I Purchased high end appliances such as Sub Zero, Miele, and La Cornue, all had issues with install; either missing parts or left without the units in working order. Furthermore, trying to get help from them in regards to all issues, was by far worse than the issues I had!!!!

Make an appointment or the sales reps will not have a single moment to even make eye contact with you. It’s a beautiful sales room and I have been pleased in the past. I tried for an hour and a half to be patient. Not one person other than the receptionist even made eye contact or said a word. I was one of 4 customers in the showroom. While there I googled other dealers for the product I was shopping for, drove 15 minutes and was greeted professionally, had my questions answered and products ordered.

Be very careful. If your appliance comes to you and does not work at all, you do not get a replacement they will only try to repair it. With a car you have the lemon law, but if you get an appliance from Ferguson and it appears to be a lemon, you have no recourse for a NEW appliance. Only a repair. Believe it or not, even at Home Depot you have 48 hrs to discover a problem and you can ask for a replacement during that time. After 48 hrs then it is a repair, but at least you have the option for a short period of time to get a replacement if it comes with a malfunction. Wish I hadn’t used Ferguson.

Ferguson showroom is amazing and the staff is very helpful! I buy lots of materials there and the guys are always helpful and fast! I send clients there for design assistance with all things kitchen and bath. If youre looking to remodel, upgrade, replace or build, dont hesitate to stop in and make an appointment! Youll be pleased you did!

Excellent level of education of sales people, no pressure to buy, will spend the time with you to get the right thing. Not bargain basement prices, but you get what you pay for. And a huge showroom with lots of examples.

OMG, this place is Awful! Save yourself a lot of frustration and go somewhere else. Ive remodeled a kitchen and three baths. The Kitchen and first two baths, I bought from these guys. The last bath I wised up and bought from Signature Hardware and they were great! So, here is the list of issues Ive had with what they sold me.1 - $2k copper sink, big ding in it fresh out of the box.2 - $1.5k kitchen sink fixture, missing two parts3 - Both under counter bathroom sinks chipped, corners broken off.4 - $2.5k Tub filler, at time of sale was in stock. 2 weeks later, I still dont have it.5 - Toilets left off order6 - Toilets lids were in stock during sale, then out of stock for delivery. Had to buy a different brand just to keep my contractors moving.All these issues happened during the different phases on the project, which means, my contractor had to stop work. I had to run back to Fergusons to get the part or wait for a Fedex shipment. This added days to the project and costs from my contractors. As you can tell, I didnt buy cheap stuff, but my contractor asked If Im buying from a scratch and dent place. The kitchen faucet box look like it had been shipped to 10 customers already, it was all beat up.Another customer wrote, the customer service is awful, well let me tell you IT IS. They dont call back. The cant give you any firm dates. You have to talk to a different person each time (the last one you talked to is always busy), which means you have to explain everything over and over from the beginning.You have been warned, good luck.---------------------------------------------------------------------Update 11/3/17. Im done with my project and when I wrote this review, I thought I was done with these guys. Well, lets add a little more to this list.- Tub Filler, never got it. It was shipped to Chattanooga, TN (Im in Atlanta) and was sitting at the FedEX counter for me to pick-up. Needless to say, I cancelled the order. This was three weeks after I was suppose to have received it. It took me another two weeks and talking to at least 4 people before they would refund me.- Plumber came out to install my bathroom sink fixtures. They only gave me the trim kits, they didnt include the rough in kits, which is all the under the sink valves. Had to send the plumber home on Saturday and wait until Monday to drive to Fergusons, AGIAN, to get the kits. Plumber was able to come back out Thursday, so that added almost another week.- Each bathroom I wanted the exact same fixture as the previous bath. They have my orders and I simply ask them supply me the exact same stuff. I have received two different shower pipes (see picks) and three different sink fixtures. Again, had to send the plumber home and wait for the new shower parts. The sinks Ive just kept, because I dont want to deal with it any longer.With all the delays, my 2 week project has become a month long project. Try going a month without your bathroom, not fun.On a good note. The manager at this location did apologize and promise to try his best to fix these issues. He also gave me the rough in kits that were missed, so that was maybe $200 worth of stuff. All I can say is, he tried to make it right. However, I will not put myself though this again.

Upon entering the location the receptionist was professional and delightful.The showroom was clean well represented and I found it easy to navigate through the store.As I ready to leave the location the receptionist was mad at her desk and I stop to ask a question of one of the associates who was working on his computer. The associate answered the question but his attention was absolutely undivided to his computer.This left me at Bay with the customer service level and I phoned the location and explained the situation that I had encountered and the sales manager of the showroom floor did in fact called me and apologized.I reserve judgment on this location.

Customer service went above and beyond! A gentleman named Pete explained different and multiple options for ovens and ranges and even walked me through the website that I can purchase on. Lots of items aren’t available for many weeks which is a concern and appears to be an issue with most of the really nice brands

Had to wait in parking lot for order with the store not being open to the public. Was able to call in and get most of the help I needed over the phone. Ended up paying too much for a bit I didnt really need. But overall they were very helpful and very nice to deal with.

Failed to return calls. Failed to respond to emails. Failed to inform me of the info I needed. Says they will call you and they dont. Phone rings and rings till eventually someone picks up the phone. Went somewhere else to order appliances, and are now scheduled to install.

Total lack of customer centricity. Weekday business hours 9am-5pm doesnt do much for most people who have jobs to fund large purchases of upscale kitchen appliences. Stopped in at 1pm Saturday an hour ahead of closing, and they were unable to welcome us into the showroom as there was nobody available to do so (appt only Saturdays). No problem. The good news is that Thermadore, SubZero and all other high end brands we were shopping for as part of our kitchen remodelng are available at all of their competitors, who are happy to have our +$25k purchase. These guys have been in business since the 1950s. Dont expect they will survive another 70+ years with this level of non-service

Looks like they have a great deal of product, however the pricing for plumbing supplies are extremely high when compared to a number of other establishments. My tankless water heater gave out on me. I looked around for the same unit so that it would be a straightforward exchange by me. There were some superficial changes in the 10 years. I needed a new vent kit. By the way...I found Amazon and Lowes to have similar pricing for the tankless unit. I ordered my unit and not realizing that the vent system had changed, I did not place the order for the vent at the time. When I did recognize changes, I immediately started looking for the vent kit. All of these units are special order, so it takes a day or two to get the item. Ferguson had it in stock (the vent kit ) but it was almost double the cost of Amazon and Lowes....$160 vs. $85 & $91 respectively. Supply Warehouse was selling the unit at $75. I couldve paid an extra $51 and got it next day and it still wouldve been cheaper than Ferguson. Had it not been for me driving 30min. to get the part, I wouldve passed on the item. How I didnt ask about pricing prior to my drive ? I neglected to ask because I didnt think Ferguson would be so much higher than their competitors. My lesson is to never assume or visit this company again under no circumstances. There are too many other places out there than to waste time, money or energy with a company thats obviously out of line with the average customer.

Overpriced and incompetent. Purchased a shower valve and trim kit. After installation I find the valve is not compatible with the trim kit. After contacting Ferguson they shipped what we thought would be the correct valve. Nope, they sent a replacement cartridge for the incorrect valve which still wont work with the trim kit. I find the correct parts are available elsewhere for 25% cheaper. Avoid this supplier at all costs. If you dont it will cost you.

What a disaster! THE worst customer service ever. You have to practically give a blood sample for someone to help you. First you have to check in even to browse which entails giving away personal information. Then you get a pager like its 1992 that is completely useless. They have nothing in stock and everything has to be special ordered. Prices are awful. $495 for a generic delta shower head, really???? Dont waste your time.

It’s nice showroom with most selfish and unprofessional attitude employees. as soon as you enter and you want to walk a lady named Harriet talks to you like something is wrong with you in a rude manner and unwelcoming. and we had some faucet in hand and we been trying to match other stuff with, so we been tired and been sitting on one chair and putting the box on the table same lady Harriet send someone on us to tell us move from around the table. I’m a tractor and if other time we need to buy something from Ferguson we will not going in this location to be discussed by rude people.

I was warned by several people to steer clear of this place, but since they were the only store in the area that carried the 3 appliance brands I needed for a 25k+ order, I decided to risk it. The showroom coordinator has been rude and snobby on several occasions to the point that I will be taking my business elsewhere. The last straw was when I called to see if I could speak to my sales agent (who was initially very attentive, but hadnt responded to my email asking details on ordering in several days so I decided to follow up via a call) and I was scolded becauses she was in appointments and treated like an idiot for calling in... Im sorry, but what else was I supposed to do?Note, Im an easy client, I knew exactly what I wanted down to the model numbers and have the cash to cover everything upfront. Literally all they had to do was give me a quote, take my money and treat me like a human being, not the gum on the bottom of their shoe. I am now happily ordering my appliances from several locations just to avoid the inconvenience of going through them.

They have everything. Knowledgeable staff and great prices. This is where our plumber gets parts and where he recommended we go.I have gotten lots of parts for my house while remodeling. Most things they have in stock. What they have had to order for me always came in the next day.

Went there to shop for new oven. No sales consultants available. Not that they were helping others, there were just no sales consultants. One in a meeting, one at lunch (1:30 pm) and one at the desk. Several other customers wandering around in the same boat. Wasted trip.

I was leary b/c Id hear one needed an appointment. Although it might have been good, Cecilia was wonderful from the moment we walked in the door. She greeted us, found out that we didnt have an appointment, oh, no problem, let me find someone for you. Elizabeth came and helped us greatly. We especially liked the test shower where we could see different shower heads in operation and confirm that we liked the one my husband had already chosen. Definitely would recommend to friends!

Ordered an oven that was the last one in stock. Took a month of calling in circles to get them to finally tell me that it was finally in. When I showed up to the showroom, they wanted me to place a new order. Then, they found it at their warehouse, and sent me over to pick it up myself. They offered me 10% off my order for my trouble, which never showed on my card.Id sooner cook meals for the rest of my life in an Easy Bake oven than order another appliance from Ferguson.

Had a defective 48” inch range that took my lawyer calling in to get returned. Service would never call or show up and I went through that for months. The showroom manager is a complete jerk and blatantly lied to me (more than one time) then changed the story to my husband. They ended up issuing more than one refund which I called about but never heard back and that was corporate. They finally realized there mistake months later and took the money back (not arguing the refund as I know they double issued) but they never had the decency to call and say they were doing that so we woke up to $7000 less in our bank account. The store nor the company has ever been professional since I asked for a refund almost like I was no good to them anymore because they sold a defective product. My husbands fathers plumbing company is a huge purchaser from Ferguson (25+years) and they have been informed now of how Ferguson treats customers. I ended up going to Britts...got a better deal and they treated me very well.

Who ever was opening the kitchen and bath showroom this morning was extremely rude. We parked in the customer parking and she told us to move because we were there for a counter pick up in counter sales. The showroom isnt even open at 8:00, why must I park in a different spot just because im entering a different part of a store? The staff in the counter sales department get an A++ in my eyes, very friendly and helpful.

Sold us a defective KitchenAid dishwasher(known issue so the repair man says) and refrigerator with damaged floor grate. Fergusons told us to go through KitchenAid after the defective product was installed and would not send someone out to replace the defective dishwasher. The product never washed one dish and is sitting in my Kitchen as I type, non functional. The repair man from KitchenAid said maybe the parts will come in on Tuesday maybe next Friday. We have already waited since last week for the repair man. I expected a higher level of service from this company and paid about $250.00 more than others quoted for what I thought would be a better experience. So far I have a $1,600 boat anchor. And plenty of hand washing dishes to do. Furthermore now I am expected to keep a brand new repaired item that never worked. Awful service.

When I used to work at a plumber supply house in a customer or plumbers walked into the store they didnt have to wait 30 to 40 minutes while employees is this walking around all computers in everything and never acts they help the customers every time I come out here Im in here for like a hour just to get a few parts and as a shame who have at the corporate office needs stock out in the chiefs day employees that when plumbers come in or customers come into this warehouse we are here to serve the needs of the customer 1st
