Wouldnt recommend the place. Came in for a quote and the guy came and look at the vehicle. Gave an estimate and I asked if he had time later in the day due to the place being busy. Was given a time to return later. Upon returning, he double booked someone else at that time. The woman was being very nice and told me to give her a minute while she sorted the problem out. The guy looked irate and was getting mad at her for not looking up the parts and pricing. He walked away again while she research the part. Has issues locating it and calls him to look for the part. Guy looks upset at her and said the quote I was told wasnt correct. Now claim it was a higher price than originally quoted. Then began to say the other shop must have incorrectly tested the vehicle under a different model even though vehicle records state otherwise. Informs me to return to the shop it got tested to see if they got it incorrectly. Claims he saving me money if its incorrect. If he would have mentioned that earlier i wouldnt even had to return to this shop.

I went there on 3/20/2021 first thing in the morning. I was recommended by a friend. These guys were amazing. They gave me quality service. They knew what they were doing. And they were quick to. I was in and out in less less than the time they told me. Not only that they were very affordable. Not to cheap and. Or to expensive either. And there customer service was fantastic. They told me exactly what was wrong with my Catalytic Converter and they replaced it for me……. If your looking for a good place to get your muffler or your exhaust or Catalytic converter done these are the guys to go to. They won’t let you down. I highly recommend them.

3/19/2020DO NOT COME TO THIS MUFFLER SHOP. My dad had came here and had some cadillac converters on his Ford Expedition and after 2 months the work and parts had expired. I went back and told them that the work and the parts are no longer working and Steve Ramirez the owner stated that we will gladly see you in court. Also make sure you get a receipt for the work done because they had told my dad which he is 74 years old that if he did not want a receipt it will be cheaper for him, so that they dont pay taxes on the work. I am filing with the Better Business Bureau a COMPLAINT, Today. My dad just wanted his vehicle to be fixed and they told him and myself that Quote, we will see you in court and not helping my dad in anyway. DO NOT LEAVE WITH OUT A RECEIPT and its better to go to some where else. everyone was rude and did not care about helping my dadPascual Rodriguez

Honest and great service.Meineke at Tracy asked me to replace catalytic converter for some flapping noise coming when i go above 40 mph. Went to Stockton muffler and Steven at this place told me to take a second opinion from another mechanic as he doubts replacing catalytic converter fix my issue with the noise.He could have replaced the converter if he was looking for money, but he helped me.The second mechanic found a screw missing for the tire guard and because of the wind its hitting the tire and making the noise.Saved a lot of money. Thanks again Steven.

Its been quite a few months but I came here for a simple muffler delete after I called and got a very reasonable price over the phone. I was literally in the parking lot of another business who quoted me a price that was more than double so I went to Stockton muffler and they did the work for the price they quoted even after I questioned why it was soo much cheaper in comparison (like I seriously told them what the other place wanted and questioned why so cheap lol) they simply said they were not busy and it was a easy job so they wouldnt charge that much anyway. Saved a bunch of money and made my truck sound BADASS thank you Stockton muffler and radiator.Ps I am making this review so late because Im in the market for some more exhaust work and will be coming back here first!!

The lady at the front tries to fast talk you so you think youre getting a discount in which youre really not. They try to charge me to take my old catalytic converter $60. And if I let them keep it they would recycle it and get $50 for it. All the other shops discount for the old one. Call around first it worth it. I spent $300 for something down the street quoted me at $220 but it was too late. Lesson learned now pass it down so no one else will get robbed
