Tons of stuff, fair prices on most but the customer service is not good. Out of the 4 people that we asked help finding stuff only the manager actually took us to look and no it wasnt because we complained just happened to ask her while she was stocking.

Four wonderful ladies helped me while I walked around lost looking for what I needed. They were all so polite and positive. The manager, a shrew in my opinion needs to work on her people skills or look for employment in another field other than retail. My experience wouldve easily been 10 stars if possible rather than the 3 out 5 Lady Shrew brought it to.

The floor staff are beyond helpful and friendly.One example, I had a couple of items in my arms and a saleswomen showed me something I liked better, she offered to take my items back and re-shelve them for me! WOW, thats service. The female manager is a tyrant and loudly barks orders at her seemingly unappreciated staff - very disturbing to witness.

Not only is this store clean, but out of all the times I have been in here, I have always received phenominal customer service. Craft projects can get expensive FAST, lol. Their sales rotate and you just gotta catch them at the right time. Even has adorable decor! Couldnt ask for a better hobby store!

It couldnt be any better. They have everything, furniture, decor, floral, beads, art supplies, stickers, candles, seasonal items and mirrors. Something awesome is always on sale and they have a good amount of things on clearance all the time. They have toys and containers and the place is always clean.

Decent stock of most hobby items, though they could do with more paints for miniatures (like some Citadel and some paints in the Vallejo Air line) and some other items in that line, like a portable airbrush booth.That all said, their airbrush holders also were missing the middle bar for both boxes that they had, so hopefully they keep them in the glass from here on in to reduce theft.

It is very annoying when there are sale signs everywhere and you discover at the register that your item was 50% off last week and will be again next week. Is it just me or does that seem rather too manipulative, especially when you drive 50 miles to get there.

Oh my I love this store!!! They have everything you can imagine when it comes to artistic stuff and just all out cool stuff. I have to force my self to leave so I dont spend all my money lol. I have a service dog/ child and the employees were very pleasant and didnt hastle me with all the questions about if he is a service animal and wanting to see his card and all. They was very helpful and knowledgeable about where and what things are! Even though all the employees was busy resetting all the aisle for Xmas stuff they still took the time to help me find the items I was looking for. Great fun store!!!!

Only hobby lobby I have been in lately that has a very clean bathroom. Selection was the same as every other hobby lobby. Cashier was friendly and informed me they were no longer posting a 40% off coupon on their newsletters....kind of a bummer.

Prior to this last visit, Hobby Lobby would have gotten 3 or 4 stars from me. However, this time the staff was so ON that I am happy to give the 5. This trip was especially horrific for me because my sweet dog, Hlin, passed away and I had come from the vet with her ashes on a mission to find something suitable to put her ashes, her ceramic paw print, and the letters we had gotten from family and friends in. Throughout the visit, multiple staff helped me find different potential boxes to house my precious cargo. I wish I had paid better attention to names, but there were two ladies in particular that helped me the most. The first, was a woman from the sewing department who stood with me as I cried and helped me put my items into various boxes until we found one the held everything just right. I know it was not an easy thing for her to do. I was a heartbroken and crying mess and she didnt know me to know what to say, but her presence and kind words here and there really helped more than shell ever know. The second, was a sweet girl in the framing department who helped me figure out how to protect all the paper items going into the box. She kept me talking...first about the task then about other things to try and cheer me up and then a nice circle around back to the papers are now super protected and the box looks lovely. These ladies and everyone working that night were wonderful and made such a horrible and painful experience worthy of 5 stars.

We used the drive thru and they our order with a cheer. The attendant at the window was obviously very energetic and happy. The service was great and half price at happy hour which made our day.

This store was very picked over and had a very small fabric section. They still had your basic craft needs. My only issue was they werent cleaning baskets. No worries though I came prepared with germ-x wipes!

LOTS, of selections, floral, yarns, threads, arts and craft, home decor, just an endless list of whats available. The staff is very helpful, sometimes in short supply, but when you find someone, they will hunt down what you need. Get the phone app. For the coupons.
