I am very pleased with this place.After looking at several stores for flooring, I immediately felt comfortable doing business with this place for my flooring needs after looking for only a few minutes at their selections in person.They have a great selection to choose from. Not only did they have variety, the quality of the products their carry is top notch.Since I have been to this place, all the flooring I saw at other stores, such as Home Depot, Lowe’s, Floor & Decor, etc..gives me a bad vibe, and just feels cheap, and I would feel ripped off if I were to buy flooring any where else.The salesperson, Paul, was very helpful. He was very straightforward, informative, and knew what he was doing, which is what matters to me.The whole process was very quick. I was able to have only a week turnaround for me, from looking at the sample, to it being delivered.Their pricing IS on the pricier side, but I was very fortunate to be able to get very good pricing this time.Even with that said, the important thing to know is that you are getting much better quality from this business and it’s worth it. You also have someone to ask questions throughout the process, unlike other places.I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for flooring. At the very least, I would add this place to the list of places you are looking at, because this place is a great resource if you’re looking to install flooring.

Professional hardworking staff to help with any big remodel project. Lots of choices and products to choose from, but do know the install for wood, tile, or carpet is outsourced. They will provide you with names of competent people that will give fair quotes for the install work. Norma is wonderful to work with!

Very pleased with Pro Source! They have a huge selection of just about anything you need for a remodel project and a very nice showroom for you to see it all. Prices are very competitive. Norma was very helpful and took her time to show everything I was interested in. Highly recommend!

If you want any type of decent customer service. Choose anywhere else, but here! I was a walk in the day prior to my visit. Norma greeted me and set me up for a 2:30 appointment the following day. Stated I was free to look around. I took a few samples and returned them when I showed up the following day. I showed to a abut 15mins prior to my appointment. I waited in my car and then brought the samples back in. She was eating at her desk. I respected that and allowed time. I walked the showroom for about 15mins. I sat and waited another 15. I went to my car and sat for about 20. Still no communication. I called and she didnt answer. I called the main number to speak to a manger, who was of course unavailable. 5-10mins after I pulled off. She contacted me from a private number stating that she had a previous customer with an issue who walked in. No one was at her station when I walked out. No one was there before I walked out. (LIES!). The prior day when she set up my appointment. She started that she would help, but she had an appointment coming in. However, when I returned for my appointment. She did not feel the need and same urgency to assist me at my appointed time. Also the prior day, I spoke to Brad who sits first chair. He did not feel the need to answer my question I asked. HeAsked if I had a contractor or not. When I answered yes, he still did not answer my question. He stood up and walked away.I do not recommend going here for any of your home needs! They need to have a negative star system for a place like this!

During our remodel we chose Prosource as they are typically regarded as the standard. However, our experience was subpar to say the least. Outside of shipping delays, inconsistent expectations from employees and an overall lack of care shown for our project, we ended up managing a lot of the order processes ourselves - a frustrating task when you arent given a lot of information. At one point we were misquoted for carpet by 10x the quantity we requested, and only when we brought it up was it rectified. At another point I offered to go straight to a supplier so the materials wouldnt waste time inside Prosources warehouse.

Great buying experience from ProSource of Allen. Many thanks to A. J. for taking the time to run through options and tailoring a high quality carpet package that fit within our remodeling budget. We shopped both big box and small local flooring companies before deciding on ProSource and are thrilled with the results.

I am extremely disappointed in ProSource! I have had 2 appointments there with Norma. The first I was told hello and that I would need to come back and bring measurements, ideas and photos etc to make the most of your services. My question is why was I not told this prior to coming to the store and wasting my time? However, I played by the rules and made a second appointment and showed up on time and asked for Norma. I brought the house plans and photos as asked and waited for 30 minutes with no one coming to tell me anything. I went up to the front after that time and said Bye. I cannot wait any longer. Norma was on the phone taking orders and answering questions for someone else. My time is obviously not valuable enough for ProSource to care about keeping their appointment with me even when I am sitting in their building.

If I could rate this company a 0, I would. We worked with ProSource to order porcelain counter slabs through MSI for our kitchen remodel three months ago. These counters were being discontinued so we wanted to make sure we ordered them quickly and far in advance of our remodel. Our designer (who is incredible, by the way) confirmed with ProSource that the counter slabs we ordered in June had come in several weeks later and would be ready and waiting for us when the remodel began. Now, 6 weeks into our kitchen remodel, the fabricator goes to MSI to pick up the slabs we ordered through ProSource and our fabricator is told that ProSource cancelled our order (please note that ProSource still has our money at this point). ProSource denies cancelling the order, and tells our fabricator to visit MSI the next day ... our fabricator went to MSI the next day and was given two cracked slabs, which he rightfully denied. THEN, ProSource tells us that the counter slabs we ordered never came in the measurement we needed. The representative we worked with told us that the slabs only came in 6mm, not 12mm. **If you do your research, youll find this is a lie. MSI does in fact sell this particular slab in 12mm, but because the order was mistakenly cancelled somehow, its clear as day that the slabs we purchased three months ago were given to someone else and because they are discontinued, there are none left in stock.**Meanwhile, ProSource then tells us that they will get to the bottom of what happened and that they had no idea that MSI cancels orders after 60 days of no activity. We are left in the dark for another day until ProSource again tries to cover up whatever shady business happened and tells us that they have never sold this particular slab in 12mm. They finally provided a refund for our order today, but we are left with no countertops to install next week and another 3 weeks to a month of delay as a result. They told us they would provide an audit trail of what happened to our counter slabs/who was to be held accountable, but that of course never materialized. They did not make themselves available for our designer when she paid an emergency visit to their Allen location yesterday to try to find a resolution, and they offered no additional compensation or how can we make this right attitude for the de-railing of our current project.They will lie to cover their own tails, folks. We will not be using them for our future remodel needs, and we will never recommend their services to anyone. If you want to work with a nightmare, work with ProSource.

My wife and I remodel and flip quite a few homes and had hoped to find a new source for our flooring and cabinets so after a few phone calls we set an appointment for today at 3pm to sign up and order supplies for our projects we have going, one being our personal home. I left a jobsite early and drove over an hour so we could meet and find out about pricing and their program. We were on time and told to wait in the showroom and that our rep would be there shortly. 30 minutes later, and having 0 interaction with anyone other than the gentleman by the front door when we walked in, we left. Apparently an appointment means they will see you whenever they get around to it. You know, a simple we will be right with you or Im so sorry Im stuck on the phone, but we will be right with you something, anything, other than wasting our time would have been enough to get us to wait longer, but obviously this is way too much to expect from this company. If this is how they treat someone before they have earned your business, how do you think youll be treated after they have your money? And, they were shocked that we didnt want to wait around longer.

As a contractor and builder Prosource has helped my business grow for over 10 years. They are flexible, helpful, have great product and do whatever they can to help reduce costs and grow a business. I recommend them to anyone in the trades wanting to increase margin and sales.

Being new to Texas, my contractor referred me to ProSource.I stopped by without an appointment just to browseMy sales lady had a few minutes and immediately directed me to COREtec LVT. Marian said it was the best product and best choice. Unfortunately, even though she was shown multiple pictures of the house (without furnishings) she never mentioned that COREtec floors are NOT to be installed where there is direct sunlight. On top of the disappointment of a floor that I do not reflects the easy to clean durability I was sold on. I definitely learned that I will never listen to a contractor again. I will go to as many places as I feel necessary to be informed and not waste thousands of dollars.

I recently used ProSource for a kitchen remodel I was working on for my new office. I cannot say enough about how great Jamie was to work with. She was extremely responsive and kind throughout the process. She was diligent to meet my deadlines and keep me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend Jamie and ProSource.

Large, clean showroom with a wide selection of tile, flooring materials, and cabinets. Angie and Jana were extremely friendly and helpful. Positive experience overall.

This a showroom for lots of renovation materials such as flooring, tile, windows. A manager will explain you things and will give you quotes for the materials you want to use. Shop around, though, since the prices here are not always the best.

Jay the installer at pro source is no good! First he lies that he was going to come on a certain day didnt return my call until I called Pro source. He was told many times that I wanted a good pad. He brings the cheapest pad. He brings his kids to help install and they break a big chunk out of my trim. When I said they had broke my trim. They leave! Tried to call Jay and he wont return my call.

As a client of PS, I would expect they would want to keep their designers purchasing from them, but perhaps they have enough business? I am continually frustrated with the Lack of customer service and follow up. Everytome I order samples, they never arrrive. Any problems with orders only come with attitude. I will admit I have high expectations when it comes to service but there are millions of places I can buy tile for my clients. That being said, Today I had kitchen countertops installed at a clients and there was a very large scratch near the sink after the install. I called Angie, my rep there in that department, and she responded as I would expect one should. She was forwarding the photos on and said she will take care of it. That’s all I can ask for.

Norma took care of me very well and the store has alot to choose from. Friendly curtious and helpful! I will be referring them every chance I get.
