Ive bought a few pieces from RW Carbon and the fitment was great. Everything was very reasonably priced and arrived on time.

Ordered CF mirror caps and rear spoiler for my new F90 M5. Spoiler looks great and install was pretty straight forward. Passenger side fit near perfect but the drivers side not so much. It clipped in but something just wasnt right with the fitment. Figured no one would really notice and decided to keep it. Took my car for a drive a couple days later with some good Colorado weather and the drivers side whistles at any speed above 35mph. Ive been emailing back and forth for 3 days now and asked them to call to discuss a way ahead. More emails about boxes and putting the OeM cap back on because they cant ship a new one until they have conf of shipment of the old one. Its jenky I dont want it but I dont have the OEM ones to put back on. Seems like Im stuck. Wasted money. Wont be doing business with RW carbon again.Upon reading my review I left on another site, they offered to send a new cap if I promised to delete my review.

Im a truck driver from Toronto Canada and I was delivering 5 minutes down the street from RW carbon in Anaheim. Decided to pick up some Carbon fiber mirrors and carbon front lip for my w212 E-Class. Fitment was pretty good and the quality was A+. Planning on ordering a rear diffuser and DTM trunk spoiler!

Received my parts today. Shipping was extremely quick, and the parts look perfect and fit perfect. They did send me the wrong trunk spoiler, but Greg was very responsive, and got a new one shipped the same day with priority. I highly recommend RW Carbon! 👍

So decided to stop by and talk with someone about their product and other questions. Spoke with Greg who stated they had most of what I was looking for in stock and happily grabbed some for me to look at against my car. After leaving, Greg and I talked on the phone a couple times and he was able to answer my questions pretty easily. In the end, he ran up a quote that I was happy with and I had the items installed. The second part is while I planned to be in with 2 hours for them to do the work, LA traffic was incredibly horrible and I was only able to afford the shop 30 minutes. Rather than turn me away, they took the car back and got straight to work. An awesome group of guys and definitely somewhere Id go if I get another car down the road.Thanks!

Initially had some hiccups with the carbon fiber lip I received from RW Carbon on my 2016 BMW 535i. The owner (Matt) reached out and was very helpful in handling the situation.Everything turned out great and the lip now looks excellent on the vehicle. The quality of their carbon fiber products are excellent. The fitment compared to other CF products on the market is spot on. I wouldnt hesitate to purchase future products from Matt at RW Carbon!

Bottom line, the front lip (F32016 performance front lip) shattered at 80 MPH without hitting anything. It may have been the cold weather making the materials brittle, but even then it probably shouldnt have broken. RW Carbon attempted to compensate with an insulting $170 discount if i wanted to buy another one. Do not trust all the quality guarantee and other hype, as my experience shows that it isnt quite their priority.They claimed that the failure came from not using enough screws, however the front lip broke in between mounting points, and the included screws and double sided tape held just fine: as the side pieces were still perfectly attached to the front bumper.Giving credit where credit is due, the front lip absolutely generated enough aerodynamic effect to break itself at high speed.If you want one, get the CF version, and beware that RW Carbon will not honor their claims of quality or guaranteed satisfaction.

I was here the first time for my spoiler installation. After I got back I realize one side of the spoiler isn’t sticking well, I emailed them and within half hour they replied and said they are able to fix it for me. Overall the customer service was quick and friendly.

I purchased a front lip for my X5M and it fit pretty well so I decided to buy the side skirts and rear defuser a few weeks later. Unfortunately I had multiple issue with the vehicle and had to trade it back in. So I called RW to intercept the package and have to sent back to them I was told by greg that they wouldnt charge me a restocking fee because I never acutely received the package sounded good to me I had already had nothing but issues with the x5m already this was nice to hear. Well unfortunately they never intercepted the package it made it to me so I refused it so fed ex would just send it back to them only to find out they now charged me 252.00 to ship it to me which I understand I was responsible for but also a 15% restocking fee of 277.00 plus a return shipping charge of 252.00 for a total of 781.00. I called and spoke with Eric the manager to be told sorry Greg didnt say that which is a lie I am a business owner my self and was excited to see another business that wasnt all about the money. Needless to say they will never get my business again nor a recommendation to purchase from them Im out 781.00 for something I never even received or opened had I known I would just have kept it and sold it for less of a loss.

VERY MISLEADINGI have a Ferrari 458 and purchased the carbon fiber rear diffuser kit with the fog light moldings, front lip and the side skirts. First the molding trims were missing in the package and one of the side skirts had a bible in the price so inspect immediately after delivery if you continue to purchase.The Diffuser the factory bolts did work but it’ a ”factory fitment” the fog light moldings are not the same and you CANNOT use your black mesh that’s covers the two big holes when your done. You have to buy and mesh screen and MODIFY it to work. In which it says not modifications factory fitment in their description.The front lip, I would not advise anyone to buy this. It rubs on the front bumper, the carbon cut outs to go around bolts you don’t have to take out do not line up no matter what way you tried and the factory bolts do not work. I emailed Matt and went through the whole process of pulling out the carbon lip then tighten down the “new bolts” it still touches. Then the screws they want you to screw into the the car are at least 1/2” to short they don’t even make it through the carbon. Matt said they installed these with no issue but maybe had to change a few bolts but what about these screws? I don’t believe him.The side skirts do work no preset holes but don’t worry about that if they had them they’d be off. I used tape and rain it across the bottom of the car where the side skits sat and marked the holes and mirrored the tape on the carbon skirts. You’ll also need to get longer bolts as the factory bolts are 1/4” to short.I emailed Matt and showed him video and pics of the process and he went dark on me....I would AVOID and go to your cars chat site and read the reviews of other companies products.

Purchased a front lip for my 135i, after having it professionally installed, it cracked, emailed back and forth, and came to a conclusion that the lip was defective (had never been hit or damaged). Right away they sent me a brand new lip, free of charge! This process only took about 48 hours!!! It was seamless! And not to mention the quality of the product is great!

Got the CF mirror caps and they fit perfectly!

The fit of the front spoiler for my 2018 AMG E63S Wagon was perfect. My AMG mechanics complimented it as well and said its the best fitting carbon fiber piece they have installed. Now hoping I can find a carbon fiber rear difusser!

Ordered a rear trunk spoiler for my E550 coupe to my home in Canada. It arrived and when I opened the package it was slightly damaged in transit. Emailed them and they sent me a replacement spoiler immediately. Excellent customer service. Fit is good and looks great. Will order future components for my m3

Poor service. Ordered a GTX spoiler for a C63... they sent out an email saying it shipped a week ago with a tracking and confirmation number. It shows delivery for today, but info was missing on Fed ex website so I called for clarification. Spoke to matt who initially disconnected my call. I called back and he told me it in fact never shipped and he just got the order with the reason being it wasnt quality. He acted like he could care less and offered another spoiler thats not even close nor is that ready if it were acceptable. Not sure why it sat there for a week and I had to call to find this out rather than them reaching out to me when they realized a week ago there was an issue. Not the way to treat people

I previously purchased a carbon fiber spoiler from RW Carbon for my vehicle 2 years ago. However, after returning from a 1 year deployment in Afghanistan I noticed the carbon fiber was falling apart. I contacted RW Carbon about the product and although they were not able to replace the spoiler at no cost, they offered to send me a new model spoiler for $100. In addition, they offered to replace my recently purchased carbon fiber mirrors at no cost, which are experiencing the same problem. Overall, I am satisified with RW Carbons customer service but it would have been great if they could have replaced my spoiler at no cost as well.

I ordered The Mercedes C117 CLA Revo Style CF Lip Spoiler and it arrived damaged. I had it shipped back to them and when i called in they said that they have the damaged part and that i can come in to get a new one installed, but when i called again when i was ready to come in they told me that they never received anything from me. Very unreliable lazy business with cheap products and theyll do whatever they can to not replace your damaged part. Be careful when buying from them as nothing is guaranteed from them.

I ordered a carbon fibre AMG style spoiler for my W204 Coupe. I had high hopes even knowing that its rare to get good oem style quality from an aftermarket dealer.The spoiler I received was uneven so when viewed from behind the right side isnt symmetrical. There was a bead of extra clear coat on the under of the left side. I intentionally paid more for RW carbons offering over other online vendors because they say they inspect each of their products before it leaves.I guess unless they mount the product on a car they wouldnt know it was badly made so I dont really blame them. You win some you lose some. It just sucks it looks the way it does on such a nice car otherwise.

I ordered a carbon fiber roof spoiler, trunk spoiler, and mirror covers from them about a month(ish) ago. I was promptly emailed asking if it was ok if the order took longer to get to me because it was out of stock and had to be manufactured. This was totally ok since it was very prompt and very straightforward. Maybe a week or so later, all my products shipped. When they arrived, they were wrapped in bubble wrap and foam and were completely undamaged. All pieces fit very snug, and have almost an OEM fit to them. The carbon weave looks fantastic. They are very prompt and very polite and easy to work with. I am definitely going to be using them in the future!
