Terrible no parts and waited at the counter for 15 minutes to be told they dont have it anyway.

She also was very patient with the many changes we made along the way to keep it in our budget. I would highly recommend Lauren and Weinsteins to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen or bathroom.

Very poor customer service. Every girl in the office treated us as if we were inconveniencing them by visiting the showroom. I would highly recommend going anywhere else for your plumbing supplies. One star is not a low enough rating.

My wife and I had a great experience here. We purchased all of our kitchen, bath and water heating fixtures from them. The showroom had a great selection and what they did not have, they were easily able to show us in catalogs. The items we ordered came in correct and any add-on items were delivered before we needed them for installation. The sales and management crews were more than helpful. We would definitely reccomend for anyone building or remodeling a home!

Major shipping delays also condescending attitudes by employees I myself nor my people have time for that

We went to Weinstein Supply in Allentown to check them out for bathroom fixture ideas for 2 bathroom remodeling projects. We were pleasantly surprised. Lauren was so helpful with everything we needed for the projects from the cabinetry to the fixtures and even the custom glass doors. Lauren knows what she is doing her product knowledge was awesome. I am very picky about what I wanted and she helped every step of the way. Weinstein is an amazing place to deal with .

I thought customer service was top notch and the staff was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and the store was well stocked with the MANY items I requested. Compared to some previous unsatisfied experiences with OTHER suppliers, this showroom and staff in Allentown made my experience seamless and headache free. Ill be back.

We renovated our two bathrooms and kitchen all with Weinstein Supply. They carry almost every brand you can think of, and there were plenty of options to choose from. The team was super helpful, even though we were doing the work mostly ourselves, and I never felt overwhelmed. The team worked with us to ensure that we stayed on budget, and set the right expectations for product delivery time frames. Im not much of a designer, so having the help of the design team was great! They even let us pick up our material on a Saturday so we didnt have to take time off of work! Would definitely recommend them to anyone renovating their home!

Very poor customer service skills

This place the worse customer service! Bought a shower base. Jennifer sold us one but failed to mention it was fiberglass. When I got it home and opened the box down the middle the only way to open it. I was very disappointed I called her right away. She said if the box is torn at all they wont accept the return! So I ordered a brand new box from another small place. Fw Web. Steve has the best customer service! He ordered my box. And I was able to return the shower base. The man helping me was not happy! And so negative! I advise the average person to stay far away from this place! I ended up getting a shower base from Amazon 2 day shipping! And its exactly what we wanted for the same price if not better! (They take 2 weeks to get anything in)

RUDE service! And only one desk for contractor pickup and customer sales. Waited a half hour to pick up an (expensive) item for a remodel job, only to be treated rudely by someone who “didn’t remember” selling it to our customer this morning.

Bought a faucet which ended up too big. Charged us 20% and shipping. No one told us we would be charged to return. Customer service was horrible and acted like it standard. Will NEVER go back. Beware of your purchase

Great service and parts!I see some negative reviews but I would venture to guess these are from the type of person who either has no idea what the hell they are doing and should be hiring plumber instead or they are those grumpy people who are just never happy.Me, I am not the easiest to please but seriously, maybe with the exception of the showroom, this is a plumbing supply house geared towards the professional. They expect for you to know more than just the color of your leaking toilet. Just saying...

Weinstein Supply is your one stop shop. I recently purchased a home in Allentown and was remodeling it for rental purposes and I went into Weinstein Supply on multiple occasions and was always promptly helped.Top notch selection and service.I will be back !

Went in looking for AOSmith parts and advice, good response at the counter. They dont carry, but they explained about the particular anode I need and told me where I could go pick one up. Might have sold me the wrong part if we hadnt talked it through. Friendly, and cared enough to refer me and not just blow me off.

The customer service here is despicable and my experience was very similar to the other reviews. I’m not reviewing as a random person with unusual expectations or trying to blemish a business as a disgruntled customer but rather sharing my experience as a warning. Plumbers will blindly refer you here as they have often accounts for purchasing plumbing supplies. In the area this place has a reputation for having higher quality products and service, however after a first-hand experience I am not sure how they developed a positive reputation.In the showroom I worked with Jennifer and asked for her advice to purchase a hand shower wand stating I knew next to nothing about what separated one from another but if she could please recommend one based off her knowledge. Her expertise ended with color options. No mention of spray functions,GPM, warranty, pressure rate, etc. I learned of these options online after the fact not from Jennifer. She took about 10 minutes to locate one in stock. I went with the one she recommended and proceeded to the cashier.He was friendly and between eating his breakfast and casually cursing he explained “If there are any problems at all come back and we will take care of it because it is warrantied fully.” I took it home and the pressure was so weak that it was unusable. I have another hand shower wand (purchased for much less) in one of my other bathrooms where pressure is not an issue. I even tested them to rule out it being a problem with that particular shower and the others worked fine. I returned two days later and explained the water pressure from this wand was so low it was nonfunctional and wanted to return it. The same gentleman who processed my payment during the purchase and explained the warranty and return option was again cursing in side conversation while eating. He explained I could not return because it had been “installed.” I explained that I couldn’t have discovered that it didn’t work properly while it was in the packaging and the only way to learn of this defect was to use it. He escalated my concern to a gentleman named Joe.Joe walked out and asked what the problem was, whether I had city or well water, if I had pressure problems, and finally advised that I should have read the packaging as it was only 1.2 GPM which is the max allowed by “my government.” I clarified that it was 1.75 GPM and unbeknownst to him I had purchased one on amazon that was 2.5 GPM at half the cost. Unless Amazon is selling illegal shower wands outside of government specifications Joe had given me incorrect information. It was also ironic that he advised I read the package and then gave me the wrong information off the very package at the same time. I explained to Joe that if Jennifer (saleswoman) would have explained the lower pressure via GPM rating and unnamed foul mouth cashier gentleman had explained the warranty would have been in question had the product been removed from packaging I wouldn’t have purchased the product. He advised I read the packaging next time and agreed to refund me. A business is the sum of everyone working there and with Weinstein I had a bad experience from salesroom, to cashier, to return.

I originally would have given them 4 -5 stars. But the customer service after we bought the products was poor.I am very happy with the bathroom products we bought. The service was excellent to help pick out etc. we spent a lot of money on the Bertsch vanity and linen tower for our bathroom. After installing it we found that the cabinet doors swung open wider then 90 degrees. So they hit the wall, drawers and the sink. I saw there are restrictors for some cabinet hinges that control this. I couldnt find anything online about Bertsch ones. So we called our Representative at Weinstein. They were no help at all. Basically the bottom line is we bought and paid for our stuff so we are no longer important to them.Not impressed. Not planning to return when we remodel our downstairs bathroom.
