The girls at Dr. Karpo’s office always go above and beyond! I couldn’t be in town for a glasses pick up on the dates they had available and they made time for me anyway. Dr. Karpo is amazing and professional and enjoy my visits! Can’t recommend her and her staff enough! Love you guys - Erica ;)

Dr Karpo and Bobbi Jo are awesome. They are very friendly and welcoming. I was able to get in on a cancellation and glad I did...I was well overdue for an exam and new glasses. I love seeing Dr Karpo because she takes her time with the exam and with that she found my lazy eye which no one else did. I totally would recommend Dr Karpo for all your eye issues..

Great practice, Ive had prescription glasses for about 10 years now and out of all the frames Ive gotten the ones I was able to get here were the best. My insurance changed and I am no longer to go back, its making me consider switching insurance again

Absolutely amazing office! My 7 year old son had a very rare prescription due to both of his lenses being surgically removed recently, and this office especially Ms.Patricia has done everything possible to accommodate my sons glasses..they break often due to the weight of the lenses & she always replaces them for us free of charge! We are so grateful 🙏🏽❤💖

Wow! Just wow! BEST experience Ive ever had at ANY doctors office! Staff is fabulous and friendly. Dr. Karpo is AMAZING. Shes kind, thorough and very informative. She has incredible chair side manner and graciously explains everything shes doing (and why its being done) through out the entire exam. My only regret is that I didnt come to her sooner. Id give 10 stars if I could.

All I wanted to do was schedule a new patient appointment but the woman who answered the phone was so rude. She sounded so inconvenienced to have to talk to me and schedule an appointment. I would have had no problem waiting a few months to get in because of my availability, but she really just sounded like she was pushing me off the phone.

I went for my first eye doctor appointment, hoping I can find the best place and I sure did! These lovely ladies are the most welcoming, they helped me out tremendously and I would definitely recommend coming here !!

I have Been seeing Dr.Karpo for over 10 years. She is a very kind, thorough physician. The staff is always very kind and patient as well until i spoke to Patricia. Patricia was very rude and i did not appreciate the way she spoke to me. She spoke to me as if she was irritated. If it weren’t for her, my review would have 5 stars.

I had a new patient appointment along with a family member this morning. Despite the rush of everyone trying to be seen before the end of the year, Patricia, Bobbi Jo and Dr. Karpo were attentive and extremely helpful. As soon as you come in the staff makes you feel at ease and like you are fast friends. Ive never had more pleasant experience at the eye doctor. I observed Bobbi Jo going above and beyond attempting to make an appointment at another practice for a patient that no longer had insurance that the office accepted. This to me was above and beyond. Patricia was extremely accommodating, helpful and personable. It is apparent she has been in the field for quite some time. Dr. Karpo is extremely knowledgeable and a straight shooter. She could easily attempt to upsell, as other practices have to me but she told me the truth as to what is best for my condition. Honestly I cannot say enough about this practice. I will be recommending them to everyone.
