Could not get anybody to answer the phone after multiple phone calls on a Monday at 3pm. How can you sell tires if you wont even pick up the phone and talk to a potential customer???

Worst customer service, guys standing here with thumbs up their A$$. Waited over 2 hours just to get a tire changed when the place is dead. No communication at all, last time ill be coming here.

4 hours only to change 2 rear tires

I am still sitting here almost 3 hours later and they have yet to even bring my car in.They told me two hours.I watched other cars that came in AFTER me get their service first.All of their workers work at a snail’s pace and have little to no work ethic. Like they don’t have a reason to be there.I would give Zero Stars if I could. I won’t be coming back.

If I could give, no stars, I would! I was told 2 hours just to put on two tires, 4 hours later, I’m still sitting here wondering if they will close before they get to my truck. And there is no one you can even ask for a status update.

Look they are super slow. But they are also super cheap. The oil always comes out right and they do inspect your car. Just keep in mind if ur trying to save a few bucks that yes leave ur car there for the day and get a ride from someone else. But common people its walmart what do u expect

I had a great experience at Walmart Auto Care Center. I needed two rear tires. I didnt give the right tire size but Mr. Dao, the mechanic, noticed it and fixed this for me before the job got started. I arrived on Saturday morning around 8:30am. There were already about 5-6 cars ahead of me. I was finished by 10:30am. Not bad on a Saturday.

They keep answering the phone and say sorry then proceed to keep me on hold what is the problem should just disconnect the phone lines if nobody wants to answer the phone 12/05/20 at 2:50pm

A crew of the saddest most pathetic and slowest group of young men I have ever seen. You only have to watch them for five minutes to realize none of these guys have any ambition, any energy, or apparently any leadership. If they were an independent sharp they would have been out of business, and rightly so, many years ago..If you need tires, go to Costco, Sams Club, or almost anywhere else before you come here. It may cost you more, but your time is worth it.

This place really has bad customer service it takes 4 hours for an oil change when they told me an 1hr

I just had the worst experience at the Walmart Tire Center. I went in at 9:04 am (directly from the service order) for an oil change and tire rotation that is covered under the tire purchase warranty. I was able to see them do the oil change, but then saw my car just sit there and not get the tire rotation done. Fast forward almost 3 hours, I spoke to a service rep who told me I had only been waiting for an hour and that my car wasnt done and they couldnt finish because the technician was at lunch. I was going to have to wait to get the job done. I told them I just wanted to take my car as is, they would not do it. After lots of back and forth, I was able to get my car back without the tire rotation. Service completed time from the service order is 11:51 am. Total time 2 hours 47 minutes for a simple oil change.

Excellent service. Employees (Jose and Mario) very helpful. I would definitely go back. They deserve a rise. Walmart should keep good employees as these two gentlemen.

My battery went dead. AAA emergency road service told me my battery is bad. I came in 10 minutes after 5 on Sunday which they supposed to be closed at 5 p.m. The technician still willing to help me to test my battery. This is definitely exceeding the customers expectation!

Associate here is selling me a trailer tire(ST) for my pick up instead of LT tires .......besides that associate when looking for them and comeback to tell me they are out of stock on the ST 235/85/16 .....when around tire shop and found 5 of them myself....People need to be place on training in this Walmart, dont know what they offer to customers.......Make me think!!!!!

Their employees are friendly but the con is that they are never accurate with the wait time they give you. They told us 1 hour because there were two cars ahead of us. We come back after an hour and half and our car is still in the same spot. He then told us that there was 4 cars ahead of us. After 3+ hours they end up telling us that they cant repair the tire😡. Never coming here again!!!

They put an oversized oil plug in my oil pan and stripped it. Now it won’t hold the new plug and I have to get the whole oil pan replaced!!!! Do not take your car here. It will only cost you more in the long run.

They always have a wonderful customer service I love to make my oil change here its a very good price and fast every column the mornings of course

They will check your battery for free and have cheaper prices for repairs and parts than local shops. The battery I bought here has lasted longer and has a better warrantee than a battery I bought for more from a mechanic shop.

Horrible slow service. I dont like writing harsh reviews but this place definitely deserves one. You can realistically expect to wait at least twice as long of the estimated time that they give you. They said it would take 60 to 90 mins maximum to install a new tire (a very simple job). But its been over 2 hours and they havent even started working on my car yet. I would understand if they were having a busy day, but the shop area seems pretty empty so theres no excuse. Save yourself alot time and go to another auto center.

The staff was friendly, they helped out, but the only negative was it took 3 hrs to get my wheel fixed . It usually takes about an hr in other locations. The positive was that since it was Walmart I was entertained

All you need in Walmart, go for oil change and shop for clothes and a snack in one place with the family or solo mission

This place is ridiculous! If their staff tells you to wait 2 and a half hours, you would expect at least 3 hours of wait. I only tried get my tires rotated and took more than 3 hours wait. Like other reviewers, take your cars to Costco, Sam’s Club or other shops.

Online it says they do an alignment but this place does not and they also say all Walmarts do not do alignments.

Terrible service, no one called and saw my car just sitting there after hours unattended. Went to front desk, no associate had to ask another department as well as the manager to ring up my order. Everything was haphazardly done and my car interior has a layer of dust and my windows looking exacally the same as I left it. It was just a oil change but Im never leaving my car with them again. But then again its Walmart I shouldnt have expected better service.

I will not go to this Walmart for their tire service. I tried getting through for 2 days and no one would answer. I even talked to managers and did not get through. Not good service at all!

Customer service was horrible employee by the name of Damian was really rude and acted like he was doing me a favor as oppose to me being a paying customer he has no people skills and has no business being in retail or anything to do with customers
