Its a shame to hear that it will take 2-4 hrs just for an oil change. What is worse is for them telling customers that it will take 2-4 weeks for any recalls or other main services to be done. Good thing rich Ford is able to get me and other people in and out quickly. Taking all business to rich from now on as well as other people I have talk with.

We love our new Ford. However, after driving from another state, we were disappointed in the review of features of our new Ford and the walk through. Our salesman met us upon scheduled 9am arrival. He stated he needed to get the car detailed and for us to go to the Financial Manager. When we returned, we were informed our salesman had become ill, and we were assigned to another salesman to do our walk through. While reviewing the after market additions we added, we discovered the first addition was broken. The truck was then taken back to that department for an hour. After that, the new salesman reviewed some of the features, but didnt really understand other features, particularly the trailer back up assist. I believe this feature was approximately $1,800. The salesmen said he really didnt understand that feature and left it at that. After being at the dealership for 2.5 hours and having to drive home to another state, we decided we could probably look at a YouTube video and learn as much! We were about to drive away and noticed the gas tank was empty. This took another few minutes to fill. All in all the staff were very polite and nice, but we were very disappointed that we had such a simple and abbreviated review of my first truck. It was an expensive F-250 and I was expecting more of a thorough review of the truck.

My last new vehicle purchase was many years ago; therefore, technology in a vehicle was new to me.Also, with the health world as it currently is, I was thankful that Rich Ford offered concierge service.My salesperson, Frank R. Gonzales contacted me immediately upon my interest, and with his knowledge and expertise, I immediately felt reassured that I was in great hands. Mr. Gonzales went above and beyond in explaining all of the vehicles features, the technology aspect was greatly appreciated.He was patient, kind, understanding... a true professional. He answered all of my questions, and I never felt rushed. It was by far the best car experience I have ever had. I am already telling my family and friends about my experience.I am extremely happy with my new Escape, and I want to thank Rich Ford for having people like Mr. Gonzales on their team. My husband and I went to go look at a Jeep at Rich Ford. We met with the sales associate Frankie and she helped us with the buying process. Frankie has been amazing with everything! When there was an issue with the Jeep, she had it taken care of right away. The service depart was awesome! They fixed the issue better than expected! Thank you Rich Ford for everything! We are loving the Jeep!

A woman alone they ignored me, even though I had an appointment. When nate answered the call that I was there, everything moved right along, all the work was done and the courtesy shuttle was provided promptly. I will go back. Attaboy nate and courtesy shuttle driver.

Sales experience was quick and relatively painless. I told them what I wanted, test drove the vehicle, and made the purchase the same day (with very little back and forth). There were a few minor hiccups during the financing portion, but they were all taken care of in a timely and professional manner.Overall - great experience.

Bought a new Ford Ranger at Rich Ford, probably the best and easiest auto buying experience I’ve ever had, even during a pandemic!! Brooke Donovan was great as the salesperson, drove the truck to my house, had great suggestions, and worked with me through the whole process. Highly recommended!

I took my truck in to the shop because I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I took it in on Monday, Oct. 26, which was a snow day. Roads were slick and treacherous, but they found a nail which caused the slow leak. They fixed it quickly and I was happy, now I did not have to put air in my tire again, especially in inclement weather.

They do an excellent job. The only thing I dont like is even when you make an appointment an oil change takes an hour and a half. That takes a huge chunk of time out of my day especially since I am already driving a half an hour to get the oil change.

Feb 1, 2021 Update - I have to give credit to Rich Ford management. Once they understood my experience they were very quick to resolve my issue and promptly refunded me for the product I was disappointed in. They assured me that my experience was not aligned with how their staff is trained and while I shouldnt have been let down for so long on this issue, they did do the right thing in the end.A great start with a disappointing finish. In mid-December, 2020 I purchased a CPO F-150 Lariat from Rich Ford. Patrick was the salesman and he did a great job as buying the truck was a no pressure wonderful experience. I was handed off to Allan in Finance who sold me a Karr Security Alarm System. They pre-install this in all vehicles and activate it if you want to buy it. That’s where my problems started. I asked Allan if he could show me how to ensure the system is working and he came out to the vehicle to show me. After not being able to confirm it was working he promised to follow up with me to get this resolved. So I drove off the lot with my Lariat. Allan never contacted me and after a week of leaving him messages that went un-returned, I contacted the service department thinking they could help. When I arrived, they informed me that they don’t service these systems as they are exclusively supported by sales. Patrick from sales activated the system for me and I found Allan and told him I was disappointed in this system but first wanted to see the fine print behind the system’s vehicle replacement guarantee before I made a decision about keeping it. He promised to get this to me by the end of the day. After a week of trying to contact Allan, leaving messages that went unreturned, I paid a visit to the dealership again. I found Allan and told him I wanted my system de-activated and my money returned. He promised he would work it and needed two days and then would get back to me. Now it’s been over 3 weeks of unreturned calls and I never received the guarantee information I was promised. I emailed the GM, Darin, asking him to please have Allan call me and that request went unanswered. My experience showed me that Rich Ford prioritizes sales over post sale customer satisfaction and I will not be visiting this dealership again and would not recommend them to anyone. I even removed the Rich Ford license plate frames from my vehicle.

Comfortable with Social Distancing, promt Service And in a timely manner, I appreciated the Hot Chocolate on a cold morning. I really appreciate being given and an explaintion of what was checked and what had been worked on. The Service department representative was very polite. The Service department is effiecent in tending to my vehicles needs. This why I prefer Rich Ford where I purchased my vehicle. Keep up the great service and the Friendly smiles.

Extremely unprofessional dealership. I went in ready to buy, traded my old car in and got approved for financing and signed paperwork took possession of the car then they called me a week later saying I needed a co-signer because they couldn’t get funding. So why was I approved if you guys didn’t have funding yet? That sounds like a screw up on your end and has nothing to do with me, you said I was approved!! Now they have me jumping through hoops and stressing me out just to keep the car I got. I already had the windows tinted and ordered expensive floor mats and now I’m gonna have to probably fight this dealership for who knows how long just to keep the car in in. BUYER BEWARE IF YOU ARE HAVING THEM FIND FINANCING FOR YOU!! They will spot delivery scam you. I also want to update our sales guy quit so we got set with another guy and he hasn’t communicated with me at all, I had to call today and basically no one knew what I was talking about and now I’m waiting once again. The business is quick to respond to a bad review but not quick to communicate with the customer.

I moved here from Santa Fe. The Capitol Ford Quick Lane had me out in a hour. This place took almost 3 hours for an oil change. Service writer was very nice. But tech took way too long.30 minute job took almost 3 hours. Ridiculous.

My Mustang had 3 recalls one for the back up camera and one for a brake problem. When I received the call to being the vehicle in I was told the parts for the repair were in so I assumed both recalls would be completed. When I arrived for the appointment I was told the repairs would be done and I would receive a call when completed. I received a msg about 3pm that the vehicle was ready. I had another vehicle having repairs done in Los Lunas and the vehicle was close to being done so I called your number and the msg said the Service Dept. Hours were 7am to 7pm. We picked up the vehicle here in Los Lunas about 445p and then left for Rich Ford about 515pm arriving at the dealership at 6p to find the doors locked and no one in the Service Dept. This resulted in a 80 mi round trip for noting. I arrived the next morning at &am and expressed my concern over the previous days experience. Once to the receptionist who told me the hours were till 6pm. Then I again told of by experience to one of your service writers who told well the hours are till 6pm and then he told me my vehicle would be in soon and walked off.So now I made two trips which totaled 160 mi. Frustrated that no one seemed to be concerned about my complaint I left and decided when I got the survey which I was told please give a 5 star because anything less is a failure that the survey would indeed be a fail.

This quick lane location has the longest wait times for oil changes . I waited here 3 hours today for an oil change which cost me $70 . After 2 and a half hours I texted my service advisor and he never respondedAt the end he kept giving me the wrong paperwork for another vehicle even tho I let him know about it .If you go to Walmart you pay a little less and you also get your windows cleaned and the interior vacuumedAnd you choose the tile of oil that you want . After this last service I will not be coming back

I liked my service advisor. Kept updating me on progress. I purchased 4 new tires. Only issue I had was the wait. I waited about 6 1/2 hours for new tires. But Ill give them five stars simply because it was a busy crazy day with Rich Fords anniversary. They apologized and unlike most apologies I get from a business, these guys were truly sorry and they handled it professionally in my view and I have a lot of understanding when you went swamped at work. I do like the tires though. 👍

Do NOT waist your time and money here. I waited 2 Hrs to simply have the oil changed and was charged nearly $100. I was the only person in the waiting room. They didnt check anything else. Plus, the child who drives your car around is extremely rude and unprofessional. He and someone else working there were pointing and laughing at me from just 10 feet away when I retrieved my car. My car was even purchased new at Rich Ford. I dont understand why I was treated like that. Needless to say Quick lane is not the same as the dealership. I am wondering now if they even changed the oil or, more likely, if they damaged something which might explain the bizarre and unprofessional behavior.

These people tried to scam me out of $3000. Said I needed tons of work done but I decided a second opinion was needed. Nothing they said was remotely true. They also way overcharged me for a tune up and oil change even though I had my own stuff. The main guy was nice but once he went home, everything went to hell. I got a shuttle while I waited for my vehicle and never received a call about my truck being done and the shuttle guy went home. Nobody knew anything and kept transferring me when I asked questions. Honestly I love the Quick Lane in Santa Fe but this one will guarantee I never return to an Albuquerque one. ALWAYS get second opinions too!!
