I have purchased customized shirts from custom ink before but this was the first time I brought my design into the store to have it tweaked by the design team. I will definitely go this route again. Jay was so helpful and patient while I tried to figure out sizing and ordering numbers. The design team was able to touch up the design I had given them and made it look so professional. Everyone was really happy with the way the shirts turned out!
We wanted some shirts to show support/raise awareness for a fellow co-worker. We went to the local Allen, TX store and were able to match our design to a shirt of our liking. We worked with Jay who was able to handle our requests, even when we hit a couple bumps in the road with the graphic, change of address for shipping, and shipping delays. Our company needed just a few shirts printed very quickly for an upcoming event. The local place that we normally use for direct to garment printing didnt have the shirts we needed in stock in time. Michael Jasso from the Allen Custom Ink store was able to help me get the shirts set up quickly and shipped to my house in time! I was able to set up everything via a phone call and emails without having to drive over to the store in person. The shirts came out awesome! The design is clear and the colors match perfectly to our graphic we sent in. (Youll have to excuse the packing wrinkles!) Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with this location. I did a lot of research to find a printer for shirts for my company. After choosing custom ink I had a question so I found the listed number and called with my question. A live person answered there phone and When I found out the person who was helping me was located in the same town AND there was a store front within a short drive of me I was shocked! Michael and Jay helped me over the phone, over email and in person to make sure my design was what I wanted. The best part was getting to see my designs in person THE NEXT DAY!!! Custom Ink is the only option for quick and custom. You can design yourself through their online Design Lab (so cool), or visit an in-person location for a professional consultation. I actually started my own design online then visited Courtney in store to put the final professional edits on my design and make sure sizing and spacing was just perfect. Courtney at the Allen store was wonderful! I needed a last minute Christmas gift that was more involved than I thought it would be. It was supposed to get to my house on December 23rd, which was cutting it close since I had to leave with it the next day, but it showed up on the 21st! I order our company logo shirts through Custom Ink Allan TX. Ill 100% rate it with 5 stars because of one customer service rep Michael J. I have gone through several custom logo companies only to be lied to, over charged or my order was wrong much due to mis- communication or no communication. When I found Custom Ink I told Michael what I was looking for in a rep. I needed great communication, and someone that could walk me through and help me find exactly what I was looking for each time we made a new order or a complicated order. Michael has been that guy for us. Hes informed, understanding, perfessional, and always comes through for me on every order every time. I am also aware that Im pretty high maintenance and Michael handles that like a pro.Turn around time is pretty quick as long as you approve your order and pay right away.They email and respond to emails quickly and thats a huge plus for me. I had a great experience with Custom Ink and Neon at the Allen location. I have never made a T-shirt before and wanted some help, so I made an online appointment. I took pictures with me that I wanted on the shirt, but their scanner was not working properly. Neon tried to fix the scanner, but was not able to. I thought that I was going to have to find another location or a company to do the shirt that I wanted. Neon took my pictures to her moms house to scan that evening and finished creating the shirt that I wanted. Neon went above and beyond on her time off to help me. She knew her stuff, was very professional, friendly and provided exceptional customer service. She is definitely an asset to this company. I havent received the shirts yet, but Im sure that they are going to be exactly what I wanted. So excited!!! Thank you Neon, you made this experience happen and made it easy and fun. Loved our experience here. My kids got to design their own back to school t-shirts and had such a great time! Dana and Neon were wonderful with them, listening to a 8 and 10 year olds ideas and helping them through the process, making it feel like it was their own.
I decided to visit the store before ordering online. At the store they were very friendly, eager to help and knowledgeable. They were very patient while I kept on asking about different products and pricing. They sent me several quotes by email, I decided on the final product and they helped in making sure that the final product was going to be according to my expectations by double checking my design and looking at the quality of my logo. They did some adjustments to the quality of the logo and the end result as exactly what we expected. We ordered online and a couple weeks later the product was delivered. Ill use them again for sure!

He had a good eye on how the design should be as in what to add what shouldn’t be added etc... he was also extremely patient with all the little adjustments I kept asking him to make.
