I was so happy with the ease of scheduling. Courtesy shuttle was a huge savings in time and money; plus the driver was so nice. Mikey texted me during the day and even called me the next day to make sure I was happy and all my questions had been answered! I was shocked since we had recall work done on our other vehicle at a different dealership last month; a 20 minute software update but it took 10 days and no contact from Service at all! They were even all nice to my dog! I would really recommend this service department and Mikey.

The service advisors always treat me like Im very important . Especially since I dont usually make an appointment .. and show up ... they keep my Pt Cruiser in very good condition. Along with my vehicle I had before the Cruiser ... my caravan ... it was over twenty years old .. and I was told when I traded it in .. it had a very good engine in it.. I really wish I would have kept it for a second car.. but I wasnt thinking fast enough .. thank you Chrysler for always taking good care of me

I was scheduled for an appointment in less than a week (right now, that is pretty quick). The problem was diagnosed and the repair was going to be complete the following day, but to my surprise within a couple of hours of getting the diagnosis, I was called and told my vehicle was ready!!! Do not buy a Dodge, if you do, your stuck with their terrible service department! Although I have an old Dodge, Ive had colleagues with newer vehicles tell me theyve had a bad experience with their service department. My vehicle went in for a check engine light and squeaking sound on 26 April - 15 May. 1 week later, the check engine light came back on, and the squeaking sound came back even louder. I was charged around $2300 for the service that didnt fix any of the problems. I called to get it serviced again, and had to wait two weeks for the next appointment. After taking it in the second time, I was given a quote of about $1500. I took it in on 7 June 2021 and is still in the shop till this day, 23 July 2021. Throughout both times the vehicle was in the shop, it was maybe about three instances I was given an update. All the other times, it was me calling on a constant basis asking for an update. Not only did they not even consider fundamental customer service, they were negligent about it.If you buy a Dodge, remember how service will treat from that point on. Do yourself a favor and buy a vehicle from a dealership you know has a good service department. As soon I get my truck back, Im selling that thing so I never have to deal with Dodge again.

Why even bother scheduling an appointment for an oil change if you just go in the same line as everyone else? Took two hours for an oil change and tire rotation that I scheduled days in advance.And to top it off, after leaving tire sensor kicked on. Turns out they just rotated tires and didn’t bother checking psi. Even though factory specs have higher pressure on the rear tires. They clearly just rotated and went on with their day. So we had high pressure in front and low pressure in the rear.Shouldn’t have gone to dealer for something so simple I guess.

We were looking for a new mirror for our truck. The parts guy used our VIN to pull it up, determined which mirror would match, explained how to pop the door panel to change it and we were set.The part was in stock which is a big plus these days!

We had a sprayed in bed liner and running boards installed on our 2021 Ram 1500. Nate was our service advisor and was prompt with selection options, pricing and scheduling. When I pickled up the vehicle Nate indicated that there was some damage to one of the running boards and he had ordered a new set for us at no charge. Upon inspection of the work Nate pointed out the damage. I would have never seen the very small area that was damaged and told Nate this. Nates response was that I paid for a new product and that is exactly what I was going to receive. This level service and honesty was totally unexpected based on my past experience with other dealerships in Anchorage. Anchorage Dodge should be proud to have this former Marine working for them.

If I could give 0 stars I would.My husband recently bought a 2016 Jeep Patriot from this dealership back in April. Jason was the one who helped us (he no longer works there) and he was great! Management on the other hand… terrible. They do not care for their customers, only the money they can get from you. The jeep, didn’t have a working radio when we bought the vehicle from them, and they agreed to repair it for free. Now here’s the kicker… we have been waiting 4 MONTHS. Once they called us in, but it was THE WRONG RADIO.When we bought the vehicle we were told it had a WORKING A/C. Working. But come summer months, it’s not cooling, we thought it was the refrigerant. Nope. The jeeps alternator went out, so my husband had to take off the skid plate, and lo and behold. THERE’S NO AIR-COMPRESSOR.Jason- the manager told my husband (even though he still has warranty) that there is nothing they can do and repeatedly talked to my husband and I as if we were completely stupid. Also kept back tracking during the whole conversation- “well most cars in Alaska don’t have A/C” so why were told that it has working A/C? “Your husband should’ve checked it out” So you’re going to get on the ice covered ground and take off a skid plate after we were told the car has everything but a working radio? Please make it make sense.Do not go to this dealership, they do not care about their customers.

This is by far the best service that we have received at a dealership in nearly a decade in Alaska. The service team responsible for our truck was second to none. Brian and Nate and their respective teams were incredibly accommodating and gave us updates daily on the progress of our vehicle to include updates on part shipments. If you have a Chrysler vehicle, this is the best place in Alaska to go for service (and we have been through several). It is well worth the drive down from Fairbanks to have our vehicle taken care of by professionals that care.

Service department is possibly the worst I have ever encountered. Every time my truck goes in they take an absurd amount of time and never give any updates. Furthermore when it does get out it is only a matter of time for me to take the truck back for the same problem. Maybe if they fixed something correctly the first time I wouldn’t mind them taking a long time. This truck and dealer are the biggest reasons I won’t be buying another Ram.

My car was taken into the service area in a timely manner. I was checked in and notified it would take a few hours to complete the oil change and system updates. I was surprised to learn about the updates and the recalls. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about my cars needs. The staff then took the time to describe the complementary shuttle. I was able to take the shuttle home to wait for the work to be completed. The shuttle service driver was friendly and safety conscious.

Nate was my service contact and he did an excellent job. My problem appeared to be electrical in nature and Im NOT electrically inclined. Nate took additional time to ask questions of me and focus on a solution. He also recommended keeping the truck/camper overnight at the yard while the camper was plugged into the truck. The next morning, your technician checked the truck battery voltage to determine whether there might be a substantial current draw of the camper battery to the truck battery. I was happy that he took the time to do that because that seemed to be the most likely problem...if there WAS a problem.Nate did a very good job!!R. Nenahlo

Ive owned my vehicle since 2011 so I have had a long relationship with this company and have never been disappointed with the service. Typical dealership in Alaska. They have the market cornered so they do not treat the customer with any respect. With low inventory, I inquired about ordering a Ram 2500 crew cab with a diesel with an MSRP of $65,983. Salesman Don completely blew me off and failed to answer any specific questions regarding the truck I wanted to order. I stated I had wanted to keep my money in Alaska and use an Alaskan dealership if they would offer any price below MSRP. I was told this would not happen, wouldnt even counter with a reasonable offer. I hope this dealerships management notices this review, how many times has an employee like Don turned down a customer wishing to order a $60,000+ truck. They dont even have to work for the sale, they just have to order it. Unreal, I was made an offer by a dealership outside the state, 10% under MSRP, will still be far cheaper to ship the truck up from the lower 48. Did the same thing last year with a new car, local dealerships will eventually go out of business as they take Alaskan customers for granted.

Ive walked into this dealership multiple times over the last year to either purchase parts or bring my Dads vehicle in for service, and all I have to say is that Im left baffled during every interaction this far. Regarding service, there is only one person who has consistently been attentive and helpful in a timely manner. All other employees in service act as if they get bonuses for keeping you waiting. One particular moment that sticks out is when I was on hold for 15+ minutes just to talk to service. Being put on hold isnt inherently bad, but heres the kicker: when I finally got to the service center while still on hold and gave a quick acknowledgement, an employee looked up at me and laughingly says, oh wow, Ive still got you on hold!. No apology, just laughed. Enough said there.Another time, service took my Dads truck to have an antenna repaired only to call me and tell me later (after I dropped it off) that they not only wouldnt be able to do that kind of repair, but that they had also managed to lose the truck in their own parking lot. After that one, I was amazed they could even leave their houses with their shoes tied in the morning.My most recent encounter was with parts today, and while waiting at the counter watching the two parts employees talk about lunch, one of them asked what I needed and then said hell be right with me in a moment after my explanation. He went around back and started vacuuming for a few minutes before coming back to tell me that hell be right with me after he gets back to this one customer on hold... I dont even want to know how long that poor customer had been on hold for, but I feel their pain if theyre repeat customers.All that said, I absolutely loathe having to call in for anything at this dealership, let alone having to actually step foot inside their building. Good for them for managing to stay in business with such terrible customer service.

Very disappointed with their customer service. I wanted to look at a car and the sales people said that the car was disconnected from the battery. So I asked if they could hook it back up. No we can’t do that. Ok can I look at the car out in the parking lot. Oh I just sold that one. Made me feel like they thought I was just a girl that doesn’t know anything about cars and wasn’t going to buy anything. I went somewhere else and bought something better from Payless. They now how to treat people at Payless.

I came in for an oil change on my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was told that I was needing my 60,000 mile check up. I was given a quote and told that they had time to do it today or I could schedule it at another time and just do the oil change today. I chose to do it all. It would take about 3-4 hours, it took 5 hours, but at 3 1/2 hours Robert started coming by and letting me know where things were at. I was pleased to get it all done at that time and it ended being less than what I was quoted. Very nice surprise! When I started up the car, there was a funny noise with the fan. I went back in to ask about it and Robert took it back in and it was just a couple of minutes and it was fixed. I do have a funny smell from the fan, but I am hoping that it will dissipate with use, otherwise I will be back in.

Bought a new 2500 Laramie Diesel $69,000 (MSRP) vehicle from Anchorage Chrysler Dodge and discovered the model on the title was incorrect. As you can imagine, the DMV said it was the dealers fault and the dealer said it was the DMVs fault. Regardless of fault, it cost me $200 to expedite a title fix (have the receipts to prove it). I contacted the dealership and spoke to James and explained the situation. James said, “the manager said there’s nothing we can do to fix the problem.” I explained, it’s their job to ensure all the paperwork is correct when I buy a brand new vehicle from them. Long story short- the dealer didn’t back the customer, which cost me $200 to expedite the title fix.Very short sighted vision from a dealership that survives on a solid customer service reputation. I will never return, unless I am reimbursed. Save $200, but lose a lifetime customer- Makes zero sense.I’ll go to the Ford dealership for my next pickup.

Have driven through the new vehicle lot 5 times over 3 months and not once did any employee come great me. I received a head nod from 3 well dressed men smoking cigarettes once, but I cant prove they were employees, but they were there the week before in the lot smoking. Today I went in to look at a specific truck. No introduction, no hello, how I can help you? My name is....... We looked up the truck and the gentlemen wanted to argue what was advertised was not available. I wasnt upset, I didnt raise my voice, he tossed his hands up and let me know loudly that isnt available, PERIOD!. I told him, I am sorry, good luck and left. I am confused why he was angry at me. Very curious how some people have great experiences here, I kept hoping Id be one of them but I am done trying. This sealed the deal, pulled the trigger on a Dodge diesel at another dealer today.

Had an appointment on may 27th at 845 with Bryan wood for a air ride concern and water leak. I dropped the truck off on the 26th on my lunch time and they told me they would give me call and let me know what it needed I get a call on the 28th which is Friday and he did not have any updates to tell me other then stuff I already knew nor did he get to contact with my warranty company . Then I don’t hear nothing from them for a whole week till I show up on the Friday asking what’s the deal with my truck. Bryan and the service manager tell me that the tech was pretty much being lazy and didn’t work on my truck and that they would start fresh on Monday and that they would call me on the following Tuesday with an update which they did not do I had to text them and ask for a update and he tells me “ Talked to foreman, hes having tech do ride height and leakdown measurements to see if everything is in spec throughout all the modes.” Which is fine but it would of been nice too know what’s going on. Overall generally disappointed in this service experience

Terrible service if you buy something used it’s probably broken I’ve had to bring in my vehicle multiple times for repairs and the service bay doesn’t really fix anything planning on putting a camera in to catch them in the act of not repairing properly or cutting corners

If you need a service rep Nate is your guy! He’s helped me twice now when I’ve needed something to be fixed. I have been more than impressed both times! The first time I came to get my window fixed and they went above and beyond, they had found that I had a oil leak and fixed that as well without even charging me extra. The second time I needed a fix they were booked out over a week, but he understood my need for my car since I am a delivery driver. He let me bring my car in and they worked on it in between appointments and got my car back to me as soon as possible. I am so thankful for their kindness and great customer service. I was always wary about dealerships from what people have told me, but I’m happy I did go through them. I’ve had no issues at all and they really make me feel welcomed and taken care of! A salesman reached out to my wife about an inquiry that she made on accident while looking at vehicles. He texted her about it but she didn’t respond because of no interest. He then called her the next day and she hung up once she answered because she realized who it was. He then texted her off his phone saying “no reason to be rude”. Dont waste your time. I had to go back for paperwork fixes a few times. None of it was completely properly. Chrysler Financing is the ABSOLUTE worst. I could not get the financial people in the office to fix any of the issues they created. Took 3 months to get the paperwork and the plates. Some of that is AK DMV but most of it wasnt. When I left the state, no one knew what the policy was for shipping or paying or registration. Again, Chrysler Financing - separate from the dealership, will also screw you - your car may be commercially registered though its a personal vehicle, it will cost you twice as much AND you will be unable to renew out of state because Chrysler Financing will not forward your renewal information nor will they allow you to put your forwarding address in the AK DMV system which totally screws college students and military members. Instead of $100 registration it will be $310. Find another place.

Took it to Chevy and they said theirs $1200 worth of damage. This dealership refuses to fix my issues because of warranty is up now. Place has no customer service or integrity.

Free Birthday tire rotation. Brought my Ram 1500 to the dealer, greeted by service person. Waited in their lounge for 25 minutes. Got my truck back and the Service person wished me Happy Birthday. Really nice experience.

Sales people are great. Finance department is very slow and not responsive in answering questions or taking calls. I bought my car two weeks ago, the vehicle I traded is still not paid off, my loan on my old vehicle is due and staff, not in the finance department, tell me to continue making the payments but wont tell me when a check will be sent to the bank. The bank tells me that depending on when the check is dated will determine if I will receive my payments back so there is no guarantee. Anchorage Chrysler recommends I continue paying on a vehicle I no longer have in my possession and may cost me money that I should not be having to pay on top of a new loan. The loan department may be the down fall of what seemed to be a great experience and hesitation to recommend.

Went to this dealership twice over the course of 5 years. Both occasions had terrible service. Salesman were extremely rude both times. did not buy a vehicle either instance due to this. Would not go back and was extremely disappointed.

Great experience for a dealership. Called ahead early and Eric had the rig we wanted to see already thawed out and warmed up. Dealer was great and proactively offered a $500 Veterans rebate if I had my DD214 on me, which I did. Coffee was great and the open showroom made hanging around all day slightly better than sitting at the hospital ER room. Overall it was right up there with the best car buying experiences Ive had.

Ive taken my jeep to this dealer 4 times now to correct an issue with the drivers side speaker, my service advisor Nate has no follow through, Im left without a vehicle and only get a response when I have to call and speak with a manager, the manager promises to make it right.. but doesnt follow through.. If you dont have the part or expertise to fix the issue send me to someone who can fix it, or at the very least call me so I can come pickup my vehicle before your shop closes for the day.Dont waste your time with this place.

My wife and I went down to look at a 2016 Ford Explorer. We talked to Russell and he informed us that they had just gotten that one in and that it was still in the process of being looked over. We looked at a 2015 fully loaded Sport model of the Explorer and Russell showed us that one instead. We informed him that we were just looking at the moment. He accepted our answer and let us decide on our own. There was not the typical pressure from a salesman present at all. Then my wife decided she wanted the 2015 model. We worked out a deal and traded our van in. This place is the place to go to if you are in the market for a new/used car. They are very friendly and courteous. The professionalism of this place is top notch. Thank you from a military family that loves great service. Our new vehicle has an issue with the A/C, a lady by the name of Sissi came and took care of my wifes needs. There were no promises from the dealership on the day of the sale, yet they are going to walk us through this issue. Thank you for everything.
