Perfect visual alignment, crystal clear vision. Had the frame style I wanted with the flex and sun protection I prefer. And was able to have lenses prepared same day. I was traveling to this beautiful town from Arkansas when I had my glasses get damaged. I called many places around to see if they can help or if I can buy a set of contacts. After finding little help, we called Vision Source. Not only were they willing to help us, they even called my optometrist back home! To my surprise, they were very generous and gave me a free set of contacts to hold me over till I got home. Amazing customer service and very friendly people that work there. Alex Vision Source was amazing, I was afraid of changing eye clinic but sure glad I did, they educated me about my eyes during the eye exam and when I came back to look at frames I got personal care and attention and they didnt mind I had my one year old daughter with that got into everything. I was able to take a pair of glasses home the same day because my other ones had a scratch on them. Alex Vision Source you are GREAT!

Best experience, they are very nice, and very helpful, my contact lens broke and I was 2 hours away from my house I couldnt drive back with out contact lens. they called my eye clinic and they refused to give my prescription because it was expired one year. this clinic were very polite and asked my eye clinic again for the prescription because it was an emergency. vision source did everything and finally my eye clinic agree to give the information and vision source were so fast and helped me right away. I am definitely changing my doctor and drive to Alexandria to see them . I 100% recommend this vision center.

I have went to the runestone eye clinic in the mall for years with no problem, so why I decided to give this place a try I will never know.Firstly, when I went to the appointment 10 months ago the eye doctor was getting annoyed that she couldnt figure out my prescription and literally said well I dont have time for this and used the prescription that was given to her by the machine test.Second, it took longer than expected to receive my glasses so I called them, and they hadnt even started on them.Then, after wearing them I noticed rainbow reflections in my eyes coming from the lenses. I have wore glasses for a majority of my life and had never experienced such a thing. But I put it at the back of my list as being a new parent is exhausting.A few weeks back I called them up to see if they could fix the issue, the manger lady told me there was nothing wrong with the frames, and I pushed on that, yes, there is. She said all glasses do that, no they dont. Then she essentially told me shes never seen that problem before so theres nothing they can do but had I brought it up a week after getting my glasses she would have fixed the issue. But yet she said there was no issue?? Wishy washing me isnt going to work.A quick call to my insurance assured me theyd gladly cover new lenses so I took them over to the ever so trusted runestone eye clinic and in 2 minutes she said there is a problem with the lenses and theyd fix them for me.Ill never go here again, or recommend this company to anyone.

Dr was very rude and dismissed pt. Dr was extremely hostile towards pt after pt confirmed 2 different times that adjust glasses and asked if could adjust glasses for a fee. Pt was total yes by receptionists they would adjust. Dr came out and said no and was extremely rude to pt and pretty much kicked pt out.

I cant say enough about the man that helped me... Struggling not in the best spot in my life, not enough money to buy what my prescription required I prayed and my prayer was answered through a man at Alex Vision Source. I got a pair of really nice glasses I didnt have money for which was great but I also seen God at his best showing me he hears me. I thank you guys for everything ur not just a business because businesses are there to make money rarely do you find people who are there to bring a smile and blessing to someone in need and that says a lot about you... So impressed with this clinic! We were on vacation in Alexandria and my son got hit in the eye with a bouncy ball. When I called this clinic I got in right away no questions asked. The staff is so great I would highly recommend them!

What can I say... the most friendly and warm shopping atmosphere youll find. Love the warm welcome and no waiting around in a reception area. Kay and LaMar are the best youll find when it comes to Eye Care and Eye Wear. My wife was doing some exercising in our home when she lost her balance and saved herself at the expense of my glasses, (she is okay). So I stopped in for a new pair. LaMar had new lenses cut and installed in my new frames within an hour or two. Yes, they make them right there in the store. Pretty convenient. Largest selection of Oakley, RayBan, and Costa sunglasses in the area. Our family now sports 6 pair of sunglasses and 5 pair of prescription glasses along with 3 sets of contacts. Need I say more?
