Ive dropped off an antique belgian bulldog to be cleaned. I was told it would be started on the 23rd of January. I was also told not to call or check on the progress or I would receive additional charges...Were sitting at the 18th of February and Ive gotten no call or email in regards to this service... maybe it will blow my mind and I will change this rating, but nowhere in Ohio has ever taken a month to clean any of my firearms. I cant reply to you but Im glad its done as Ive given both email and phone number to be contacted by at the time of transfer... I will gladly pick up and review the work done. Thanks for your response and sorry if there is a miscommunication discrepancy here. I will be in Saturday 02-20-2021 to pick up. I will change this to 5 stars undoubtedly as I came for the quality and what Ive heard but Ive clearly given my contact info and it was right at the time of transfer so youre not calling me then... Ive picked up the firearm now and after talking to the team which are very friendly Ive found out that my number was written down wrong and they asked for my email but never recorded it for some reason so Id say my account of the situation was very accurate. Gun turned out decent but probably wont be back for that service again. All in all decent store a bit crowded, friendly staff. Thanks.

Very friendly staff including Michael ( his name isnt Michael its an inside joke that we have). Even though I am still new to guns they really helped me out and didnt try scam me unlike the previous shop I went to. They have a really nice armory with fair prices. If youre new or a veteran to guns I highly recommend this shop, youll get your moneys worth.

Great experience. The staff is amazing and very patient. The store was very busy when I stopped in, but they did not rush me through. They took their time to make sure I was able to get EXACTLY what I needed. I would recommend them to anyone from beginner to advanced shooters and even collectors like myself.

Outstanding customer service! I drove past this place on the way to Wal Mart and was curious about it, so I stopped in and wound up buying a new revolver. The place is clean, easy to navigate, prices and selection are very reasonable, the employee was showing me all kinds of unique and awesome weaponry and they even let me stay past their closing time while my background check finished up. I highly recommend them for any of your firearm needs. Wish I could give more than five stars. Will definitely be back!

I am a US Army veteran and a serious gun enthusiast who has been venturing into 3 gun shooting over the past few years since my military service came to an end. I have spent a lot of time and money in gun shops around the country, seems like Ive lived everywhere. This shop is special, they will treat you right and answer all of your questions and concerns, no matter how mundane they might seem. You really should support family run businesses such as this, they will treat you right. I thought it was awesome that after my first visit the owner remembered my name, you wont get that kind of treatment or service elsewhere. I went to a big fancy gun shop in Findlay and they wouldnt take one minute to answer a simple question I had, pretty sad when I was ready to drop big $$$ on a rifle, they blew a sale and lost a customer for good. Hesseling & Sons - Good people, great prices, and they will take the time to help you make good buying decisions. If you are shopping for guns, or gun parts, this is the place to go.

I ordered a gun here and the customer service was amazing! I was updated frequently on every step of the process not to mention they were the only ones I could find on the internet with what I was looking for in stock.
