So far ive stopped for all my parts the last 5 months and havent had an issue. Paets come in on time when ordered and nothins failed as of yet.

Husband went in to grab a bottle of Armour All and was verbally reprimanded by the worker there. She would not let him buy what he wanted, followed him down every aisle, and turned a 2 minute trip into 20 minutes. He ended up buying an expensive bottle of cleaner for something we didn’t need because she wouldn’t let him leave with what he wanted stating “she knows best” and that “she can MacGyver anything,” etc. I don’t care if what he was buying is “garbage” that’s his decision to buy it or not after you’ve given your opinion. Will NOT be shopping there again.

You get what you give.Help them help you.Know what your car is, or at least your license plate number and they can find your parts. They try hard to get you what you need the first time, but understand that “they are (not) all the same” when you are asked for a specific engine.If you do not know, there is no shame in admitting that.Offer to put on wiper blades and will help, as weather, customer load will permit, for other questions. Do not abuse it and go there just for free answers, though.They cannot read OBD II codes any more. Too many wanting “free” diagnostics then going elsewhere or complaining it damaged their car led to the removal of a good service.Oh, did you know they are a UPS drop off location? Ensure your package is sealed (UPS does not permit them to do this) and there is an address label for UPS on it. Hand it to them and they will scan it into the system and offer an emailed or texted receipt so you know it is on its way!
Barbara saved our lives. We stopped to get gas in town on our way to Wisconsin from Oregon. When we were leaving the gas station we ran into some car problems. It was a Sunday, nowhere was open, so we went to Advance hoping someone could tell us what was wrong and what to do. Barbara knew right away that our ac compressor was going bad, gave us advice, and she fixed the problem for us. We would have been stranded on the Sunday before Christmas without her. We got back on the road in an hour. Were so thankful she was there and knew what to do. She is a blessing!

Prices are alright, some of the individuals working are great! Some could really use a lesson in courtesy. Any in today and was not talked to but the other employees were tales about in front of me and they didnt even bother to ask if I needed a bag.

I stopped in two weeks ago while passing through town because my 2006 Taurus was idling rough and stalling out at stops. I previously had my car to two different mechanics who had either misdiagnosed or were unable to diagnose the issue. Due to the fact it was a Saturday evening and nothing else was open I prayed to get lucky at Advanced Auto Parts, and not get stranded in this god forsaken town. I explained my situation to a worker on staff named David whom said sounds like your fuel rail pressure sensor. I was skeptical that this guy knew what my issue was in less than two seconds, but out of options I went with what he said. We replaced the sensor, and as we talked it turned out this guy was an automotive encyclopedia. Now over two weeks later Ive had no problems at all. This place saved me hundreds of dollars and several hours at the dealership. I dont know why a guy as knowledgeable as David is working there but Id he deserves a huge raise.

No a lot of selection when it comes to new cars. I was looking for floor mats and none were the type to fit and not leak. But they are knowledgeable and courteous.
The staff that works there is very knowledgeable and helpful!! I was having trouble finding the right u joints for my truck. They had me bring in my driveshaft and even helped me put the new u joints in the shaft with their tools! I will definitely go back in the future for my repairs! Thanks!!

Accolades to the folks who work here. They stand behind what they sell. I ordered something that was supposed to be on the truck for delivery to their store for the next day. Unfortunately, it didnt arrive. After a few days of it not arriving, they gave me a better, more expensive product that they had in stock at no additional cost. Ill go back in the future because of this positive experience!

Horrible customer service. The sales clerk cut me off in mid conversation, I told him it was disrespectful to do that. I also told him he was a f***ing douchebag 👍 on the other hand the manager was very helpful and that was a relief. She had professional customer service skills.
