Front desk woman was rude! Employees were a Most unprofessional company I have seen in many many years! Would not recommend to anyone.

Replaced a broken glass panel in my grandfathers clock. I had called at least 5 other places and no one would do it. I called Adams on Monday, they sent a tech over Tuesday and he cut and replaced the glass on site. Very quick and professional and reasonably priced. I couldnt be happier.

Had a vinyl window that the glass broke. brought the window in to them and they told me it would be ready the next day. They called me 2 1/2 hours later telling me the job was done. Lightning speed, good job and fair price that I appreciate. Would recommend and return.

Just had my first experience with Adams, and I will be using them going forward to supply all of my glass. they did a fast job and completed the job faster than expected. I had a issue with my bill at the time of pickup which I pointed out to the girl because I thought that the numbers were wrong and that I owe them some money. She told me since it was their mistake that they were not going to charge me the additional funds. Not too many people would do that in todays market saved me $60 I will definitely be going back for all of my future glass needs

I am a manager at a retail store in Bethlehem, PA. I had a broken part on my front door. I called at 11:30Am, they sent someone out to me by 12:30pm and it was fixed by 1pm! Professional, fast and great work!

Would give absolutely no stars if it were possible. My complaint to the BBB is below that pretty much explains it all:I contacted Adams Glass for a free estimate and was told there was absolutely no charge for it. When they called with the estimate, I was told it was based on 3 hours of labor, that the rate wasnt final but would be when the work is done, and that they had a cash on delivery policy. The repairman fixed the glass today in 40 minutes, but I still paid the full $220 since I agreed to cash on delivery and then called the company to see about a partial credit since it took much less time. The owner (as she called herself) was rude from the start. She said that the billing total includes time and mileage for measuring (the so-called free estimate) since it was wrapped into the final price as well as time an mileage for the actual repair. First, I questioned the measurement since they boasted free estimates. She backtracked and said its free if they dont do the work. So I asked her why she would charge me for an estimate in the end after telling me in the beginning that it was free. She couldnt give me a straight answer. Then I asked her where the repairman drove in from and she refused to answer and said it doesnt matter. I tried explaining that it does matter and she herself had just indicated all this was wrapped into the price. She refused to give itemized billing or any kind or a partial refund at all. She only indicated that the total time it took was 2 hours. So I asked for one third of the money back since it took one third of the time. She asked me if it took 5 hours instead of two if I would have paid the difference. I said absolutely since I thought I was paying mostly based on labor hours (the repairman told me that the little piece of glass was extremely cheap -$10 - and it was the labor that cost so much). I agreed up front to the $220 knowing it could be more or less and was ready to pay more if needed to based on labor hours as it was explained to me in the beginning. None of this would have been an issue if Adams was clear about the estimates not being free and providing more accurate/detailed quotes. Only labor and glass was explained to me as part of the quote. They never mentioned anything about driving and mileage for the estimate and the repair. All of this should have been fully disclosed up front. Also, when they are explaining that mileage and driving time is part of the bill, they should be able to provide that information and it should be clearly noted on the bill. The bill I received indicates a line item that says supply and install DSB Clear Glass and that is it - there are no lines for driving time and mileage. This really is fraudulent and probably the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The owner was completely unsympathetic, wouldnt listen to reason, and couldnt provide straight answers about the charges, and even flat out refused to answer questions about the actual charge. I realize now that I shouldnt have paid the repairman the full amount. However, I also expected Adams to behave ethically and justly.

Kathy is the most unprofessional, unhelpful, disrespectful, receptionst I have ever displeasure of working with. We always did our business work with this company and this woman lost our business due to her unwilling lack of respect and rude attitude. My opinion would be to get rid of her whether she is the mom of the owner or not. SHE IS LOSING BUSINESS for you!
