Management, nor any other employee of this sale, hold customer service as a priority.If there is a possibility to make a dealers day more difficult, this is the decision they will make. Management often leaves early on non-sale days, which leaves dealers without the ability to complete their business.ANY AND EVWRY SALE IN THE GREATER INDIANAPOLIS AREA TREAT DEALERS BETTER THAN THIS DUMP.!!!

I bought a truck here. Only thing I dont like is, if you win a bid you have to wait 3 hours to see if seller will expect it. If they say no because your bid was too low, the auction will already be over. Then you will have to wait 2 weeks till the next auction to try and buy a truck again.

Commercial heavy trucks.Staff keeps raising the bids, even when no one is bidding, .They do this especially on Bank trucks, like BMO’s and 19th Capital. Trying to bring more money to big guys. As far as individuals or small dealers they really don’t care much about you.

If youre an auto dealer and you want to buy some nice used cars this is a good spot, but the best part of it to me is that anybody can go in there and buy a semi and you dont need a dealers license to do so.

Be careful, as they move the lot numbers around when you are online and it may seem like you purchased something and get something different that you didnt want. Very deceptive business tactic!

Terrible experience drove two hours too pick up my car, and wasnt able to pick it up because my paper work wasnt processed like I was told it was, so car wasnt released to me, and now have to schedule another 2 hr drive to attempt to pick it up a second time when paper work is processed correctly
