They would not answer the phone, hours on the door are wrong. I sat for an hour on Saturday waiting for them to open. Will not be back.

I ordered a Sterling battery charger over the phone, to be shipped to Minnesota. The gentleman that answered the phone was extraordinarily knowledgeable about the product and offered excellent advice on both the product and the application. I am very pleased with my transaction.

Customer for 10 years. For parts and service Dave is a treasure. Words can not describe how valuable he is to the San Diego boating community. He has saved my butt on two occasions with his mechanic skills. He has OEM Merc parts in stock. The Owner Dave sells parts at competitive prices, compared to West Marine. But his real value is he can tell you what to look for in a do it yourself, install.

My husband has a small Mercury outboard that he likes to tinker with. Dave at Bay Marine, not only has the parts for him but Dave always gives him tips on how to get it running again.

I called to obtain a mechanical quote, and before I finish my sentence to provide make and model of the outboard engine, I was told that I was wasting his time. I will not recommend this shop.
