My car had a noise coming from frontend and had my car fixed here they did an excellent job fixing the problem, it needed a new front rotors and brake pads and they had it replaced. I had my rear axle seal and bearings plus rear rotors and pads replaced, they were done in a reasonable time frame and its performing as it should, the owner and his wife are very nice to deal with also.

Timi’s Alpina saved me $3200, yes, you read that right. Midas tried to scam me saying my head gasket was blown and my coolant and oil was mixing, telling me it would cost $3700 to repair and I took it to Timi’s instead to get it worked on and I’m glad I did. Rasim was honest and showed me that my coolant and oil were not mixing and my head gasket was not blown. Repair came out to be $531. I’m so grateful to have brought my car here and had it worked on by honest, kind, and hardworking people! Recommend for sure.

I couldnt be happier. I got referred by a friend and after talking with the owner I took my Tahoe in. Over 200,000 miles and I thought it was through because it was handling so poorly. A day later he called and said it was ready to be picked up. Very thorough going over everything and called before he did any work. It was thousands less then expected and its running like it hasnt in years. Im recommending this place to everyone for now on.

Rasim listened really well to the issues with the truck : brakes were completely shot (had to drive before traffic at 6 am in the morning to avoid traffic ) and something was seeming to drain the battery (I thought it was the alternator) . I was able to drop off the truck and he said he’d get it as soon as he could that day! I’m like take your time I’ll need it in a couple of days. Next day I received the call that it was ready ... Rotors were grinding metal on metal with one busted caliper and battery cables were needing adjusting . I didn’t get charged for extra services like when you take your vehicle to other shops in town !!! Really Amazing low labor costs and no extra parts needed for repairs ! Rasim shows you the bad parts for peace of mind so you don’t feel like you have Been swindled. Truly honest, super quick and extremely efficient. I would definitely trust them with any of my vehicles!!! Thank you again ! -pal

Great professional service. I needed my breaks changed on my BMW and took it in for estimate to the dealer. They quoted me a very high price so I decided to go to Timi’s Alpina. They not only changed my breaks for the most affordable price in town but also drove me to work and brought my car to me after I told them I was on my lunch break and in a rush. Honest mechanic and very accommodating. I highly recommend this shop.

I had gotten my tires changed and they noticed that the previous person that did my tires broke something and wasn’t honest with it. They offered to fix it and they told me everything about the problem. I will no longer be going to my previous auto shop, I will becoming to this shop now on :)

I had an emergency where the cover on the bottom of my car broke loose and was plowing up snow. I couldnt get under there myself. I could barely drive. I called two other shops before calling Alpina. Both said they had just closed and even though I explained it was an emergency they wouldnt help. Alpina said they were closed too but to come over anyway and they would help out! I am soooo grateful! They were fast, friendly, affordable, and even funny! They turned a bad situation right around and Im very thankful! Ill for sure be going back! Great mid town location as well! Funny the question is What did you like about it? NOT A DAMN THING. my car has been in their shop for way too long. this is unacceptable. Im about to celebrate the two month mark in a few days. and they dont keep in contact with you about what going on with your vehicle. there better not be one thing wrong with it when I get it back if it is taking this long. Im beyond livid.

Initially quoted a good price for valve cover gaskets. I receive a call two days later saying the car was done and the price had gone up 42%. The additional parts they replaced were extremely over priced. On top of that they tried to charge me a storage fee of $15 a day because I couldnt pick the car up immediately.

They are cheap and fix only what it broken. Ive been here many times and Im always satisfied. Definitely a repair shop for people who like to save money.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Since they moved the service at this shop has dropped to incompetent! I took my truck in to have work done on the transmission right before attempting the ALCAN hwy. They failed to replace the fill cap correctly on the transmission and we slowly and unknowingly leaked out every bit of oil until the transmission failed just short of Eureka, AK. We were stranded on the side of the road and it took four days to get home to Anchorage. Thank you Alpina for ruining our vehicle due to your crap work! My advice find someone willing to do the work and take their time and care about their customers not just their money!

Most quick, professional, and respectable shop in town. This shop here gets you in and out quicker than any shop ive been too. They finished a engine job on my 13 mazda speed3 in no time . If youre looking for a reliable and preffesional auto repair shop this is it!

Horrible service, after taking my car there to get a rubber boot replaced, i was told it would be ready the next day, it took 4 days and they put an oversized one on and put a damper in between. When i took tge car back i was told they couldnt find the oem part in town so this was done and to come back, i go back and was told by the owner the guy was fired and because he doesnt work there anymore so he wasnt required to fix it because he couldnt find the paperwork in the office even though i had a copy and a worker confirm that i was there, they also messed up 2 of my friends car. If you love your car and your wallet save both by finding another place to get your import fixed
