I love my car, a 21 Spark, and my salesman, Vernon, was great. It was somewhat difficult getting my title/registration. There was a lot of miscommunication, that changed by the time the GM, Rusty, got involved. It went from harsh tones, to understanding pretty quickly, and as a customer, I was completely satisfied by the end of our conversation. Hopefully the communication is improved on, if so, Id consider purchasing again in the future.

Update on my experience with this dealership. A month later and my view of this company has changed extremely. Yeah they might be good at selling you a car but everything else that comes along with purchasing a car, no.A week after I received my car, which took two weeks for it to be ready, the door panel started to unstick (it’s a dodge problem) BUT did this dealership do anything to help? Nope just redirected me to another dealership where I would have to pay over $600 to fix.A month later, I received my title with two other company names on it and classic Chevrolet next to my name on the title. I received a lien release for one company but not the other. I have called and explained that I needed a new one and they say they are working on it and continue to push it to the next day. They are no longer responding to my calls and I still have not received anything. It’s been 5 days so far with the same problem, I even had the tag agency associate call and they told her the same thing. It would be ready the next day or “by today if possible”. I didn’t even mention their company next to my name on the title which is another correction they will need to make.So overall, yes I have a beautiful car but this dealership is terrible with support. I do not recommend you go here.

Bought two cars, both used. Anthony in sales was great, showed my wife and I about a million cars before we settled on our final choices. Trade in process went smoothly, no problems there.The only problem I had was finance. I think it was Mike who took care of us. While signing my paperwork, I noticed there were $3000 service warranties on both cars, which I did not ask for. Mike told me that the warranties had brought down my interest rate on my loans, so I said ok and went through with the purchase. After a nights sleep, it dawned on me that this didnt sound right. Sure enough, I called the bank, and they confirmed that this was a lie. Now, I called up finance and cancelled the warranties in time to avoid any charges, but if you hear anyone in finance tell you that a warranty will help with interest, this is a bold faced lie. Very disappointed that this goes on there. One and done with this dealership, and I will not be back.

Purchased a used vehicle from them. Signed papers on a Saturday and didnt get my car for over 2 weeks. They had to clean it out and do their checks. Went to pickup my car and it smelled like antifreeze. I refused to take it until it was fixed. Went to pick it up and the service engine light was on. They told me its nothing, but I told them no way, fix it. They finally fixed it. During this ordeal that took a month, I got the loan and title before my car. They lie to you and try to tell you that youre mistaken. I will not refer anyone to them. Sales and service sucks!!!!!!

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. We bought a SUV from them over a week ago, and still havent received it. Cars on the lot should be ready to go. It shouldnt be oh, you just bought a car and we can give it to you within 5 business days, and then not even deliver on that. Or making promises that it will be ready in a day just to shut us up because were in a situation where we needed that car now. Weve already signed the papers, and everything is completed, but they now need to do a safety inspection and detailing. Weve been lied to many times. We were told it was being worked on 6 days ago and that it would be ready the next day. Thats now happened 2 more times. Their service department is awful, they lack communication, and they lie. Not to mention some of the other shady stuff they did along the way, but my main issue for this review is what a hot mess they are in all of the ways mentioned above. I do not recommend buying a car here.

Buying experience was easy. . Everything after has shown some terrible customer service skills. Fiancé has continued to follow up about the title so we could get everything finished. We were promised that the bank would receive it within the 30 days. Today, we got a call asking where payment was when the title still has not arrived at the bank after 30 days.

I had an exceptionally great experience with Classic Chevrolet near Tulsa. I found that the internet price was in line with prices negotiated with many other dealers. It was great to have a reasonable price right from the start. Then they were able to give me $2k more than any other dealership would for my trade. It was the best of both worlds. Lastly, I live a considerable distance away from the dealer and they offered to deliver my truck to my door. The driver was here for maybe 15 minutes and I had a new truck. I never even stepped foot into the dealership, and honestly, that is the way to buy a car if you ask me.Thanks for the great experience.

Did everything online & drove 2 hours to the dealership. Everything that I was told online was exactly what was expected but they even got me a lower interest rate than I planned on. Purchased a Cadillac Escalade from Classic. All was smooth through the purchase process. Then comes getting the repairs done. I called my salesman Monday morning, after several days of it being in service, saying I was going to pickup up the vehicle Tuesday around 11-12. I get about 20 minutes from the dealership after a 2 1/2 hour drive and get a call saying it’s not ready. A whole day wasted and time off from work, along with 2 tanks of gas wasted and a couple toll fees. After some back and forth we decide to deliver the vehicle back to me (which is not what I originally wanted) and they assure me it will be detailed and perfect. Well it shows up muddy and the inside (main concern) was not detailed as it should be. The listing states it came with 4 headsets. Those were not in the vehicle when it was delivered. The dealership sent over 2 head sets right away and tell me they are ordering the other 2. We get those today and they are cheap knock offs that won’t sync to our vehicle. We spent a lot of money to purchase this vehicle and the excitement was ruined. We were assured by the sales manger the vehicle will be perfect coming out of service. So far I’ve had to have an alignment (new tires installed per we owe) because vehicle was pulling bad, tires were not balanced properly, and a couple hundred bucks having it detailed. This should not be the case when you spend $72k on a vehicle. If you do business with them make sure everything is in tip top shape before leaving.

Tried to put a deposit on a new truck, They would not accept it, told me they would call when it gets there and maybe after driving 3 hours it will still be there but no guarantees, I asked to talk to a Manager so he finally called the next day and was so Incredibly rude I told him to keep it, When all this covid is over dealers like this will be begging for business.

I needed a gear shift kit for my 17 year olds chevy sonic. The button broke on the gear shift and he was due to drive the 1 1/2 hours to his dads house. I called classic and the parts person assured me I would get the kit by 9 am the next day. I had told them if they couldnt get it I would call around, but again was assured. So after driving to Owassi the next day, arriving at 3pm, Im told the part wasnt in. The parts guy told me it wasnt his fault that the place they order from messed it up. No parts guy it is your fault..I paid you and you assured me twice that it would be in. I went to Jim Glover Owasso and they had the part in stock.

My Chevy Cruze was due for an oil change. So I took my car to Classic Chevrolet. Also, my cabin filter has a lifetime warranty, I asked Service how much they would charge to replace the cabin filter. They replied “it’s not out of the ordinary for us to check them so we will not charge you”. Incredible service :)Thank you Classic Chevrolet!

I called Classic Chevrolet Owasso and asked if I still had a warranty and they said that I do and my repairs will be covered. I drove my car from Dewey Oklahoma (OK) to Owasso Ok, which is more than a hour out of my way. I dropped off my vehicle and the next day Greg, which is one of the maintenance guys called me and said its not covered under warranty and that it will be a $1200 repair. I said whatever and just fix it. It took them 3 weeks to get it done and when I went to go pick it up the total changed to almost $1500 in repairs. So I said whatever and paid it. I was driving my vehicle back to dewey and I noticed the vehicle feeling different. It shifts hard, my digital cluster is malfunctioning and I was smelling burnt oil. When I finally made it home, I opened up my hood and noticed spilled oil all over the motor. I then realized I was missing my cap that goes to my Wiper fluid. My car was dirty inside and out, they didnt bother cleaning it in the 3 weeks of having it.. I called the dealership and he said to send him pictures and hell call me back. Still waiting on that call and I also tried calling them and I go to voice-mail.

They gave us the run around the whole buying process, even told us they sold the car after running paper work on it only to call back and say they have the car, then we get there and they say they don’t, so we leave and suddenly they do again. Payment went from $600 no gap to $400 with gap after leaving another few times. We had to sign paper work multiple times or separate occasions because they put my name in as someone else on the paper work, then had to come pick up the car on another day. (Seriously 9 two hour trips to buy 1 car)Now here we are 5 weeks after purchasing the car and still haven’t received tag title and tax paper work so we can purchase the tag so we are running on an expired paper tag and wracking up late fees when we are more than ready to get the tag. Will never purchase here again and will use any opportunity given to make sure no one else does either.

Such a great experience! came after work determined to leave with a great car, and Ricky got me my dream car and home not too late!! they were all so wonderful to me. One of the salesmen even got me a frosty while i waited! Definitely treated me like family the whole time!!

Oil change and tire rotation was done only took a little over an hour not to bad but my car handle driver side was covered in oil service rep was very apologetic about it but on my way home I noticed my steering wheel cover was covered in oil I had to throw it out. The inside top of my driver side door fram the tan cloth stuff had a nice oil hand print on it smeered in. No covers was used at all my car is brand new this is not how you keep customers
