Brought our tire here that had a screw in it. They were so helpful and fast! Patched and plugged and helped put it back on our spare holder. We are towing that vehicle behind our motor home for 6000 miles so glad we have peace of mind now

Every other tire service shop was unable to take me, so I gave these guys a shot.A+!Super capable, friendly, great prices, and offered good options and were able to think outside the box (weird complement for a tire place, but true).5 out of 5!A caution tho: They are listed as Pioneer Automotive, but all the signage is for a Chevron gas station. Just a heads up if you need to give directions (I got lost 😑).Oh, and props to the tech who helped me: Talo!

Despite being advertised is open till 11 they in fact close at nine. Or so that’s what they told me.

I can express how phenomenal this place is, and the owner Ray and his team are literal saints. I’d been having car issues, and turned out I need a new engine. Other automotive places were quoting me outrageous numbers. I know that the price here was beyond fair. I always feel like because I’m a single female, I’ll get taken advantage of, but this was anything but that. I will ONLY go back to ray and his team, and I will highly recommend them to every person I know. I wish I could put into words just how thankful I am for this shop. 🖤🖤🖤

I was a walk in and waited for nearly four hours for a slow leak! I was informed that there was two cars ahead of me since a customer in front of me said to let me go first since he lives in the neighborhood. Even with that, FOUR HOURS!!! No communication or nothing until I go in to see what’s taking long. I literally seen one of the workers chilling on his phone in a customers car while another one looking at whatever they were looking on his phone. If it was communicated to me from beginning how long the wait time would be, I would have gone elsewhere. This is my only vehicle for everything, so I couldn’t just leave. I understand everywhere is short staffed but FOUR HOURS for a slow leak, and it’s still showing LOW AIR on one of the tires they looked at!! Never again! Don’t waste your time coming here for a slow leak!!
