A great store the staff was very helpful and friendly! Greeted upon arrival and Ms. TYLER assisted me with my account and rewards.The store was neat, clean and organized. It was easy to shop, even the big clearance sale which is extremely rare to see organized clearance sections!

I have never been treated so well in a store before. While here they make sure you feel important, they acknowledge every customer with a smile and friendly greeting, check out is always fast and cashiers kind. My favorite store by far!

The most horrible staff I have ever dealt with. They lied to my face. Brought a art painting to be framed. They gave me a code of $100 so when I came to place the order the manager was there. And he said no we didnt give you a code. He said I have to pay $750 for the frame. I was like last week the lady who was here gave me the code. They had all my information in their system but they wouldnt honor what they promised me. This guy shouldnt be a manager. He has a nasty attitude and never apologized. He should be fired.

They have only a small quantity of Red Heart Yarn, although they have quite a large stash of yarn in general to choose from.

Everything was pretty easy to find. Seemed to be training a new person but she was super helpful and had other team members readily available to assist her when she got stuck. Not a lot in stock seems to be transitioning brands within the store.

Love the staff - super friendly and helpful. I purchased a frame online and arrived before it was ready. They dropped everything and worked on my purchase. Love this store !!

Good craft store. I purchased some material for a summer door wreath and looked for yarn for a baby blanket. It appears that Michaels is cutting back on yarn supplies. At least two full rows are now devoted to sewing supplies leaving only one and a half rows for yarn. Some additional sale yarn in a main area. I would say that yarn has been reduced by at least half. I was a bit disappointed by the options available.

They took the time to look up the availability of the item I needed as well as helped me figure out the measurements/quantity with a great attitude and urgency.My friend is going to love her DIY babyshower.

Great place to find craft items !!

Only 1 checkout register open at one of the most popular craft and holiday supply stores around, on an evening in December. I was the 8th person in line when I approached the checkout area. 16 minutes later Ive advanced to 4th, with a whole cluster of shoppers lined up behind me. And the only reason Ive moved up as far as I have is because 2 shoppers in front of me abandoned their carts and left out of frustration. Seems to me that during a year when almost EVERY business is hurting for revenue, management at this particular store could have done a much better job scheduling for the holidays.

Nobody EVER knows anything here. They dont train these employees or they are just there as bodies. Do yourself a favor, AVOID this location at all cost cause they are not there to help. They dont know anything or what they do and dont have as simple as a 100% polyester shirt. JUST AVOID THIS PLACE.

The customer service here is outstanding! Q is awesome! If you need anything framed, ask for Tyrone. He is talented and cares about every project as if it was his own. Great store!

I ordered on line Friday for pick up. I got an email Saturday morning that my order was ready. I went Saturday night to do curbside pick up. It was 7:15. I used my email to let them know I was there, only to get a response that curbside wasnt available at this time. I wouldve gone in to get it, but I wasnt dressed to go in. This store is not convenient for me, and now I have to again. I havent decided if Im going to cancel my order or not.

Needed picture frames custom done for two paintings and Boo in the framing department was absolutely fabulous! Super patient, humored me asking to see about 20 different frames, never once acted irritated. She even helped me with pricning not to go over the budget! She was amazing and made my Friday happy! 😁😇

All Michaels locations have become disappointing in the papercrafting dept. Everything seems to be online. Would like to be able to buy something without paying postage or have a minimum dollar amount purchase.

I ordered an online curbside pickup order yesterday. Revived 2 notifications that the order was ready to to pickup this morning (8/31/2020). So I got my little kids in the car, followed the instructions on the email clicking the link to let them know I was on my way, and drove 25 minutes to the store. Got there, no assigned curbside pick up spots- no biggie- parked as close to the doors as I could, as instructed by the email, clicked on the link to notify them I had arrived, which then told me to call. Annoying, but whatever. I called EIGHT times. EIGHT different times over the span of 35 minutes. There were 5 cars in the parking lot one being a gentleman that I saw go into the store and walk out with a bag, so he was definitely a customer. After 35 minutes of waiting and crying babies in my car- I left, empty handed and furious. Don’t offer something and take my money for it if you aren’t going to complete the agreed upon arrangements. When I got home I tried calling again- still no answer. Same messaging, stayed on the line to be directed to the first available team member, rang for about a minute then hangs up. STILL no answer. I want the $78 refunded. Since they can’t answer the phone I will be contacting my credit card company. So disappointing and a complete waste of my time.

Very nice especially when you are looking for holiday stuff, photo frames, art supplies etc. I like Aarons framing section as well for custom framing.

Tony was extremely helpful in picking out the mat and frame for a watercolor.

Joan Foltz: Yesterday I contacted this store and asked if they would hold 3 frames for me. I had purchased 6 of them (all they had)at the Roswell Store and I needed 3 more. They were on sale 2 for the price of 1. I went this morning to pick them up and the manager informed me that the sale went off today (Sunday) and they would not give me the price I had just paid for them on Saturday. The 2 for 1 sign was still up! If they had told me that when I put them on hold I would have gladly paid for them on the phone on Sat. I think this is extremely poor customer service. I spend thousands at their stores and this is the customer appreciation I get.Manager would not even come to front of store to talk to me!!

Huge selection of craft and hobby items. Prices are decent on items that are not available just anywhere. The items that are on sale are very reasonable. The check out process is a little slow but the employees are very friendly and helpful at the checkout and in the departments. Lots of free parking available and offers handicapped access and parking.

Manager does not honor promotion posted within store. Refused to offer any assistance or clarification on why promotion would not be honored for full priced- as is items... Did not even come to the front to help sort out the situation. Will continue to shop online, where all deals and promotion are honored per your stores policy! If I could leave a 0 I would.

Very nice store and well arranged making it easy to find what your looking for. The management and the employees are very friendly and know about the crafts in their department so they are helpful for your needs. I enjoy going there and seeing the latest crafts and tools to work with. I highly recommend this store.

Friendly staff and great teamwork to handle busy areas.Went to the framing center and it seemed busy with it being Christmas time. Another employee arrived pretty fast to help take care of me. It was my first time getting artwork framed and Boo made it a comfortable experience. Walked me through the process and explained everything in detail. She gave me some advice and was very friendly, chatting with me during the exchange. She easily handled other customers needs while not ignoring me. I left the store feeling taken care of and with a lovely experience. Thanks for the help Boo!

I was at Michaels again yesterday and the lovely young man back in framing put my precious original artwork by Georgia Rousseau in a frame with a mat. Ive been trying to get this done for years. It is lovely. Im enjoying it and Im very grateful he found me a really good deal on a frame. Thank you Michaels!

I am so sorry that I had to give 2 stars because I love shopping at Michaels. This was the first time that I shopped at this location and the reason that I gave it 2 stars was because, for 1, there was not much help, I had to go look for someone to assist me, 2, the check out line was not that long, but it took a while to get checked out, about 20 min, 3, when I finally got to check out, my item rang up at a higher price, I told the cashier and she gave me a lame excuse instead of going to check. So needless to say, I will not shop here for my Michaels needs. I had a bad first impression.

Great store. Love the amount of choices to start a hobby. Went in looking for one item and then began wandering. A short trip tired into a two hour adventure.The store associate was helpful in looking for the items and question I had. They also had a great sale going so I ended up spending more than I wanted.

This is a large store. It has such a great variety for just about any craft or art need you might have. They also have increased their trendy home decor section. They rotate the latest trends such as coastal, industrial, farmhouse etc. You can find things to update your decor for a very reasonable price.

This is a good location! They’ve always been well stocked, and it’s a nice big store.

Terrible customer service. They had me drive home to get a bigger car at 5pm and I came back at 6:30pm and they were closed with a full staff inside. They close at 9pm.

What more could you ask for an arts and craft store. This place has it all, organization, paints, brushes, pencils, canvases, a must go to if you’re in town!

I had my son walk ahead of me to ask one of the employees a question, as there were to teammates speaking. When they were done he politely said excuse me and they both walked away. When I got closer and followed them they finally acknowledged him but still seemed annoyed. The store is great, customer service not so much.

The staff were very nice & helpful & the store was well-stocked! I cant wait to come back for Holiday decorations! 😀

LARGE SELECTION, thats probably the largest MICHAELS, it loaded, I was able to find a hard to find item there at a great price. AWESOME PLACE!

Asked 2 employees for item I was searching for and the 3rd person finally was polite and kind enough to show me where to find it. The other 2 acted as if I were bothersome to them

We shop at this Michaels all the time. Always have great deals. Staff is very friendly and the give extra discounts when you ask for them. Always get our supplies for our projects here. Will return again in the near future very soon.

My grandson loves this place. The pricing is baffling, much too high for most things. Without the coupons I would never shop there. I always feel tricked and ripped off afterwards. But hey...anything for the grandkids!

Michaels marks regular price items as “top value” so they will not honor their 40% off coupon at regular price. Good example are helium tanks for $25. Same tank & price at Party City, Walmart, & Sam’s Club. Buyer Beware. They just lost ‘top value” customer.

Rude employee/manager had to call Corp Bc the way she talked to me was the most rudest way. Will not shop at this location ever again.
