My engagement ring is beautiful and my husband/family has bought multiple pieces of jewelry here. But beware this is no small business where they actually care. The staff is rude and treats customers like another number. You call for help, forget it. No one cares about you after the sale. My diamond fell out of my $10k+ ring (for the second time) a week before my 1 year wedding anniversary. I tried talking to the staff asking them to please help me get my ring back in time for my anniversary. I pleaded with them to please help me. The manager finally got on the phone and told me that if I have it there by tomorrow it could be done. I asked her to please make notes on my account about what we discussed. She said she would not make notes and it would get done. I took off work to bring in my ring the next day, giving them 8 days for repairs. The staff had no idea what I was talking about (bc no notes on my account of course). But finally after pleading again with them, he said they would help me get it done in time. I called a couple times to check in, including on the day of my 5:00pm pick up, and was reassured it would be done by 5:15pm. I got off work early and when I get there they cannot even find my ring. It’s at another location and won’t be back until 1pm the next day. My anniversary trip, booked around their reassurance of a finished ring, was the next day. No one cared. No managers were even there to speak to. I’ve been in management in sales/wedding industry/hospitality for years and that’s not how you treat customers. I spoke with multiple people at this location begging them to please help me.. no one ever cared enough to take the time to actually help me. That’s the kind of business I do NOT want to give my money to.

Her expertise is immeasurable and she goes the extra and I mean extra mile to exceed customer satisfaction. If I were to go into detail this review would be endless. I went to the Altamonte Springs location literally 6 hours before my wedding because a diamond fell out of my wifes ring!!! From the very beginning your employees were more than professional, courteous, and helpful. The young lady at the front was amazing and the gentleman in the back was great!!!! I bought a pearl necklace sold as a set. The chain was 13 inches long, otherwise known as a childrens chain. They could not give me any sort of credit for the chain and the cheapest chain that they had was $250.. They should let people know that when they are selling a necklace and pendant as a set that they are not actually usable unless you are buying it for a child or by a new chain. I went here because last time I was there I spent $150 and they made me feel as if I was spending ten thousand. I was very happy with them. I am not anymore

Lisa was a great help! I wanted the perfect engagement ring and she made it happen. She brought in diamonds from other locations that matched exactly what I was looking for. Then she helped me pick the perfect setting for it. She made everything extremely easy and I got the perfect ring!

Terrible customer service at IDC Altamonte. Over the weekend, I went into IDC really excited to buy my fiancés wedding band. My mother and I were initially offered help but decided we would like to look around first and then take a look at the rings we like the best. The associate that offered us help got tied up with another couple financing a purchase (completely understandable). So I decided to see if a different sales clerk could help us look at the rings we liked. A different associate asked who else needed help, but when I said yes we would love some help looking at a few rings the sales associate said someone was already helping them and asked who else needed assistance to other customers who had come into the store after we had. I felt very disrespected and like I was not a valued customer. Overall it was a huge let down because this is supposed to be an exciting experience for a new bride. So I went to a different company who treated my mom and I with the upmost respect and kindness, and was more helpful that anyone at the Altamonte IDC. I would never recommend this IDC store to anyone looking for a positive and helpful experience purchasing any fine jewelry.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Tod went above and beyond to see to it that I not only got the perfect ring, but did everything he could to lower the cost and upgrade the ring box when he didn’t need to. If you’re looking for the perfect place to find the perfect ring, IDC is that place and I highly recommend Tod!

My finance spent over 10,000 in this store. He bought me a pair of earrings for $430. Then paid an extra $120. To get screw backs on them. The screws were too big and they both fell off causing me to lose one of the earrings. We callease something.d and spoke to the manager Kevin. He said come in and he would talk to us. We went into the store and Kevin would not even speak to us. Told us there is nothing he can do. I am very disappointed with them sn will never step foot in that store again !!! They are horrible the saga continues. I havebtr I Ed to contact Brian several times with again no response. Terrible customer service unless you want to.purch

I recently purchased a ankle bracelet from IDC. My sales person was Cecilia, she was kind as she is beautiful. The store offered only a few in store. Cecilia took the time to patiently wait as I looked at many to choose from in their catalog. As I was looking she asked questions that I otherwise may not of thought of. Color, shape, length. It was over in a matter of time and very painless. My girlfriend loves it. I will make future purchases. Thank you!

We picked up our wedding bands today! The whole International Diamond Center experience was seamless and enjoyable from beginning to end. Tod and Kevin both took great care to ensure that my fiancé and I had all of our questions answered, and they helped us pick things within our budget. They called (what I assume was the manufacturer) to make sure that our choices could be made in platinum, and really just went above and beyond. Neither employee made us feel rushed, and Tod was especially communicative via email while we were deciding. There was never one iota of pressure to make a purchase, and we truly feel that our happiness and satisfaction was the priority, regardless of if we became paying customers. As far as the storefront is concerned, it is extremely clean and everything in their collection dazzles. I feel spoiled because they even offered to clean my engagement ring for free. They will not accept returns unless a manager is on duty. My husband bought me a necklace similar to one I already had for our anniversary a month ago. We realized today (Father’s Day) was the last day of the return window so he drove 30 minutes to return it, only to be told that no manager happened to be working, so he couldn’t return it. Just a ridiculous policy and a royal waste of time. If the store is open they should be able to take returns.

Other stores inflate their prices to offer you like 2 discounts so that they don’t show what the real price is like IDC. I picked up my ring from leaving it to be cleaned for the first time for my wedding. When I got my ring back, I went to my car to check it to make sure everything was good before I left. There was a diamond missing!!! I trusted them with my ring and they gave it back to me with a missing diamond. That is completely unacceptable and the rings should always be checked before giving it to the customer.

I really cant say enough about our trip to IDC in Altamonte. Minnie and David were both amazing. They were genuinely attentive, friendly, and personable without being the pushy sales-person type. We had recently visited another IDC location and, although everyone was friendly and helpful, it was a completely different atmosphere than what we experienced today. I came to the Idc in Altamonte springs and had a bad experience with the sellers they were rude and the first thing they asked me was how old I was and that I looked too young. They barely paid me any attention and made me feel self conscious of the was I was dressed. At the end ended up leaving after the rep said that they had better inventory online and I should check there so I went to the mall and purchased my new wedding set at a different place.

Bought an engagement ring and the setting was very tight. Brought it in for sizing and got it back about a week later. Picked it up and less than 24 hours I noticed the diamond was moving. Can someone explain why a diamond would come loose during a sizing? It is getting harder and harder to trust jewelers.

When you are buying the ring, they are great. The second you walk out, the customer service is trash. Complete and utter trash. The sales managers are rude, the front desk lady is rude, the old lady who runs the front is rude. They do not care the slightest bit. Beautiful ring, but the service is absolute worst. We’ve spent over $20K there between all of our rings and jewelry, and I can assure you not a single dollar will go back to them. If you care about your health please do not go to this place. A friend recommended this store so I visited about a week ago looking to upgrade my 2ct. diamond for my 30th Anniversary and to get diamond earrings for my daughters birthday. I was greeted by the door by a salesperson who wasnt wearing any face protection. That made me feel uncomfortable but I still wanted to give it a try so when I was approached I said I just wanted to look around. Big mistake. Inside the store not one salesperson was wearing face protection and the worst part was that they were not even keeping social distance. Salespeople were talking to customers from not more than 1ft. apart. It is so sad that this company does not seem to care about the health of their employees and customers. Needless to say Im not coming back.

I had a wonderful experience. I had the pleasure of working with Lauren and she went above and beyond and the extra mile.We went in looking for engagement rings. They were the 4th jewelry store we had gone to and we almost didnt go because a few friends said they were too expensive. I can honestly say they were able to accommodate my budget. The ring I really liked was slightly above our budget. Lauren later did some research, and was very creative and took the features I liked in the other ring and created a very similar ring that was in our budget. When I back to look at it she wasnt working but left amazing notes so anyone could help me and show me her creation.We decided on the first engagement ring I really liked because they were having a great sale and it worked out great.
