OMAR ARZATELooked around for a good deal was surprised All American Chevrolet had the best deal not going to lie about that. Omar was my salesman and he was understanding on what I was looking for. I also ended up putting in an order on another car. Found my new dealership local. Just save your self the hassle and look for Omar. When I arrived as well Trey was at the front door asked if he could help us I responded was looking for Omar and he guided us to him. Just make sure you let Omar know what your looking for price, payments, interest rate desired and they try to get you there.

The professionalism that I received from the finance department (Brent), JD in automotive and the patience, diligence and integrity in finding a solution to my problem from Jose is something a single mom couldnt ask more for. Darlene in the service department is exceptional. Starting from the moment I arrived, Darlene and three other gentlemen that I could see were standing at their desk as I approached the door holding a car seat, diaper bag and purse and she was the only employee to literally RUN from her desk to open the door for my full hands. She ensured me she would take care of my car even though my appointment was for someone else who I had not even been able to talk to at the time of making the appointment or the day of drop off. She was also the one to call me with updates on my car. She is the face of amazing customer service and I will in the future make sure I go to her for all my future needs! Thanks Darlene!!

Carlos and the gentleman who closed out the deal (Im sorry I cant remember his name at the moment) were exceptional. I felt pretty nervous at first during the process. This was the largest purchase of my life but by the end I was very comfortable. Both of these guys did a great job trying to answer any questions I had and seemed like they honestly cared about my concerns. I flew down to midland to drive a truck up to Canada. When I picked up the truck the rear brake was squealing. I called a different dealership first and was told right away they could not help me for a week or 10 days. I called All American in Midland and spoke to Lee. He could not have been anymore helpful. Bring it on over he said so 15 minutes later I was there. He took the truck and when he learned of my upcoming journey checked all my fluids and everything. Very kind and so helpful. Got the truck back and ready for our trip north. Had gravel in my brake pad. There was no charge!! Thank you All American! and a big thank you to Lee and all the staff there. From the fella who greated me out of my truck to the mechanics in the back! Job well done!

I found a used truck online that I wanted and sent a message that my brother would be by to look it over for me since I wasn’t in the area. I received emails from 3 different employees confirming it was available to be looked at. My brother goes in to test drive it and the truck wasn’t available because the service department had the keys and they weren’t working. I was told that we would have to try during the week. I told the salesman that I want the truck as long as it drives good. I was told they would see what’s going on and follow up with me on Monday. The truck was sold to someone else Monday morning. I understand the “no holds” concept and “first come, first served” but this just seems like poor customer service. I was ready to pay full price in cash on Saturday but not without a test drive.Update: I got a call Tuesday morning saying that the truck wasn’t sold and was available for a test drive. I’m still out of the area and I told Isaiah (salesman) that my brother would be there at 5. My brother shows up at 5 and now the truck is getting detailed and he will ha e to wait for that. An hour and a half later he sees the truck come out of the service are. He messages Isaiah to ask if he can drive it now. Isaiah then tells my brother that the service manager is driving it to see if something is wrong with the engine and we would have to try another day if I still want to test drive it. I have never had to work so hard for someone to take my money. I’m baffled by this process.

Great truck, poor dealership experience. From the dealership not honoring the Factory discount to a Law Enforcement Professional because it would cut into our profit, to holes drilled into the brand new bumper for placement of an advertising plate, knowing NM does not have front plates, charging $1500 for cheap tint and wheel locks I didnt ask for or want. If I could have found this vehicle anywhere else, I would have bought it there.

The manager up the price after I already got the price form the salesman, Then told me that was the upgrade price. I ORDERED THE PICKUP THE WAY I WANTED IT, BUT they ADDED STUFF THAT I DID NOT WANT! ! !I purchased the the truck, the next day I came back because the hood bumper came off and fell into the intake air vent, They said they will have to charge me for something Chevrolet did not install correctly, the bumper was not installed tightly.I will NOT recommend anyone to do business with this place ! !

I called and specifically asked about a certain make and model and was told yes indeed there were not 1 but 2 of these units available. I put my truck in the shop for a minor repair then when I picked it up I called the salesperson Trey and made an appointment to be there the next day at a certain time, upon my arrival, I was told by Trey that the unit had sold the previous day at a REALLY late time and it was too late to call me to let me know so that I could avoid a 2 hour ONE WAY drive. This is unacceptable I give them 0 stars for deceptive business practices.

Our salesman Javier was more than helpful in answering all our questions and making our trade in and purchase of this vehicle painless and fast. Rough buying experience. I live about 6 hours away and I was interested in a truck, I had reached out on a Monday to inquire and the salesman who I was working with didn’t really assist me reaching out about once a day. I even had to ask for an update because I wasn’t getting information. I wanted to drive out the following Saturday if we worked out a deal. So about 4 days later after I inquired the salesman reached out and started to list problems with the new truck. It was a little disheartening to find out the new truck had issues and it wasn’t communicated when I initially inquired. Although I do appreciate them letting me know before I would have made a trip. Spoke with a manger and they tried to make it right by fixing the truck but traveling 6 hours and spending 60 thousand for a truck with previous issues doesn’t spread confidence and comfort. I won’t list names not every encounter will be positive it’s possible they were busy or had a lot going on. I just wanted to share my experience. Hopefully others have a more transparent buying process.

Car broke down less than, 2 weeks after purchase. 9000 down the tubes. Oil leaking, stalling, asked the salesman about the check engine light and he said it just hadnt been cleared. Stupid me to believe it. If they fix it I may take back my bad review but I doubt it. Not impressed with their practice.

I am an active duty service member originally from Texas stationed in Arizona. I wanted to put back some revenue in to Texas and purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I asked for the best deal on a super crew Silverado 1500.The price listed on their website was a better deal than the price with a military discount. I assumed that a military discount of some sort would have been applied. (Even Honda a Japanese company gives me a discount on top of their incentives, and so does Ford)I asked the salesman if they were willing to negotiate and he said NO, I asked if they could ship the vehicle and he said NO. I asked for an emailed quote on a few vehicles and I never received any via email.Other dealerships in Arizona have offered to ship the truck to my doorstep. Other dealers have at least asked their sales manager and haggled somewhat even if it was a few hundred dollars.Im very disappointed in this dealership and really sad that they were not willing to negotiate with an active duty servicemen. Luckily I found a dealership that will also honor the GM military discount on top of the current incentives. Would have loved to purchase a Texas Edition Silverado 1500 from this dealer.

Their body shop is awesome. My Jeep needed paint work, body work, and parts and they got it done super fast and did an amazing job. I got a quote from a different place that would have taken 2-3 weeks and was much more expensive. Chevy got it done in 4 days for much cheaper. The thing I am most impressed with is that when I picked it up, they had thoroughly cleaned it—wash & wax, tire shine, and even vacuumed the inside! The staff is also nice. Would definitely recommend!

As far as the service I received I was very happy w/ everything, but the reason my ratings were low is, that in these times that we are in not one single employee was wearing a mask. I and I believe one other customer was the only ones that were wearing them. Seeing the commercials on TV regarding how the customers safety was your concern that was not evident in any way w/ the exception of the glass shields at the service advisors desk, where I did not sign my paperwork.

We purchased approximately $120,000 worth of vehicles in a little over a year at this location. Negative negative negative. Not everyone we dealt with was bad but almost everyone was bad including the general manager. I would only suggest buying something here if you want to feel unappreciated. We came over from Odessa to look at a particular used car (Lexus GX460). I had messaged a salesman about it the day before to ensure it was still in inventory, and said wed be over to look at it. When we arrived, the car was nowhere to be found, and after a little bit, we were told a lot porter had taken it home, and it wouldnt be back at the dealership until Saturday.We had arrived prepared to make a cash offer if it had checked out.Also, while I dont hold any particular bias against smokers, employees shouldnt be doing it next to the front door. While we were waiting in our car for them to find the Lexus, our AC was blasting us with cigarette smoke. Plus, it just doesnt look professional.

The only reason for a two-star rating is because of the closeness to our home. I wish we would have read the reviews before wasting our time. We arrived, and before we even got out of the truck, a person was standing right outside of our door and not wearing a mask. (Yes, the pandemic is real. No, it was not an election scheme.)We had already located the truck that we wanted to look at and test drive. The person still did not put on a mask. The truck was in the back storage area, so they drove us back there. We got in the truck, asked if we could drive. She said, “Yes, let’s go to the front to get your insurance information.” As we drove the truck to the front, it was about to run out of fuel. We told the woman it was almost out of fuel; she laughed and then started talking numbers.We went inside after she said she could match the price of a Lubbock dealership, which we found out she could not do. Before she went to the manager in the back as if it is still 1990, she was arguing with us about the trucks photo pictured on the Lubbock dealership website. This argument went back and forth for about five minutes. Finally, I told her she keeps saying the same thing and treating us like we are idiots. If she had taken the time to look up the VIN, she would have seen it was the same truck. Also, like a car salesperson, she should be aware that the photos posted on some dealer’s websites clearly state that “All pictures shown are for illustration purposes only. Actual product may vary due to product enhancement.”I asked my boyfriend if he was sure this was the truck he wanted since he had expressed that he did not want black leather seats. She snapped at me and said, “ do you want in on this too?!” I calmly said I am speaking to my boyfriend.”She then continued to ask him how much his monthly income is, even though we were nowhere close to the financing stage.She then went to ask the manager about matching the price after she told us she could get it without a problem. She came back after three minutes and told us to drive as fast as we could to the Lubbock dealership to buy it because they could not come close to that deal.I have never seen a car salesperson I wire about income before speaking with the finance team. Since we always go pre-approved, and we advised her of that. Their decision to match the price is based on their income and not their ability to compete in the market. That process is discriminating.We left and purchased a beautiful High Country from Scroggin-Dickies in Lubbock. I would highly recommend that dealership. They had the truck that was selected via the internet washed snd ready to go home. We were in snd out in about an hour and a half. This includes the finance process.
