Every time I come in here I always feel welcomed and when Im about to check out the Customer service is always so good!

Little pricey but cool stuff!

I believe her name was Ayana, she was very rude and pushy. I’m assuming the store was about to close however the doors were still open so I walked in to make a purchase. She had another employee turn the lights off leaving me and others to shop in the dark. As I’m looking she is following me around the store in a rushy way hurrying me along to make my purchase, she proceeded to take the items I had in my hands and ring them up even though I was still shopping. She totaled me out three separate times because as I stated I was still shopping. She was very rude and unprofessional I still ended up spending $95 but do not think I will be returning because of her poor customer service and will definitely not recommend her to anyone! If I could leave zero stars I would!!

Higher priced but beautiful unique items

Super cool and friendly staff, and always a great experience in the store.

Staff is very rude and most things are cheap and dont last very long all made in third world countries i would advise to shop elsewhere.

Always friendly. The manager Austin is always helpful and eager to show new items. Friendly staff, they try to remember names and recommend products based on previous purchases. Great experience every time.

Such a cool store. This place was perfect to find a gift for Christmas but also to find just new jewelry. Even if you dont purchase anything its still fun to just browse.

Very nice store and everything is laid out better than some others that I have been to. The gentleman working here was energetic and helpful, two very good traits to have in a business like this. Prices looked to be the same as other Earthbounds which is good. Keep up the good work!

If u like standing in line while the cashier finishes the purchase in front of u and proceeds to show them every dog pic on her phone while they and u are uncomfortable and u end up putting everything ur holding back on the shelf bc u have no way of knowing when shell get to u...then by all means shop here😂😂😂😂
