Kind of disappointed today. Several isles were blocked by boxes, employees too busy to offer help and was a bit disorganized. I wasnt looking for anything in particular but found a couple of neat things.

Clean location and it is one of the bigger locations with furniture. They have a great candy selection well worth the time to if you are looking to stock on your favorite sweets.

They are not joking, they littery have one of the biggest lots in town. I taught my kid how to drive in that lot.

They have more merchandise now than they use to. Altho some of their prices are a bit high for a discount store, its worth stopping in and finding the item you cant find anywhere else.

Good thing and clean and out of some furniture

The cashiers here are really friendly but do not order furniture from this location. Its been almost two months and I still have not received my couch I ordered in store. I called every week just for them to tell me call to again the next week. Even though multiple other stores have the model I ordered being shipped to them, I needed this store to have it so we didnt have to pay the extra $80delivery fee, which Customer Service will not waive. If they dont have the model youre looking for in stock, dont expect them to order it for you.

Big Lots has a variety of items to shop for. Picked up a few items for Christmas here on our visit. The associates were very polite as well.

This place is great for getting your supplies for cheap and some nice looking furniture for reasonable prices.

Didnt have a bird bath. The only thing I was looking for. Seems like they want to be a furniture store anymore.

I like the new counter configuration for check out. Its easier to safely distance with carts. The store was clean. The employees were friendly and helpful. The only negative point I saw was there is still a lot of bare shelves and empty spaces but that is due more to slow deliveries.

So this is the first time in a while I have been in a Big Lots but man it was a pleasant experience! The best way to put it is, a Target that sells furniture instead of clothes.It has a much nicer design inside with more engaging team members that are willing to help out followed with a much more open and welcoming feeling. I am actually excited to go in Big Lots again! Last time I went in one it felt old and dated with little care to guests and felt over cluttered. In the center of the store is the vast majority of there furniture ranging from coffee tables to bed sets and everything in between! Everything else is around the sides of the store and just looks so clean! I was excited and blown away walking in, and will definitely be returning! Big Lots, you have really turned it around. I am thrilled!

I like the store. It is generally clean and well organized. The people are nice and helpful. Good thing because I constantly have to find someone to give me a price on merchandise. Especially furnishings. Other than that I like going there.

This has got to be one of the cleanest store Ive been in. Its well organized and not cluttered like a lot of the dollar stores. The only problem I have there is the carts are so large I cant use them. Due to spinal surgeries Ive lost inches to the tune of 49. Why cant they just get a few smaller size carts? Id love that.

We wanted to buy some furniture,, Not only did we wait a half hour before we was helped. I had to say something to get like 3 other people and us helped. Then they had nothing in stock and did not offer to order it..So I went home and went on line and ordered it myself.I would skip the store and just go on the website and order. And I will from now on.

The staff is always friendly. The store is well maintained. I always find more than what Im looking for.

They had cold drinks and AC when my car broke down. Pretty dope. Wouldnt let me have my backpack while I was in and made me leave it at the front so that was pretty annoying but it didnt get stolen so yeah.

So I went to big lots today with my grandmother to buy her a new recliner.We were assisted by MJ the CSS, and let me tell you she was very rude even cursed at my grandmother.Not to mention a sign when you walk in that say everyone including employees must wear masks and I saw 3 employees with their masks off.

Ive been to thenew location twice. The first time it was an unorganized mess just like the old store. I went a few weeks ago and I was shocked, it was super clean and organized, I couldve redecorated my entire house and people would think that I paid a fortune.

When the cashier doesnt even go by store policy. They have a limit on the alcohol and hand sanitizer 2 per customer per day. They wont sell you anymore than 2 per family or if you catch a ride with someone like I did only 1 person can purchase them. Very disappointed. I even told the cashier of the posted policy.

They are rearranging the store for more furniture it looks like. Bathrooms are kinda destroyed from renovating. But I do like the prices on cleaning products and tissue. Picked up a few random items.

They changed their line of furniture got rid of the cheap stuff and started selling Ashley & a.lot better products.

Big lots is great for a few things. We primarily shop to buy baby food you can find top brands for 35-50 cents. The staff is always friendly and helpful but better deals can always be found at most other retailers. Store is normally average on cleanliness.

Employees are always kind and have built a great relationship with them. M. J. The manager always goes out of her way to great us and help us find anything that we are looking for in the Store! As well as the other employees doing the same.

The Middletown OH store on Roosevelt still carries Red Mill products and quite a few organic and dehydrated fruits. The store was very clean and well organized. Cashier and staff were friendly as well.

Excellent service, inventory is always in high quanity and equally good product quality. Only draw back but thats most all Big Lots is their check out layout. Having a large surface for product and maybe a conveyor would allow seamless transition to the next customer. Thus, lowering wait times and faster checkout. Come on guys create an environment that supports your employees and limits frustration for customers. Otherwise always a pleasant experience.

This place is pretty much an overall store or mini supercenter to be exact. They have allot of off brand titles but its all the exact same and for cheaper prices plus last longer. They also sell food here so its very pleasing to have all that in one place.

Went here with the hubby just to kill some time. Ended up getting a few things that are normally outrageously priced anywhere else. The employees were extremely helpful .

I will never shop at this store again !! Called and had them hold me a recliner in the morning,said it would be held until the end of the day. Got there around 1:30, women in front of me at the furniture counter having one of the workers call another store on a piece of furniture and had them hold it for her!! I asked them about my recliner they had on hold for me and they said they dont hold furniture!!!! What? Two minutes ago you just called another store and they was holding for that woman!!! Very disorganized and that was my second time at this store looking for furniture they said they had and didnt. Worst store ever in Middletown, theyre nothing but a joke. Big Lots of Lies is what this store should be called!! What a Joke!! I would give it no stars if I could.

They are currently remodeling or just have remodeled. Their Furniture is on the middle of the store so the side shelving Rose are not neat and orderly which makes it difficult to find items

Favorite place for cheap snack bars. 10 pack of Larabars for $1.50, how? And they werent even expired... recommend checking on that each visit, but otherwise 5 star experience.

Big Lots has a lot of furniture (including patio furniture) in addition to moderately priced basic home needs as well as toys, pet supplies, electronics, garden items, some frozen and canned food and paper products.
