I have always had terrible experiences when I went to used car lots to buy or sell a vehicle.I went To BC MOTORS Of STUART and I brought in a vehicle to see if they would take it, and I didnt need another one. They appraised my vehicle and it was actually almost as much as what I paid for it and gave me the full appraisal price and didnt try to pressure me into buying another vehicle which was such a relief for me as I really did need one and not having any hassle of a pressure salesperson was truly refreshing and I would highly recommend this experience to anyone. Their inventory was top notch as well as the treatment.Just give it a try, and youll find youll be pleasantly surprised.

My brother and I went today to look at 2 trucks and were told that we COULD NOT test drive a vehicle UNLESS they ran his credit first. When we asked them why we would them let them run his credit without even test driving the truck first, he was dumbfounded and had nothing to say. We were there for 30 minutes before seeing anyone and we had to go in to ask about the trucks in the first place and we called first and they knew we were coming. Over all horrible experience and sorry work ethic ‼️

This place was an absolute joke. My mother and I stopped by to look at cars in hopes to get her a new vehicle, but received nothing but complete unprofessionalism. When we stepped up to the lot and started looking at the cars we noticed none of the cars are marked with prices, let alone any other details pertaining to the car. Suddenly we were greeted by a man I could only describe as someone who looked like a reject Pee-Wee Herman character. We were polite at first and simply asked what the cars prices ranged and out of curiosity, why none of the vehicles were marked. He clearly took that as an insult because he started to raise his voice and interrogate my mother and I saying things like “I don’t come to your home and ask you why you painted it the color you did so don’t come onto my lot telling me how to price my cars.” His ego is clearly as busted as that blatantly obvious dead rat of a wig he has on top of his head. We were the bigger people and just walked away and drove off the lot. By the looks of the other reviews saying how they scam others with prices, I would definitely reconsider stopping at this dealership.

They are good with helping you fiance a vehicle very friendly at first.....BUT you need to be very careful with what you buy from this dealership a light came on it was my tire sensor i was told it was ok so i didnt mind much of it......a week or so before my first payment on my vehicle my AC stops working then about 2 months or so my check engine comes on water leaks inside my vehicle when it rains and all i was told from Alan its normal i know thats not normal its not my first time owning a vehicle and a vehicle leaking inside its not safe they refuse to help ur on your own once the bank pays them machine work and everything else is on your own......im very disappointed on this dealership extremely sad with wat they do and the vehicle i pay for and the down payment i put on this vehicle is extremely sad since they refuse to help you and your still making a payment on it since your buying a vehicle to keep and have your family safe now its hard to since now my vehicle has a really bad smell from the water that gets in my vehicle very disgusting it smells very bad and they dont want to help.....😠😡
