Excellent group of people. Last year I had two new front tires along with new rims installed on my box truck by them. They had the best prices around, but compared all options I had available. Very helpful and friendly. Plan on using them again in the near future.

They were able to get our truck in quickly, compared to other shops, and told us what was wrong and fixed it. When we went to pick the truck up he explained everything they did and gave is the parts they replaced. When that fix didnt work he helped my father-in-law try to find other solutions over the phone. He didnt have to do that and my husband and I appreciated that tremendously! Everyone at the shop was nice and helpful.

Family was moving west, on the first day our travel trailer developed a sidewall bulge. Called Best One, and was initially told the earliest they could get me in was two days later. Manager immediately said bring it it, we will take care of you. They changed 2 tires within the hour, and we were on the way. Thanks so much to Best for the emergency assistance!

Excellent Customer Service while quoting me. Another shop quoted me at $4200 ($2000 cooling system rest extras) wanting to sell me extras and replace my whole cooling system. Stopped into Best One shortly after that quote, service took a quick look in the parking lot, showed me it was only the radiator and not the whole system (not the water pump, thermostat, radiator like the other shop who claimed play in the pulley, absolutely no play in the pulley). Jamie quoted me quickly at $880. So thankful for an honest assessment and quote!!! Other shop was looking to take advantage. Upon picking up my vehicle after repairs everything looks and works great!!! Couldn’t be happier. I would strongly urge anyone in need of car repair to at least get a quote from Best One. Once again Excellent Customer Service and Quality Work!!!

What an outstanding business! We were stuck with a blown out tire on our tow dolly while heading out East on trip. In just a couple of short hours we had 2 new tires, and rim on one installed. They were also able to remove the damaged fender and give us recommendations on how to go about finding a decent priced new one. What an awesome honest crew working there!

So far so good. All I had done was a safety inspection and front end alignment but honestly as quick as they got me in and as personable as they were I will definitely keep returning. They were upfront and explained my different options when it came to engine lights and different parts needing to be replaced.

On the 30th of June, I came in to get a wheel alignment. I was informed that my ball joints needed replaced. I said okay, I paid 35 dollars for an inspection and was told 436 for the ball joints and wheel alignment. Thats fine. Made an appointment for the 9th aka over a week. Was told if I brought it in at 8am would be done by 10 or 10:30. Fine by me, I informed my job I would need the first couple hours off work. I go in on the 9th, my ball joints are not even in the building and pretty much get told sucks to suck. I leave with my car not done and get a call saying they can do it at 2pm, I already informed them I have a job. So now im out 35 dollars plus another 70 because I had to buy a new tire due to not being able to fix the problem on the day they suggested. If you tell me a time and I come in and my parts arent there, dissatisfied.

Took my 55 Mercury to Best One in Angola for new rims and tires. Best One ordered the rims and tires with the proper backspacking and width to fit the car without any problems. Best One took excellent care of the car while it was in the shop. Great customer service and final product!

I came in for an oil change. The costumer service was one of the best I’ve experienced. The mechanic was very quick and very informative of what he was doing. Highly recommend coming here for any issues you may have with your vehicle.

Actually stopped and talked to Rick and RJ lone night after they were closed concerning an alignment on my 67 Nova. Rick brought me in showed me the alignment machine, and aid they would take care not to scratch the wheels. Showed up for the appointment Rick done the the alignment himself. Took great care to make sure nothing was scratched or damaged and the car drives absolutely perfect. Could not be more pleased with Rick and Best-One Tire would recommend them again.

Went to air a tire. Other tire was shredded. So I left it there overnite. They did not gave my size but offered to put one on if I could find one. Finally found one at Hillbilly Tires in Corunna. And true to their word the put it on, aired the other one & didnt charge an alarm & a leg.

I always get the best service there. The employees are always so kind and patient. Rick is definitely for the people. He never screws you on prices. Highly recommend them to anyone.

They fixed my tire rod in for me and no cost thanks to Gerber collision they send you bad parts to underneath warranties and thats not good because then they dont tell you that the parts only are covered for certain amount of miles but at least best one got it done thanks to Rick I really appreciate it

I pulled in with 0 power steering fluid. I had just lost my debit card at the store I was at before all my power steering fluid leaked. They looked at my car immediately, topped off the fluid so I could get home and didnt charge. I appreciate their customer service/ willingness to help more than I can say!

We told rick the owner what was going with my mom’s car, the wires got chewed by an animal and it ruin the driver headlight was out then today the rain the windshield swappers don’t work. They got us in to look at it and they it will work on about an hour and my boyfriend’s brother told that rick saw our issue he will give it to us on the house and gave me a business card. Went out of their way to help us when we had multiple tires suddenly fail on our rig (76ft long setup with tour bus and huge stacker trailer) Got us going quickly and a bunch of great people on top of that. Jut move from Richmond VA own an Audi TT had vibrating problems took it to numerous places even the dealership. Till I brought it to Best one auto care they took care of vibration .

Rolled into this place at 4:55 with a bolt stuck in my rental cars tread, and they close at 5:00. They agreed to stay late and take care of it. Solid service right there...going the extra mile for an out of towner (well, I used to be a local at least). Much appreciated!

My wife was on her way to Cleveland and started losing pressure in a tire. I found Best One on the internet. They were able to get her right in and found a screw in one of the tires. They got her back on her way very quickly. They ended up charging a better rate than I can get in my home town. Our experience from the initial phone call to paying and hitting the road is at 100%. Always nice to get service far past your expectations.

They have done a number of auto related jobs for us. I stopped by on my last visit to put air into a tire. I expected to have to pay $5.00 to do this. Turned out the air was free! It was a nice surprise when you have come to expect everyone to nickle and dime you.

So I took my car to best 1 tire and auto care today to have two front tires replaced. Prior to their service the only display warning on my car was a low pressure on my front passenger tire. After the car was finished I had 4 warning lights, the ABS, stability track/ traction light and the engine light. Trying to negotiate them to fix it all they wanted to do is a courtesy scan that they did once already but was not willing to fix the issues without me paying more. So now Im going to another shop to see whats wrong. Dont take me word for it, go see for yourself what poor business is ran at Best one tire and autocare...

Helped us tremendously in a bindLong story short, we went to a competitor in another town to save a few bucks, the tire blew before we got home due to faulty inspection on the mechanics part. Had our car towed to best one, they not only loaned us a tire for a day so we could get back to ft Wayne to swap out the junk the other guy sold us, they also got us right in and back on the road. Pays to do business locally with people you know. Lesson learned, not worth saving a few dollars when it only creates headaches and problems.

Mix up with taking off the snow tires and putting on the tires for the summer pissed me off. I dont think your guys thinkGirl in office was great. How can anyone see 4 summer tires with rims on and the 4 snow tires on my van think they should take tires rims off the snow tires and putting the snow rims on my summer tires, plus only putting the snow tires without rims back in my van. Plus not putting the Good rims in the van. Otherwise my visit was just ok.

I made an appointment there on Nov. 29th. I waited over 2 hours. The service was just slow.If I have a problem I go back there and they fix it.So would recommend, but wait time can be high.
