I have always been apprehensive about ordering furniture from a company not within my city. However, after much research I decided to take a chance with Lenoir Empire Furniture. Walter was wonderful, and Andrea was extremely helpful with all of my inquiries. I purchased a beautiful bedroom set and saved a lot of money. Lenoir Empire is fantastic. They return calls promptly and work hard at answering all your questions. However, what they dont tell you is that the trucking company they work with will sit on your order for many, many weeks until it is convenient for them to deliver your furniture.

Great experience on my Bernhardt furniture purchase. Received my order earlier than the expected time frame which was great. I shopped around A LOT before purchasing from Lenoir, they had the best prices and very friendly staff!! Next time I am in the market for furniture I will definitely be using Lenoir again.

We were in the middle of a move when this pandemic began. Fortunately, we found Walter at Lenoir Empire Furniture. Walter returned my email inquiry within 24 hours and was patient with me when I asked a ton of questions. Additionally, he listened to me vent about a sub par experience I had with another company that I discovered on the internet. He also provided professional insight on what may have happened. We were able to order our items quickyly, at a fair price and we were provided plenty of information regarding our purchase. It is not easy to make purchases over the phone and/or internet but when you can hear a persons kindness through the phone it makes it easy. I fell in love with a teak table and chairs from Summer Classics collection. When I first saw it, the price tag was staggering, but then I found Lenoir and to my surprise, their pricing was more than half what I had seen previously. Needless to say, I ordered it as fast as I could. It arrived on time without any issues and Amy with Lenoir is one class act. She made sure everything arrived on time and to my satisfaction. Lenoir gets 5 stars but Amy gets 10 stars!

If I could give ten stars I would! They have excellent customer service and high end furniture at the LOWEST prices nationwide!! I live in PA and with shipping included prices cant be beat. The owner is hands on and makes sure you get what you ordered in the time frame you ordered it. The staff is patient, courteous and knowledgeable. I have saved THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS purchasing through them and would recommend them to everyone...you wont be sorry.

I wish I could give half a star or no star! Im disgusted at how this place is being ran! There was a man in his 50s probably and it was so hateful and rude! Save yourself from being disrespected and go somewhere else. The store is old and dingy and everything is mashed together. Its like having to navigate a maze! Most pieces in the store are gaudy and out of date!! But the tackiest thing in the store was this guys attitude! Treat people with common decency! Doesnt take anything from someone to be nice to people!!!

We have had great luck with these guys...Purchased multiple times over 4-5 years and never had any issues with them and they seem to always beat other prices by a good margin. They are a family run business and I will always take that over some corporate big guy furniture store.

I have never left a review on Googel before, but I feel compelled to do so after the incredible service and pricing I received from Walter. I furnished nearly an entire 7500 square foot home through Lenoir Empire, and I couldnt be more pleased. 95% of the items came promptly and perfectly. More importantly, Walter and the rest of his staff rode herd on the vendors and delivery people until the other 5% came shorty thereafter. I have had nothing but bad experiences with furniture, but Walter and the rest of the folks at LEF have changed my outllook so drastically that Im ordering more stuff from them!!! In short, Walter is a rare businessman who provides outstanding customer service and unbeatable pricing. He is a man of integrity, and he and his business are to be admired.
