Having had friends who purchased cars previously from Jones Honda, I had high expectations for this dealership. They were quite helpful before the sale, however after my purchase the customer service unfortunately was rather lacking. I feel it is only fair to share a review as I wouldnt want someone else to have to deal with these people. Better to buy a car from a more reputable dealership.

I have had great experiences purchasing used cars at Jones. I made the mistake of trying another dealership when I moved to MD (falling for the “It’s either Mercedes Benz certified or it isn’t” marketing) and was very disappointed in many aspects of the sale with that place compared to what I was used to with Jones. I won’t make that mistake again, and just traveled back to PA for the great treatment I can always count on when buying from Jones. Glenn and Chad were first class in helping me through the process before, during, and after the sale. I couldn’t be happier with how everything worked out, thank you again!!

This was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership. I worked with Aaron and Chad and they were both wonderful. Got a great deal and then something small happened with it and they covered it under warranty no problem. Amazing service and a great experience.

I bought a used car from here and 5 days later it wouldnt start and needed $1000+ dollars in repairs. I was told beforehand that the entire vehicle had been checked over by the dealer mechanic and was in good condition. When we called the dealership to see if there was an option to return the car, they said they would talk to the sales manager. Next we were told that we could return the car as a trade in if we wanted. As we were making plans we found out from the mechanic there that the used car dealership had no intention of working with us on the car or allowing us to return it (which they had told us we could multiple times). We were also told that keys given to us could damage the ignition. The only good portion of this car dealership is the mechanic who helped us who genuinely felt sorry for us and was able to cut us a deal on costs.In regards to the response from the dealer. Im aware of an as-is car policy, my issue is not with the policy, my issue is with the fact that the staff lied to us and misled us when we were trying to make a decision. They had originally offered to trade in the car, but when it came time to make our decision to complete a trade-in we were told that the car dealership would not be working with us on a trade in. In regards to the sheet I signed declining work, the only things offered were a battery replacement, tire replacement or brake replacement. None of those issues are what was wrong with the car, and they told us all those areas were within the normal range so we trusted their recommendation. And with the key, we were given the keys with no instruction on which were to use and which were for a lock out situation again, we simply trusted that all keys would be okay to use for the vehicle. Im not interested in speaking to someone whom I placed my trust in and has continually misled me on multiple occasions.

Super nice people. Usually hate buying a car and have misgivings if this is the best. Believe me, they are the the best .

The staff was pleasant enough. I understood the car I purchased had some damage to the bumper when I purchased it. What I wasn’t informed of was the fact that the air conditioner didn’t work and there was a major leak in the head gasket. Will not give them my business again and would not recommend them.

Great experience with Dan and Chad buying a used Honda Pilot. We came in looking at a specific vehicle and Dan and Chad patiently helped us with the info we needed along with a great price. To sell you a car you see like 6 salesman following you everywhere but at soon you come back when you have problems with the vehicle they all run away and ignore you. Very bad service for customers.

My fiance and I were in the market for a second car and purchased a pre-owned 2013 Civic EX from Jones. We had a really wonderful car-buying experience with Dan, who was very kind, patient, and knowledgable. We also paid a bit less than the suggested Kelley Blue Book dealership price. So far, were very happy car with the car, which looks good and runs beautifully!This is the third used Honda Ive purchased from Jones in 17 years, and I have been extremely happy with all three! None of them have ever required any major repairs or maintenance -- just a routine oil change and an occasional flat tire. The only I reason Ive gone through three is because the first one was totaled in an accident, and I sold the second car before moving abroad. I have been very grateful for Jones and the reliability of their used Hondas over the years!
