I am literally speechless. Fred went OVER above and beyond for us. 1st time customers based on the reviews and ratings. One of the best choices I made was to call this place. Long story short is this man could possibly have saved our lives! He replaced our brake pads for no charge because he had thought they would all be at 50% because the one side was. After further inspecting he found out our passenger side front brake pads were metal to metal. He could have easily just said that and charged us. But because he is such an honest man, he told us and didnt even charge. He also didnt charge is labor for a couple of things he fixed because we didnt agree before hand, he just wanted us to have a safe vehicle. Unbelievable customer service. I had a new engine & transmission installed, by them in my Ford truck in 2017and have had nothing but problems with the engine, transmission, & truck ever since! For 3 years I was lied to, & told that it was fine, even though I had numerous complaints, while it was still under warranty. Now Im being told by other mechanics that both the engine & transmission need to be replaced again, & that they dont look new, so the vehicle is a complete loss thanks to their poor service & bad faith! Im also convinced that both parts came from a wrecked vehicle in a junkyard! Despite the owners claims, they did not provide me with any paperwork (other than the $7,000 bill) related to the installation of my engine, transmission, or drive shaft, which was installed at the same time, & also failed within a year! They did me no favors, & actually charged me over $100 to install the 2nd transmission, under warranty. I was not provided any paperwork then, either! What a rip off, & now he can add lying to the public to his rap sheet! What a pathetic & disgraceful response! If you had done any due diligence with my vehicle, it wouldnt be leaking from every pore in the engine & transmission, & the cam shaft synchronizer wouldnt be mangled! You know you did me a disservice, & Im not going to accept your pathetic excuses or lies! You are clearly a disreputable person, Fred Rael, & you run a dishonest business! Good luck to you with that reputation!!!

Advance Team Auto is AMAZING! Fred and Kathy are very friendly and polite.They were able to fit me end at the end of day and super helpful! I notice a metal piece hanging from the bottom of my car and had no idea what it was but knew it shouldn’t be there. They told me to come in and they would take a look and give me a free estimate if work was needed. Turns out I had run over an 8 inch knife that lodged itself to the underside of my car. Fred removed it for me right then and there. Even better he didn’t charge me for this service. As a New York native I expected to be charge at least something. Businesses like this, are what makes New Mexico great! Thank you Fred and Kathy!

Had a great experience with Fred and the guys at advance team automotive. Took my truck in for a timing chain replacement to another shop and they messed it up. Fred kept me updated the whole time and did everything he could to fix it and keep me in the loop. He was also very quick with a good turn around. After moving to Albuquerque I had such a hard time finding a reliable mechanic that wouldnt screw me over. After much online search and reviews I found Advanced Team Automotive. They worked on my Mitsubishi, they found what was the issue and gave me a quote for the repairs. After the work was done the actual amount was much less than was originally quoted. Never heard of any mechanic doing this. They also worked on my Nissan and after every service they send a nice signed postcard thanking me for taking my car to Advanced Team Automotive. Only place i will take my vehicles is to this place! 5 Stars!

Although I have some knowledge on cars, even as a guy you are wary of those who try to con you or do repairs that arent necessary. Or you get those mechanics which are unprofessional or dont know what they are doing. None of those apply to Fred and this shop. Fred took the time to answer all my questions after his initial evaluation of what needed to be done. He showed me the parts that he replaced. And also provided me information on the warranty for the parts that were replaced. The cost is about what I figured. The truck is fixed and no longer overheating and runs great. Him and the front office with Kathy were great and I would highly recommend this shop for trustworthy analysis and repairs.

They were able to squeeze me in even tho they were busy they serviced my ac on my suburban they explained exactly what they were doing..nice little lobby to wait for your vehicle vending and drink machine as well as a couple chairs outside in shade...I highly recommend this shop over more pricey mainstream big shops extremely pleased :)
