The fact that Advanced Auto allowed customers to change a Radiator in their parking lot was ridiculous. I know for a fact that that isnt allowed. Sorry but I am just being honest. I previously worked at an auto parts store as a manager and we didnt allow mechanical work to be done on our property.

Ordered something online that said it was in stock. Never received an email that my order was pulled so I showed up an hour and a half after and they had never looked at it. They then tried to pull my order but could not because they did not actually have everything. They tried to send me to another store way out of my way and refused to call the one I requested. Definitely lacks on the service side.

Be very careful going here! Bought Castrol 5w30 motor oil and the foil cap was tampered with. The 5 quart jug had what looked like anti freeze in it. I ended up pouring that in my engine. Brought everything back and it seemed like I wasnt the first person this happened to. They offered me a new 5 quarts of oil. What a joke. Im going to have to take my rant to the local news station.

I was extremely impressed on my recent visit. My 18 year old son bought his 1st (used) car about a year ago and just recently started to put money into maintenance. He asked where he could get his wiper blades replaced so I took him to Advance Auto since its a few blocks from home. I told the gentleman at the counter that this was my sons first time there and that I was showing him what he needs to do for next time. He really took the time to explain to my son how he can order wiper blades in the future either by going to the counter or using the computer himself. I was impressed that he showed interest in preparing my son for the next time and even helped him install them on the car. I wish I wouldve gotten his name so he got the proper recognition.

These gentlemen are fabulous and so knowledgeable. Whenever I need help with my car theyre the ones I go to first. Highly recommend.

Doesnt always have a part at hand, give me run arounds to other locations or wait for an order . also the car paints are usually shot and blotch out even when its a $10 half can . your better off ordering from amazon or going to a napa or car quest, even an auto zone . you would come here if its a last option or autozone which is coming close

I frequent this location for random auto supply needs. However, this recent visit was for a battery. I am so happy with my purchase for various reasons. 1st, I got an amazing deal thanks to my jobs perkspot membership. 2nd. Battery was picked and ready to go after work. 3. The gentleman working there were fantastic. They were professional, got my battery chamged out in no time and made sure everything was good before I left. I highly recommend this location and plan on shopping here for future needs.

I really like Advanced Auto but at first glance the particular store was nothing extraordinary. The people werent friendly but they werent ride either. I found the parts I needed at a fair price.

This is by far the best Auto Parts Store in the area. They have a great manager Ab and great commercial manager Bob. Very knowledgible, friendly and their customer service is second to none.

The advance auto parts manager located at 1701 w Allen 1st Allentown pa 18101 store number 6049. Has a very poor manager which whose name is Juan Rosario. He consistanly flirts with females which is inapporaite for any manager to do. He screams at his employees in front of people as well as treats them poorly. I dont know how anyone works with someone like this. He should not be in a management position and tell everyones business to everyone of whats happening at this location. I knows this due to the multiple times Ive done business there.

This location on Allen is a good store but is in a busier area so wait times tend to be a while & the associates here are not very helpful,more of punch in,punch out. I used many auto stores around,so Im familiar with many!

I wish I could give them no stars. My brake line snapped while getting brake pads changed. Called them they said they had the part. I called back after calling around (they had the best price) to make sure they really had the part before I paid an uber to get there. When I got there and asked for the part after almost 15 mins of this kid looking for the part he says, we dont have it.I was so upset that he lied on the phone about having it, that I paid an uber to get there for nothing and I paid them to wait in the parking lot all for NOTHING!! So I sent the uber away and walked to auto zone (who actually didnt lie about having the part).
