This is by far the worst dealership I’ve been to. I recently bought a car there and within a week a maintenance light turned on. When I called to schedule an appointment they said to bring it in so I did. When I brought it in I was looked at so uncomfortably as if it were my fault. To top it off I was not greeted but asked for keys in such a bad attitude. They seriously need to improve on their customer service and inspect the cars they are selling. The reason one buys a new car is to not be dealing with the same issues their older car has. The way this dealership treats it’s buyers is ridiculous.

This dealer does not even deserve one star!They are very unprofessional and liars. I have two months with the vehicle that I purchased from ACE Motors and it is the second time the check engine light goes on. When I called the dealer to ask for guidance on what to do they said I had no warranty on the vehicle and there was nothing they could do to help me with the issue.The day that I signed the papers Quirino assured me that the dealer offered three months warranty, yet apparently it was all lies.I am disappointed that my trust was stepped on by some “professionals.”Please don’t make the same mistake I did and save yourself time and money. This dealer is a complete joke.

The car I went to look at was a 2013 Lexus GS350 F sport. (Looked good in the photos) If I would have know the car was in that condition I would have never wasted my time in driving two hours to go see it. Half the car was repainted and there was damage to the undercarriage. And they did not disclose theses things I spoke to two reps on two different days to make sure the car was in great condition, and they both said the car was in “excellent condition”. They are liars and cannot help. They didn’t give me a copy of my credit which I am entitled to. Do NOT waste your time.
