We buy all our furniture from Ivan smiths them have always taken good care of us from day one if there is any problem they get on top of it and get it handled asap. After Christmas were going to look for a dinning room set . We have 3 bedroom sets living room set an verse other things from Ivan Smith we really like all the people in the Hope store. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products. I am so pleased with the service and furniture that I received at this store. From the ladies helping me make decisions to the gentlemen delivering and setting everything up was a great experience. I will definitely be making more purchases there. I just bought a refrigerator and a mattress from Ivan Smith in Hope. I knew what I wanted. I called. They had it. The salesperson did not try to trade up. We did the deal over the phone, paid online. Personnelwere friendly. The price was the same as any I could find if I had driven to a bigger town further away. I will definitely use this store in the future.
