I bought a 2016 wrx from them. At first they seemed cool but then we had an agreement that before I get the car it would have brakes rotors, tires, and a whole bunch of other things done to it. When I went to pick it up nothing was done, barely had brakes car had 10 quarts of oil in a 4 cylinder engine (only supposed to have 5.4). Honestly regret buying from them. Not a good experience. I will never buy another car from them and would suggest nobody else to buy from them. Scam artists. Wish there was a zero star review option because I would choose that.

They got me in the same day and repaired what I needed in 40 minutes. staff are so friendly and helpful and the facility is so comfortable and clean. they even washed my car for free before I left!

Best place around to get a used or new car. Not too mention that they have multiple locations to pick from and will deliver any of their cars to the location of your choosing. Always friendly staff, and affordable pricing and honest rates. Just an all around great experience.

They sold me a lemon, and in spite of frequent documentation of the problem, I was screamed at and demeaned by the district service manager (thankfully I recorded the entire encounter for my court documents), and ultimately told its supposed to do that.The biggest mistake Ive made in the last few years was ever buying a car from Scoville-Meno.

Awesome experience, the service department figured out what was going on with my 2016 Honda Civic LX-P. The push button start was acting up and I was worried it may be a couple hundred dollar fix, they did some research and found out it was just a system update. So relieved that They fixed it fast a easy. I would highly recommend the service department to anyone, even if you’re not a Honda owner.

What awesome customer service they have. I had a minor problem with my 1997 Honda. They had me in and out in a short period of time. This was my first time but it wont be the last time. I feel comfortable taking my 22 year old car there anytime I need any repairs.

Bought 2 vehicles here. Both needed work afterwards. The transmission went on our truck and im sure they never checked the fluids. Ive only driven the truck a couple hundred miles but to much time passed to cover it.The muffler on our jeep fell off.Prices were high but with low credit we had limited options.

First time Honda buyer. Always had a VW. They left Oneonta, so I leased a Honda CR-V AWD EX.. Salesman was Bob. Told him I wanted a no money down deal. He made it happen. Only thing I had to pay was the first month payment at pick up. He explained everything about the car, and more. He was outstanding. Brandie handled all the paperwork, explained everything. They are both exceptional employees! Love the car! Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Very happy!

Thank you Scoville-Meno Service Department. Let me first start by saying it is Labor Day weekend and I am not from the area - I live over 3 hours away and was in Delaware County visiting. My 2018 Honda Accord started to sound like I had a flat tire and making a helicopter noise from the front end. Since I had a long commute back home I was not sure if the car was safe to drive or if it would even make it. My husband called over to Scoville-Meno Honda. Knowing it was late in the day (3:30pm), on a Friday, Labor Day weekend AND not our regular dealership, we were pretty sure we would not get an appointment. My apologies but don’t know who my husband spoke to on the phone, but they told him to bring the car over and they would at least look at and let him know if it was safe to drive. By the time he got there it was already after 4pm. Travis the service adviser spoke to my husband while the tech Scott looked at the car. Thankfully it turned out to be something minor, they fixed the car and my husband was on his way. Even my Honda dealer back home where I purchased the car could not get me an appointment until the following Wednesday. I am truly thankful to the Scoville-Meno Honda service department for your hospitality!

Our second unhappy experience at this dealer; we and daughter-in-law went on rainy Tuesday to buy either a CR-V or Subaru Forester. The salesman did meet us at the door and was friendly enough, but claimed they were unable to get higher end models and didnt have any to test drive--we persisted and he found a 2013 which we drove. We then went to the Subaru dealer and were welcomed and given a new Forester to try out and were told that by dealer swaps we could get whatever we wanted. Two days later we went back and bought a 2012 CR-V (from the Subaru dealer). We had a similar experience in 2007 trying to trade minivans--we went to Williams Honda and dealt.

The sale manager DAVE is the most disrespectful person i have ever met! I was pushed into a lease last year, since then i have had nothing but problems with the lease. The biggest problem was when the doors wouldnt stay latched and shut on my 3 year old daughter. After this i was told the van was having malfunctions and i would be let out of me lease free and clear. Then we found another vehicle and was told it would be ready monday afternoon, this was on a saturday. I called and i was told they couldnt get the bank to allow me in that car. So Dave tried to push me into another car that i didnt want. I asked if i could look on other lots, he said yes as long as you buy a HONDA we will let you out of your lease. Well needless to say i found another HONDA same price as the one i wanted on their lot and got approved through a bank for the same payment DAVE promised me. When it came time to turn in my lease Dave said he wasnt releasing me out of my lease AFTER i bought another HONDA. He told me i had to take it up with HONDA because he didnt sell me the car. If it isnt his sale he doesnt care about what kind of hardship he puts on someone. Not only did he LIE but he had the service department scrape off my inspection so i couldnt take the car off the lot. This would have made me have a lease payment and a new car payment. When i went into get me keys Dave laughed and smiled like nothing was wrong! The only reason why i put one star is because DEBBIE at the service, she has tried to help every time i have gone in. Have your car serviced DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!

Please beware of Jake Scoville at Scoville-Meno Honda in Oneonta. This man is the epitome of why women cannot go to a car dealership alone. He is an arrogant and unprofessional representation of what was a wonderful place to buy a car. I was talked down to, criticized for changing my mind because I questioned things, and taken advantage of. I have never been treated so poorly for bringing my business back to a place that I thought I could trust. The only pleasant part of my experience was my salesman Adam. I love Honda’s and would have remained a loyal customer but I will never give them my business again. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I STRONGLY recommend taking your business to another dealership.Response: Jake Scovilles response to my review is filled with lies. I qualified for both leasing and used financing and I only changed my mind once after I realized they had convinced me to do something I blantenly told them I did not want to do the moment I walked through the door, due to the amount of miles that I travel per year. I never spoke to anyone named Jason. My only interactions were with Adam, Brandy, and Jake. I did ask for a discount on the used vehicle due to the fact that they showed me two used CRVs one was blue with 30,000 miles and one was black with 42,000 miles. Same exact cars, same year, same engine, same technology, both freshly back from a lease and the black one was being used by someone who worked there as a demo (no price sticker in the windshield). He tried to charge me the same price for both vehicles probably because he knew I really wanted a black vehicle and figured I was a women that wouldn’t know the difference. I abruptly suggested that I would take my business elsewhere due to being taken advantage of and the way I was treated for changing my mind again, ONCE. I do look forward to having my car serviced there because the service department is honest, doesn’t take advantage of me, and doesn’t treat me differently because of my gender.As Jake just verified for you, this is the place to buy a car if you want your financial/ credit situation to be public knowledge, even if it’s not the truth. Buyer beware. Check and double check these guys, typical used car salesman tactics here. Dave changed our percentage rate by raising it a half a point and tried to slip it past us without saying anything and then when questioned blamed it on the bank. Items from the previous owners were still in the seat backs and the car was filthy, hair clips, dirt and food found throughout the car. We asked specifically if the oil was changed to which we got a resounding, Yes! Guess what, less than 2000 miles and 4 weeks later here I sit in the service department waiting for my oil to be changed. Think they will want to charge me for the service? Buyer beware.

I went with my daughter to purchase a Honda CRV put deposit of $1,000. on vehicle which we were told that wouldnt be cashed unless we were approved for the vehicle. Then after not hearing from them for days, my daughter received a call to come pick up the vehicle only to find out upon arrival that they had already sold it to some one else. In addition, they also cashed her check knowing that they sold her car to someone else. Buyers be warned this dealership is extremely Dishonest and unprofessional.
