Up until now Ive never had an issue, sadly at my last oil change and service when rotating my tires they had to bust off most of the lugnut caps which I get but then they didnt say anything to me and Im missing over half of them so my car looks kinda silly, I called and asked what happened and was not even offered an apology and was told if I want to ever fix it I will have to do it out of my own pocket. Extremely disappointed, if I take my car in for service I want it given back to me the way I took it in!!!

Horrible. Had 7am appointment for oil change and didnt leave until 2.5 hrs later due to cars in front of me at time of opening (which is 7am) Whats the point of having an appointment if I show up at 6:45 and am not first in line? Then to top it off I had to ask for me keys as my truck was sitting in the parking lot completed but no one there had a clue

Went in for an oil change in a holiday weekend with appointment expecting to be there a while waiting. Pleasantly surprised at the speed of service. I appreciate the video they send of the undercarriage of the vehicles with voice summary. I had voltage/battery issues with my Suburban they have been upfront about and really strived to get to the root of the problem.

I really like Ken Garff. I brought my Honda Accord in for basic maintenance and they found a bigger problem which was fixed quickly to my satisfaction. My service advisor had good communication and I really felt valued and respected as a customer.

Bought my most expensive souvenir and Birthday present... We were not expecting to purchase a vehicle on vacation but the Service experience was unbelievable! I havent been to this dealer since 2008- talk about a great team! Their staff is really top-notch and as I had to schedule an appt for another persons car (it wasnt my car) they made things super easy to do. I was directed with exactly who to talk to and what the needs/expectations were and etc. It was so refreshing to have so much consideration extended at a car service venue. Thank you!

I wasn’t ready to buy a car and she was patient with me and helped me narrow my search down a lot even though I still haven’t made the purchase. I had an amazing oil-change experience. I was 4 or 5 cars back on line. The service advisor took my keys and committed to a wait time that seemed aggressive given my place in line. I was back in my vacuumed car with a car wash voucher ahead of schedule.

We go to Ken Garff for all of our car maintenance and we dont even own a Chevy. The Advantage care plan they offer is an amazing value and they are super nice and have a great area to wait. Snacks and drinks are in abundance. Even a place for young kids to play and a tv area for adults.

Its a fairly stream lined process now. Theyve made the waiting area larger and as always theres free soda, popcorn, and other good stuff to eat. It used to take significantly longer for an oil change but theyve managed to cut the time down to around 45 minutes. They also have 3 oil changes for 100 bucks which is certainly worth it. In all a pretty good place.

I came here to get my cars annual service done. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They get things done pretty quickly, too.I was especially pleased when I was waiting and they brought out warm cookies for their customers.Also, when I left, a warning light came on to check one of my back-up lights, so I went right back. They checked it, and found that the bulb needed to be replaced. They didnt charge me anything for that, even though its not covered by my service package.

Truck was running rough (6.0 diesel), was told that it needed fuel injector ($2,000+). When I picked it up it was still running rough, took it back and they told me a wiring harness plug had been glued together by a previous mechanic. But since I had to return it they would give me wholesale cost on parts and cut labor in half but would still cost an additional $2,400. I gave the go ahead but felt like I was being cheated so I called back to get part numbers and prices and found same parts online for much less $, when I confronted the sales agent he said my quote was so high because I also needed to replace the FICM (never mentioned until now) that it was only putting out 14volts...I asked why it was not originally diagnosed as faulty when replacing the injector, and told him that I routinely monitor my FICM voltage with my phone app, including while driving it back and that the voltage was normal. I then threatened to involve a manager...when I picked up the truck the service rep said that it ended up not needing the FICM replaced and charged me $1,900 for the harness replacement...Ive had similar experiences with these folks in the past, I will not be returning in the future.

Now THIS is service. I cannot believe all the best and new practices they are using. They got me an Uber to get a lunch. And also paid for the uber home. Provided a video summary of the car issues. Its a large, clean, friendly, and pleasant place to wait with soda, snacks, and TVs.

They gave me conflicting information and told me I had different dangerous levels that had to be paid for immediately (but the second time they said those same things were fine). Also, I had some transmission issues and needed 2 weeks to save up money and they threatened to tow my car. Ive had only poor experiences coming here.

Honestly extremely disappointed with the car salesman here. We went to Honda to find a 2016 civic and their prices were about $1.5K higher than other places we had looked at, when we asked why the gentleman we spoke to said “I guarantee that those cars have been in accidents and bought at auctions on the east coast” - it turned out neither were that way after checking the car facts and instead of the guys apologizing for being wrong he tried to lie and cover it up. I wouldn’t recommend going here because you’ll definitely get ripped off.

DO NOT use Honda Service Orem!!!! DISHONEST AND OVER-PRICED. HORRIBLE experience with service department (specifically Brandon), multiple times. I have never written a review until now, I had to write one here. The first bad experience I had was because of the ridiculous price they quoted me for a repair. I called around to get price quotes (with price breakdowns). When comparing labor prices, I discovered that Honda was charging OVER 3 times the amount for LABOR, than any other shop in the area for the exact same job. To make things worse, they also marked up the after-market parts by over 200%. I understand that the Honda parts would be nicer and cost more, but when comparing one after-market part to another, they should be in the same ball park, not well over twice as much. (all this happened one year ago).Fast forward to now (Feb 2018), the same part that was replaced a year ago went bad again; needs to be replaced, no big deal. I went in to Honda and Brandon (the service manager), told me that the parts were not under warranty because I did not use the Honda part (I used after-market parts). Brandon wanted to charge me over $600 to replace the part (around 300 for the Honda part and about 300 for labor) After talking to some other mechanics in the area, I found out that the parts ARE under warranty. Brandon literally LIED to my face. On top of it, every single shop I called quoted me under 110 for labor; once again, Brandon marking up the labor cost by 3x.If you want to pay three times as much as you should, go to Honda. If not, go ANYWHERE else.

It was kind of a confusing experience. Went in to get my airbags replaced, people seemed to assume that you should know what to do in their large facility. The shuttle service was amazing and they came to pick me up after the service officially stopped, but they loose points for communication, no one told me they closed before the actual close time of the main building. They also supposedly texted me that my car was finished way earlier but I never received any such text. Glad they called again when they did, I may have been stuck at work for the night were it not for the call, and for the extremely dedicated shuttle driver.

Theyve been servicing my car for 5 years, and always go above and beyond in service and effort. Theyve worked me in when I had an emergency, went and got pizza for my kids when we were stuck there waiting (their shuttle wouldnt fit all 7 of us), and have always been honest with me about what is actually needed and what can wait. We go there for everything bc we trust them.

Scandalous! They lied they totally took advantage of me. I am a 60 year old disabled grandma on a fixed income. They promised payments to fit my budget told me not to worry that they would make it work.i never saw any paper work 90 days later I still did not have plates and then I received a phone call informing me that I was a co signer and my first payment was late. A payment that was over half of my monthly income! Needless to say they repossessed the quoted $5,000 car and now they are suing me for $12,000. Put $500 down it was every penny I had so now I have no money and no car. Thank you Ken Garff for making my life that much harder!

We received a relatively minor recall on our vehicle and the service department was able to take care of the update and get me back on the road in less than an hour.Very friendly and helpful. My car had an airbag recall. We ususally go elsewhere but thought wr would try them as they are the closest Honda. With 2 exceptions, the employees were distant and rude. I was transferred several times over a few phone calls with different answers to the same question. I was told that they offer NO shuttles to my area but that was not true. They do. I was told I would have a *complementary* car to use as I would have a 2 year old with me. Surprise, no car for me. Had to take their shuttle to my home ( ...so I would have no car..there goes my day...).I got the 2 year old out and her car seat by myself while the young driver just sat there. The driver that picked me up, Kip?, was awsome. He didnt have gps so it took awhile for him to get me but he was so friendly. It looks new and nice but I will never go back!
