Staff seems to have little idea what they are doing & the checkout process is always very inefficient. Only buy books here as a last resort.

Never have enough lab manuals for everyone registered for lab classes no matter the subject. This happens every year and I highly doubt there are people out there buying two 60 dollar workbooks. 95% chance they’re sold out of any textbook written and published by ETSU professors. Unless your wealthy and can buy books months in advance with no financial aid don’t bother

Mostly had overpriced clothes in it, might as well been an ETSU merch store. All of the books are in the back against the wall. The Bowtie Bandit strikes again.

The on campus bookstore has very little to offer in terms of actual books while the culp center renovations are in effect. They have a lot of clothing items rather than books because ETSU is more concerned with selling merchandise than with providing students an easy place to pick up all of their books for the semester. I want to give the bookstore a good rating; hoeever, it is hard to do with how much they charge for things. Non-book related goods should be priced comparably to stores. A 10$ sd cars should be 10$ here not more. Moreover, if students are forced to have text books maybe the price should be understanding of that.

DO NOT BUY YOUR BOOKS HERE!!! They overcharge every book and sell you books and access codes that the professors do not use and will not take them back even if theyre unused. Order your books off Chegg or Amazon or anywhere else!
