more comfortable to get to my destination. 👏👏

As the owner of a small army of old Subarus, Im always buying parts. Annapolis Subaru always comes through. Jackie is one of the more knowledgeable parts people Ive worked with, she definitely knows the system and all the ins and outs.

I had to bring my car in for replacement of airbags, at which time I was notified that there were boats missing and I would have to leave my vehicle at which time I was given a loaner car. Which was exceptionally clean very nice to finish my errands for the next day and enjoyable ride. I also enjoyed my time before I found out I would have to leave my car in the waiting room with a wide variety a fresh coffee, hot teas and Danish. Everyone was polite and courteous treated me with the utmost kindness as I was heading off for post-surgery that afternoon and made me feel very well and welcomed. I feel that my car was repaired in a very timely fashion was called the next day to pick my vehicle up. The car could have been tied it up in the dashboard wiped off a fingerprints in the carpet vacuum to the front of the vehicle which some debris was left on the floor. But it was noticeable of dirty fingerprints and dust from the work done on the airbags. But I was happy with the quick return time and for the replacement of the recalled airbags. Enjoying my Subaru and I would recommend this vehicle to other families
