Didnt have stock in the item I was looking for, I asked for assistance finding what I was looking for and associate put next to no effort into finding it. I kind of expect them to tell me I can drive halfway across the country to find one if it gets me what I need... But all I got was no we dont have it.

Border States is a really good electrical supply house. The company that I work for likes to use them for most of their material needs. I agree with them and I also appreciate their large selection of tools. I only wished that they would bring back donut Fridays.

I was unloaded in as timely a way as possible. The 1st delivery went smoothly, after the morning client rush slowed down. The 2nd delivery went smooth too, once we got the paperwork snafu figured out
