I think Toyota do a great job and are courteous however if they didn’t see the warning light on due to low pressure in the tires it may have been too early in the morning. It would have been nice for them to take a few minutes to put air in the tires. Thank you though for your efforts.

Ray Macias and Orlando did an excellent job in figuring out the noise coming out of the dashboard area. Orlando is a very well trained professional who took a test ride with me and fixed the problem right. I was traveling from Phoenix to Chattanooga TN, the FJ had been sitting for 2 years, it was running underpowered . The service department took me in on a Saturday ( without a pervious appointment) and I explained I was trying to get home, they worked on my car for many hours, the technician was relentless in trying to find my problem ( no engine code on the scanner), late in the afternoon after eliminating many “could be’s” down the diagnostic tree. He found the trouble and fixed it ! The service manager Todd Mills was awesome, he was very reasonable on the invoice and I got home 2 days later. The technician’s dedication to finding the problem was second to none. ThanksMike

I always take my car here and love my service advisor Brittany. She always explains everything before any work is started. I’ve been fortunate to have the same mechanic look at my car every time which I feel helps when I am experiencing an issue. It is unfortunate Toyota as a whole is experiencing parts shortages as I would rather have Toyota parts but understand the situation. I feel my car and I are well taken care of and my Toyota team makes me feel confident my repair are done correctly and at the best price.

Great service from the service manager, Brittany Martinez. Check in process was fast and smooth. But I had to wait over 3 hours for the oil change to be performed. That is way too long for something simple like an oil change. You need more staff or a better process to improve efficiency in service.

Due to this place being under construction it was very confusing as to how I should drop my vehicle off or pick it up. They did mix up my current Toyota Tacoma with a previous Toyota Tacoma I had owned. I also was getting recommendations to fix things on my car that were just fixed six months ago. Everyone there was very helpful and nice but it was not an efficient trip.

Rating was given due to scheduling policy. I scheduled a 9:30 appointment at least a week ahead of time. When I arrived, I was informed that it would be 4.5 hours at least before service would be competed. When I asked WHY it would be so long even when I had an appointment, I was told thats just the way it is, and that without an appointment, my vehicle wouldnt be serviced at all. This is not the first time this has happened, and I really resent the fact that this business has so little regard for my time, which is easily as valuable as theirs. Service once performed was done well.

BEWARE!Well we waited two weeks for our car to be serviced, because we needed an appointment to be seen. Then we waited three hours for an oil change and tire rotation on our “appointment” day. I mark my rims to be sure my tires are rotated. After checking out, and our service representative assured us our oil was changed and tires were rotated along with air pressure checked. I went to my vehicle only to find my mark on my rim was on the same tire which had not been rotated and probably air pressure not checked either. I confronted the representative and of course he was embarrassed. My advice to all customers is check your tires and check your oil too. You’re likely paying for a service that wasn’t provided. I think all these guys are a bunch of shysters! I have three words…DO YOUR JOB! Oh my name is Rhonda Ortega btw.

I have been a customer for 30+ years. I have always had great service except for now. I only had an oil change and tires checked general maintenance. It took 4 and 1/2 hours. I made an appointment and was there early. I got so tired of waiting that I started yelling cussing and crying thats how bad it was. Later when I finally settled down I apologize to William. Remodel is no excuse need to have more mechanics instead of working the others to death. I dont even know if any one reads these surveys or if they even care. Unhappy customer 😑

Very happy as usual with my matenance check up! The remodeling was distracting but well handled and all the employees were helpful and friendly! My very special favorite employee Brittany in the service department is always professional, in a genuine way, and knowledgeable. Brittany is efficient and caring and Im always glad she is there when I have appointments.

My issue was with the communication of the service writers. I thought they were doing more services than the ones they did. I travel to get to their facility and will need to get there again. Kind of a pain. I will be better at checking exactly what we have talked about being done to my truck.

I was getting ready to take a road trip from New Mexico to Florida in a pinch for time. My dashboard lit up after I had diagnostics checked and oil changed.. I happened to be passing by Toyota of Albuquerque so pulled right in. Everyone was very sweet and helpful. They were able to determine right away that the hybrid battery needed to be replaced. They checked a few other things to be sure that the battery was the only problem. Todd gave me honest answers to my questions about the repair and once I made the decision to go ahead and have the battery replaced, was able to get me in for service that same day!I am so thankful for this group and was able to get on the road and back to my home and kids in good time thanks to Albuquerque repair service. The car ran like a dream and I can’t thank them enough!!

While driving my Prius on I-25 multiple warning light came on. I was able to make it home in “limp home mode”. After research I determined that it was probably the inverter which according to the internet had an extended warranty provided by Toyota. My original warranty 10 years or 100,000 miles had just expired. Larry Miller checked it out, and repaired it in 4 days. There was a short wait for the parts. NO CHARGE! Works great!

Oil chg on June 3. 3 1/2 hr wait. Asked twice if wanted car wash said yes but didnt get it. Forgot to give me paper about what was done. Just recently brake light on called Toyota and told to come in. Appreciated that they told me to come right inProvided Uber from and back. Said washer wasnt working but they forgot to check it so now have to come back again Tues to have that checked. Wish it had been taken care of with brake. The staff are always friendly. The girl is waiting room...Tish?....was very helpful and accommodating. She made 3 hr wait easier. Snacks helped too.

Just regular service. 1. I made an appointment and arrived on time. But the service department was more than 2 hours late in even getting to my car. It should have taken 90 minutes, but it took 3 1/2 hours. The service department should have told me so when I arrived and we could have re-scheduled.2. 3 1/2 hours was a long time to wait in the temporary trailers. Any place quiet? Away from the TV and the cell-phone talkers? Nope.I know the dealer is under pressure, but thats no excuse to shift the pain on to the customer. I lost a lot of respect for the company.

Ray was great. He explained everything. The only reason why I gave a 4 instead of 5 was because I called the day before the appointment & asked if the car could be dropped off late after hours since I could not drop it off the next morning & the woman said yes, there is a drop off after hours. When I went to drop my car off & could not since the gates were closed. I had to have people drop my car off the next morning which was a big inconvenience. Again, Ray made up for it since he was great, friendly, and knowledgeable.

My appointment was not till 3:00 p.m. so it was fairly late. I did feel as though the person I talked with when the car was finished was anxious to leave as he looked at watch several times. I was anxious to leave as well, but had a couple of questions and had the feeling (nothing actually said) that it is quitting time.

I took my 07 Tacoma here when I first moved here about a year ago and I was so impressed! The service writers out there were all nice and made sure I was seen quickly.I’ve called a few times to ask about pricing on services too and they’re always great at communicating and polite.Price-wise, it’s a dealer and not an independent mechanic... so it will cost more but the guarantee that comes with it is worth it to me.

Our Sienna has a recall for a fuel pump warrantee repair. The quoted time was 6 hours and it took exactly that to repair. The service representative was respectful, professional, and efficient. When I picked up the vehicle, it was apparently run through a car was which is nice. So, overall, I am totally satisfied with my experience.

This place has amazing customer service, they provide you with Lyft and a variety of snacks and drinks, however I’m giving such a low rating because theres just such a lack of communication. I was told my car would be ready around 1pm. I showed up at 1pm and it wasn’t ready, that’s ok, I would “get a call when it was”.about an hour passed and I reached out to their text support to see if I could confirm if the car was ready. The lady, her name was Alice, was very unhelpful. She told me she couldn’t help me, and sent me their phone number instead. Ok, so I called and I was told it still wasn’t ready. I kept waiting and was starting to become impatient because at this point I was told over an hour ago it would be ready, so I asked her if she could just find out if it’s ready and she told me she “would be happy to have her service team confirm “that” for me”. For clarification I asked her if she meant if she could confirm if the car was ready and she literally told me goodbye💀 she told me she couldn’t help me, then she told me she could, then she left? it wasn’t until I called at 3pm that all the sudden it was “oh yes I have it ready I just got the text now!”. I asked the technician what time the car was ready, it was ready at 1:50pm,I waited in that room for far longer than what I needed to all because they never called me back. Not such a great time.

They found a serious problem when I took my truck in for a brake inspection. Fortunately they had the parts there to handle the surprise and made the repairs. The air conditioner in the temporary waiting area froze up but the waiting was not that bad anyway

At this time, they checked the car for oil level and on an exhaust issue. Because of an international back order with Toyota, the man gave me options and even encouraged using a local muffler shop to get problem solved sooner. That bolsters trustworthiness IMO.

They took care of the issue with my fuse and replaced everything to get the vehicle started. But when I received my car back, my truck won’t play any music from my phone, radio or even phone calls. Now I’m waiting for this to be fixed. Not a big issue, but an inconvenience for me to take my truck in and have to be without my truck or have to take time off of work.

We had an oil change appointment set for 9:00am. We brought the vehicle in at 9:00. We were told it would take 2 hours to finish. We did not receive our vehicle until 4.5 hours later. And we followed up with all their updates for repair. And vehicle did not get a wash like it normally gets either.

Did maintenance for me but I waited four hours for a recall fuel pump and they did not get it installed. They said they would be able to get it done. A miscommunication problem caused the long wait. Wished they would have let me know and I would have been able to be on my way home. I live 90 miles away.

First time back at ABQ Toyota in a year and a half. ABQ Toyota is under construction so I waited in an unair conditioned trailer while they performed a 30k mile service. Once the job was done they informed me by text which I didn’t see for 1/2 hour. They also tried to sell me on a whole bunch of additional services. They told me my car would be washed but then I was told it was already clean so it didn’t need to be washed.

Not very happy had a 9am appointment and didn’t get car until 1pm!! Checked on it at 11 am and it was waiting for a mechanic to take it into shop!! It was never mentioned that it takes anywhere from 2-4 hours even with an appointment!! Very disturbing and sad!’
