The friendly staff has superior knowledge and experience that they are willing to share when asked. If they dont have it, they will order it for you. They also honor warranties on items they sell. Easy-to-find location with plenty of parking.

I just wanted to take a second to give the owner Rich and his staff a quick shout out. Rich has helped my son and I get our new garden off the ground. He is honest, priced fairly, and a wealth of knowledge. Rich didnt try to sell me extra products, in fact he went out of his way to talk me out of a product I truly didnt need. Rich is no doubt, there for the customer. Not like the other stores out there that just want to sell you products and send you out the door. Rich is the type of person that wants to hear the story so he can steer you in the right direction. Rich wants your garden to be the best that it can be. I went in to his store on Saturday because I had a couple of questions about a problem I was having in my garden. I didnt realize that Rich was out for the weekend. So I started asking his employee a couple of questions. One of the questions I asked him, he wasnt sure how to answer. So he called Rich on his day off, and explained the situation, and Rich told him to put me on the phone. I spent about 10-15 mins on the phone with Rich, and he took care of my problems over the phone. I didnt even need to buy anything, it was a pH issue. To me, that is amazing customer service. #CUSTOMERFORLIFE!!!!

Rich hands down gives the best customer service experience. He is the true definition of a local mom and pop shop and does his best to help his customers the best he can. He doesnt try to sell you anything you dont need and his prices are lower than anyone in the greater rochester area. Him and his staff will treat you like a buddy.
