I have used this shop 2 other times, had mixed feelings about customer service VS quality. The 3rd time we dropped parts off and they acted like we were slowing their day down, called 10 days later and asked about my parts guys seemed in a hurry. They called when parts were ready again, seemed in a hurry. Asked for valve guideds to be REPLACED and they knurled them instead and that isnt what i wanted. When receiving parts back none of them (2 cylinder head and 1 crankshaft) were not bagged for protection. I spent 250$ at that shop in 1 stop and they couldnt bag my parts.i wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone and will be taking my business else were.

I bought a Cummins 5.9 24V from Paul last year. The engine developed a small oil leak and Paul fixed it at no cost to me. It is hard now days to find a business that honors their warranty. Engine is now at 1K miles and running perfectly. I recommend his shop to anyone who wants a quality engine. Thanks again Paul, for being an honorable person.

Paul is awesome and does awesome work on anything and everything automotive related. I would not purchase AFR products though. Through my experience i have found that AFR is very cheaply made and anything but reliable. If your purchasing new parts, beware of AFR!!

THE ONLY THING I LIKED IS THE SECRETARY OTHER THAN THAT I WOULD TAKE MY IRON TO KIGHTONS. I took two diesel engine heads in to get checked for cracks and wanted make sure they were straight and asked if they could also throw a straight edge on them. When I received the heads they had taken the rocker arms and pedestals off ( which never got returned back to me and never mentioned they had to be off) and didnt check if the heads were straight or not. Took the heads and as soon as I started the engine I checked the oil and it was good... then I check it again about 15 min later and it was milky (no brainer there was water in the oil). Blamed other parts on the engine and spent stupid money on parts I didnt need just because these guys didnt check the heads proprly. I REALLY THINK THEY JUST OVER LOOKED THE SURFACE AND REMOVED THE ROCKER ARMS JUST TO SAY THEY DID AND COULD CHARGE FOR INSPECTION...

Dont trust them! Had our engine rebuilt here, had it installed by another mechanic and was leaking because of something THEY DID WRONG! costing more money to get fixed!!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! They should at least pay to fix the problem they created!! Review doesnt even deserve 1 star!

Told me one price on the phone and then told over 500 when I got there. They are very rude and would not refer anyone I know.
