Update: after five months, they have credited my a portion of my original purchase.Employees were extremely helpful with purchasing and arranging delivery, however when I had a damaged product (couch falling in on both sides after 2 months of use) it was very difficult to take advantage of the warranty on the cat napper product line. Ive been trying to resolve this issue since May. I was informed I would be credited, but still havent been credited. My emails and phone calls were answered when ordering, but unfortunately they stopped replying as frequently when I had issues. Ill happily change my review once my issue is resolved. Overall - I should have gone somewhere else and paid more for a better product.

Went to the store today. Got a great deal on a bedroom set. Great customer service, and I was able to purchase stuff off the floor. With furniture shipping delays everywhere this was a great option! Great selection as well!

I purchased two sofas from Low Country Furniture. The salesman was extremely helpful and helped me find a new sofa. The sofas were delivered two days later. The delivery men were very friendly and right on time and set up the new sofas in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Low Country Furniture to everyone. All the employees were very friendly and more than willing to help you with everything.

I would like to say these guys are super. I could not decide on living room furniture and they were extremely patient. They also offered to deliver the same day. How awesome that was and very careful.

I would give them a 0 if I could.. My wife and I purchased a couch from this furniture store a little over a year ago. We have had nothing but troubles with the couch since we got it. The owners have been absolutely horrible at responding to us and taking care of the situation. They dont stand by their products and are refusing to rectify the situation. This leaves us with a bad piece of furniture that we spent hundreds on. I would never use them again. We will be contacting the better business bureau over this.

We ended up getting an entire bedroom suite because the prices were far better than all the other places we’ve been to!! They even offer delivery at a very competitive rate! We needed a queen size mattress for our guest bed room and wanted it at a reasonable price. Robbie, the store owner/manager helped us with choices. What we chose was not in their warehouse, but scheduled for that week. Mattress came in 2 days later and delivered same day. Delivery cost was very reasonable.Highly recommend this store.

When nobody else would approve my credit low country furniture worked with me. I found them on Facebook . Jonny was very timely and helpful with his response to my messages and Floyd was very helpful in the store. They offered next day shipping (on a Sunday) which was a big deal for me due to my schedule for the week. They have a good selection in store. I highly recommend them.

We had been searching for a feather down sectional for months. We stopped in here to actually look for an alternative but found our down feathered sectional here. Floyd is the greatest and was a pleasure to work with. We bought the sectional and it was delivered all in a 3 hour time frame! I recently bought a sofa and a loveseat from Floyd at Atlantic Bedding. I was thrilled with the quality of merchandise and the price was unbeatable. But more than that the service that these gentleman provide is exemplary. They are patient and take the time to answer all questions. Their delivery time is incredible, sometimes even the same day. After recently having a bad experience with another furniture store my husband and I went to Atlantic Bedding and Furniture to replace our other furniture. It was a great experience! The service was great and good pricing on nice furniture. I highly recommend using them for all of your furniture needs.Update....I have been having a terrible time getting a warranty issue resolved. The owner and manager are very rarely available and have not returned my calls. This has been going on for over 3 months. Unfortunately they are not standing behind an Ashley product they sell and should be more willing to get this resolved between them and Ashley furniture. Very disappointing from my previous experience.Another update as of 12-16-2020: I would change this raing to a 0 however you cannot do that. I would never buy another piece of furniture from this furniture store ever again. The customer service is terrible and they do not back their products.
