Very poor service theyre Representatives only return your calls when its suitable for them I waited over a week for a call back before I returned my call to them and got through finally when I asked why that was they said because we are busy people up here so busy for your customers? They hide their employers in a closet when the law shows up asking their whereabouts because they have warrants for their arrest I dont know what kind of auto dealership this place is but I do know that customer care is lousy and If you are looking for a vehicle I would skip this place its not for you

Called to talk about a 2004 dodge ram. The man who answered the phone immediately said he did not want to finance the vehicle. I would have gladly spoken to them about paying for it out right. I asked why he didnt want to finance the vehicle and when I asked for a reason the exact reason was because I dont want to. As a business owner if this is the model you chose to go by its very shady. Do not do business with this company. Multiple reviews for vehicles that have gone bad shortly after buying. I assume the ram is also a problematic vehicle.

Bought a car here. The day we test drove it no warning lights was on went back to pick it up and didnt even make it to the berger king and check engine light was on air bag light was on and tire pressure light on. The back door hatch wouldnt even open to put the 45 day tag on the didnt even bother helping get it fixed kinda quickly shoved us out the door. Never buy another vehicle from them again

Bought a white Chevy sonic 2 months ago and engine an transmission was messing up so we took to wonderful Ferris Chevrolet dealership were they proceeded to tell us there is over $4500 in damage to engine alone before they even looked at transmission! His yes masta sales guy Tyler lied to us about car in first place saying nothing was wrong with car beside O2 sensor .. Went to confront them and they couldnt answer my questions so he called police.. who understood why I was upset an gave me all info I needed to take care of bad business ppl like these ppl.. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!
